To my surprise the facility was super nice. Both rinks were in great shape and the place was very clean. As other reviews have mentioned theres a lot to be desired with their staff they seemingly can do a much better job of how they talk to people in the facility. We didnt get to play on the large rink but overall nice facility and will be back over the next few days.
The arena is a great venue. The drawback was that to get to the ice level seats for the show, the doors into the arena werent open. This forced people with mobility issues to have to walk all the way around the outside. Very bad idea. The closest door should be the access point.
I think the arena should be converted to a two story learning commons.Think part library part community collaboration space. The Ralston library would be on the first floor. The community collaboration space with meeting rooms/ classrooms and computer lab would be on the second floor. Convert some of the parking lot into green space for outdoor events and another part of the parking lot into an area for food trucks.
Saw a performance recently. The performer was in front of a screen but no one bothered to cast video of the performer onto the screen behind him, so if you were in the back half of the auditorium you had no idea what his expressions were.At the least, the bathrooms were very clean looking. When a performance lets out though, there needs to be a sign that says “right turn only” (for those leaving the venue). Otherwise people are waiting an eternity for multiple cars to turn left. 🙄
Great place to watch the BKFC fights good event and great staff very helpful.
I am very sad and disappointed with how this place runs their business. I had purchased tickets to a show recently (over $100) that went until midnight (originally the time was 2AM according to my tickets). I got there shortly before 11 only to be turned away because “they weren’t letting anyone else in”. I asked if they were at full capacity, the answer was no and the show was still going on. The security guy that claimed was his first day, was extremely rude and would not even give me his name. I had contacted the box office for a refund or atleast credit for another show and for the manager to give me a call. It has been a week and I have not received a response. Sadly, as a first time purchaser, I will not be spending anymore money on this place after this experience.
Great venue, excellent staff, good service, and get there early parking is somewhat questionable.
It was great except the concession stands closed too early for the event.
Lost my hard drive with my ti ket receipt and was dreadi g what a fiasco it would be to pi k up the tickets. Am happy to note it was a fantastic experie ce...quick, painless and pleasant. Kodos on outstanding custo.er ser ice.
So clean and great workers. Although I do have to say that all stadium food is way too expensive!
Awesome arena. Seats are a little skinny.
Omaha Beef owner Ricky is an exceptionally nice man.Thank you all for the tribute for Moose, he was a great man and is sorely missed.
Town hall with Congressman Don Bacon, his staff is helping our Afghan Allies get out.
1st time @ Ralston Arena & was impressed with the friendly service. The Omaha Beef organization put on an excellent & quite enjoyable evening of entertainment! Go Beef!!!
Great staff and a nice clean arena!
Enjoy your stay.....they hired GARBAGE to keep you in line. FULL FORCE if needed. Remember if you are a kid and pull down your mask for even a second.....they will make you suffer by strong-arming your parents. SHAME ON THIS ARENA AND SHAME ON THE SECURITY THEY HIRE.
They hosted a wedding reception in a pinch, thankyou. Good Food! Little loud with a hockey game in the next room, but we cant complain. One downfall was there were no drinking fountains.
The parking lot was a mad house after the Jo Koy show. I dont know if they generally have people help direct traffic or not but there were many people who didnt understand that the way they came in is the way they go out.
Nice clean, good service, good security, friendly people 👍
Clean place comfortable wasnt cold inside and spacious if the seats were more comfortable and spaced it would be a 5.
Looks like a nice place, but they have actual hired people to babysit mask usage. I was told mid drink of my $7 beverage that I had to pull my mask up. Clearly form the looks of the crowd Im the only one that wont be back for while. They might as lock the doors since the people that do show up arent allowed to enjoy them selves. I dont know if the 6 feet rule is a thing anymore since I didnt have any one with in 10 feet of on either side. Too bad could of good time, didnt know we needed babysitters
Did a good job of hosting a bunch of electricians and their SOs
Wonderful experience. Seats are tight if you are a bit on the bigger side. Arena was very clean. 10/10 recommend.
I am very discouraged with the matter. No names where given or taken at the time of the incident but we were at the Grupo firme event here In Omaha Nebraska. I had called the next day and spoke to the person in charge. His name i did get. Which is Brian. My husband was purchasing alcohol right before cut off and he had purchased 6 beverages. As he was paying the bartender yelled no more alcohol selling due to the time and mentioned ro everyone that this man isthe last to be served, which was my husband. Then proceeded to Pull my husband aside to finish transaction and as he was paying a few people came up and took 3 of our beers out of the 6. And we still got charged full price and the bartender witnessed it all happen. The bartender just said to contact a police officer and by the time he grabbed a police officer to report it the bartender said sorry we are closed with doors shut. I called Brian back a few times with my name and number. No call back. I also spoke to him the next day after the event and was promised some kind of credit. Which never happened.
