The team at Acquios Advisors is AMAZING!!! I came under their tutelage when I was considering starting my own practice cold after 18 years working for others. They helped me through the process of looking for a space, designing a layout, and provided me with information that aided me in purchasing equipment, budgeting, vendors, finding the right fit for buying groups, labs, EMR, etc. But the REAL fruit of this labor has come in this first year in practice. Their Evolutions Workshop on HR and on Optical have been crucial to my success in creating policies and procedures that have aided in consistency and employee retention. I especially appreciate their approach with analyzing data and using that to help guide decisions about finances, purchasing, payroll, frame inventory, etc. But the BIGGEST asset, even more than their extensive experience, is their SUPPORT. This ever-changing market can be difficult to navigate, and having a team who offers unbiased support and celebrates in your success is paramount! This is the BEST MONEY I spend every month - they are worth SO MUCH MORE than what they charge (but no need to charge me more ha ha!) I wouldnt be where I am today without them!
