Working with ServPro has been so easy, I called them on a Monday and they came out that day and started working to clean up the water damage we had from a water line leak. Had sewer backup and the most hard-working crew showed up for 6 days and cleaned up and prepared the basement for replacing drywall and carpeting. They responded quickly to our call for an estimate when we had water in the basement. Once we decided on them they came out and started working about an hour later. They came 3 days in a row, were always on time, did a great job getting all the water out and removing all our wet carpet, pad and baseboards. We would definitely use them again!

That was awesome since I called another company and told me it would be a week to 10 days out before they could come! Not helpful when you find out that water is in the crawl space! Colton & Ryan were great! They actually problem solved after taking pictures. They put fans in the crawl space for a few days and it is dry now! WOW! Amazing service ! Two trucks, 4 men, arrived within 45 minutes of our emergency. We had a sump pump fail during the night after a heavy rain, what a mess. What a great company to deal with when crisis happens and there is uncertainty and dread!I called SERVPRO of Omaha Northwest when I discovered damp carpets and mildew smell in two bedrooms on the walk-out basement level of my home. Andy was great on the phone, gathering information to understand the situation, and then he sent a highly knowledgeable and experienced expert to my house the same day. Chuck evaluated the situation with special tools and a whole lot of knowledge, diagnosed the problem (seepage from the outside, not a broken or leaking pipe) and explained what had happened and choices for what to do about it. After some discussion, we decided that he should remove the carpet and padding in the room that was most affected and apply an antiseptic to stop the mildew, and peel back the carpet so it could dry in the room that only had damp carpet in the closet (adjacent to the affected room). He helped me move everything out of the affected room, and then did everything we discussed and hauled all of the waste away. The plan going forward is to get a company that does basement waterproofing and foundation and concrete repair to fix the underlying problem once the snow melts, and then have someone put in new carpet and padding once the problem is fixed. Chuck was also nice enough to provide names of companies that could help with both of these parts of the next phase!House catastrophes are the worst! A company that does thorough assessment, provides detailed explanation of options, and completes their work on the same day, is exactly what everyone needs in a time of crisis. Excellent service and pricing! We needed FAST mold remediation for our basement as we were selling our house that following week and everything was taken care of in a matter of days. Andy was not only cordial, but knowledgeable and transparent while explaining why there was mold in the first place and the steps for remediation. Before Andy came out, I had another company come out to give me an estimate and ServPros total bill was literally 1/18th, yes 1/18th, of the price the other company bid.
