We had 101 Countertops remove our old granite and backsplash and install new granite and backsplash in our kitchen. The customer service at this business is exceptional. Anna was able to answer all our questions and kept us informed regarding the fabrication and install schedule.The business owner Johoan, was professional and courteous to us throughout the process and even did minor touchup details for us after the installation. The pricing for the project was as estimated and fair.Overall we were more than satisfied with the work the granite installers performed on this project. One word AWESOME!!! Been looking around to find someone who can install a countertop in my basement bar area and stumbled upon these guys. They said wait time is 2-3 weeks and everyone else said 4-6 so went ahead with them due to short wait times and the reviews. To my surprise they call me back in just 8 days saying they are ready to install the countertop. Both guys that came over did a wonderful job. Great to work with! Called around to about 10 places to get quotes. 101 Countertops was the lowest but you wouldnt know that by their professionalism, customer service and quality of work. Brenda was an absolute pleasure to work with. She walked me through the whole process, and the communication back and forth was amazing. Sent me text message and pictures through all steps and included diagrams etc to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. The installers where professional and did a great job. I would absolutely recommend and use them them again for future projects.

101 countertops is definitely the place to go for countertops. We shopped around the Omaha metro and went to the other big names until we came across Brenda at 101countertops. Let me begin by saying that my wife and I are not the easiest buyers. We are very picky. we take our time deciding and occasionally, given our lifestyle, sometimes need last minute changes. Brenda was more than accommodating and helpful to pick our slab. After the meeting to determine our needs, someone came out for our measurements. We made some changes to our original plan and then again and again right before the Slabs were cut. They were STILL very accommodating to us. Finally we didn’t like the edges and so made changes then too (AFTER THE CUT) and still they did it no questions asked. The day of installation, the crew came out, very professional and prompt. They got all the work done and cleaned up after them. I was very satisfied with their service. If we ever have any countertop needs; they are definitely who we’re going to work with.

101 Countertops does excellent work! I am very pleased with my new bathroom vanity! Johann and Ruben were able to remove my old formica countertop, which was really glued down, without damaging my tile backsplash, which I wanted to preserve as it matches my shower accent tile. They were then able to build up my cabinet base upper edge, so the new granite fit perfectly under the existing backsplash, beautifully and professionally completed! Excellent customer service, Brenda is very pleasant and helpful at all steps of the project, and their prices are the best! I very highly recommend this small local business for your project and I will certainly be using them again!
