Not sure how to really rate it yet though. This is a new area and in process. New lighting to come ...People were helpful today! I would probably give a three star for now with room to grow this time.I know there are plans to improve the lighting, etc...so we will have room to add stars next time!

I have nothing but great things to say about these guys. I have tiled a couple kitchens with their products and everyone loves how it turns out. There prices are better in some of the basic tiles then anyone else in town.

We have gotten all our tile here in the past and have always been pleased! We recently had to remodel our kitchen, so we came to Sunderlands for our cabinets, counters and tile. Everyone was extremely helpful and they made sure we got exactly what we wanted. We will be back!

Today was my first visit and the showroom has a large selection of tile, the sales woman was very knowledgeable and helpful. I will definitely be returning to work with them on future projects.

They have awesome tile, and the display is great but honestly some of the worst customer service ever, not even worth your time. Im kind of sad that Ive order through them with other options available.