Good arena in which to watch USHL hockey. The facility is kept clean, and the staff is friendly. They even admitted this Buccaneers fan!
Came here for a Quinceañera very clean and nice place
Watched Jo Koy here, clean place! Maybe a bit short on parking do come early.
What a great time! Travis tritt was super last night
Ive been purchasing a suite with a group of 30-40 people. It seems they want to gouge us on ticket prices because they know we want them (they keep raising the price for our group). Were a bunch of electricians, whom for the most part, drink too much and tip well. When will they learn, most money is made at the concessions? Im not trying to imply gouging at the concessions; Im stating theyre driving us away. Were actually creating more ticket sales by creating excitement about LFL football at our large place of employment. The staff involved with ticket sales at Ralston Arena has been a substantial disappointment. They also had one individual trying to cover drink orders for two 40-person suites- ridiculous! The marketing staff really jumps over a pile of money to snatch a $20 bill. They wonder why ticket sales are so poor. Everything else about Ralston Arena was awesome!
The first Bare Knuckle fights in Nebraska and it was a great time!
Jo Koy show was fantastic.
Great place to watch the fights from
No problem at all with arena. Wish they hadnt employed the gestapo to ensure masks were worn. Really over the top and unnecessary. Good luck keeping the Lancers in business if you have to be so ridiculous. I took a drink and within 3 seconds was harassed to always wear a mask. I certainly wasnt the only one. You shouldnt be in a group setting if you have too much fear to move a mask aside and take a drink.
Nice arena but terrible acoustics. PA announcer unintelligible.
Attended Gretnas graduation here, and was pleased. Clean and nice facility, with plenty of parking, and I was able to maneuver my dad around in his wheelchair with few problems.
Travis Tritt gave an AMAZING show
Baby shark live was amazing thanks for having them
Was great place really enjoyed the concert and was easy to find everything will definitely be back when they have more concerts.
I just want to give a shout out to the wonderful, friendly woman who was working the ticket box office on Wednesday, January 20th. She was such a joy to speak with :)
Besides being to short to see over people in front of me it was amazing, great seats, acoustics, and very clean
Was there for Ralstons Graduation. Nice little Arena.
Employees walking around checking people for masks, which is fine, but when your employees call people names in front of others because they arent wearing a mask momentarily, it puts a black mark on your establishment. I dont think this employee even knew the person she was talking about was with our team!
Outstanding facilities. The sidewalks and parking lot are horrendous. I cant believe the city legal department hasnt intervened.
Great place to have fun with the family attending events.
Good to be out at a sporting event again! The arena was good and they had people walking around asking for people to raise our put on masks to help keep things safe as possible.
We paid $100 per seat for the Dancing with the Stars show and had horrible seats. Our view was obstructed by equipment and the flashing lights throughout the show. These seats should NOT have been $100 seats. I have reached out to the manager Brian Krajewski several times with no response. They should not sell these seats knowing that the view is so bad. This will be the last time I attend anything here.
Nice arena, first time there. We will be back.
Clear bag policy... Just a heads up
Definitely wont do business with establishments who bully. Shame on the security and the gm for supporting such disrespectful practices on paying consumers.
A fun place to watch Lancer Hockey.
Youll be stuck in the parking lot trying to get out longer than youre in your actual event.
Its was good clean place .
Good food at concessions. Marias is awesome!
Wonderful time, friendly staff . Fun for the whole family.
Shared dairy queen with my granddaughter in the car and enjoyed watching her open birthday presents.
Not great couldnt tell where are seats were on the floor. Getting out of the arena was a 30 minute nightmare. Food and beer prices very high.
Trunk or Treat was very nice. Thank you for adding it during these covid times.
Its Fiesta time in Ralston with Banda music!
My husband fell when we were leaving the northwest door. Trip over the foot on the fence then stepped in the uneven concrete. Took several minutes to get medical to come see him. Daughter drove him to Bergan Hospital the ambulance was not thereHis right side from shoulder to hio is sore. Doing CT. XRAYS now. He is in a neck brace do to very bad neck pain. It was sad to have medical staff on property and if took so long for them to get to an injured person.
Bakers has nice produce at reasonable prices plus a gas station.
First time there and was very impressed.
Great venue for concerts
Nice place, but it was loud without earplug
Rude staff, arena staff didnt even remove hats during national anthem let alone look at flag. Sickening.
The space is modern and clean. The sound system isnt overwhelmingly loud. There are a number of good food and drink options as well. Catch a concert or a Lancers Hockey game there and you wont be disappointed.
We go here to watch the Omaha Beef, and our experiences have been 100% positive. The arena staff all seem helpful and courteous, and the place is fairly clean (even the restrooms). Well see if this changes with the new management group that has taken over.
This is a nice facility. I have only been here for a limited number of events, but it seems well run and managed. There was one very large event and two smaller ones going on at the same time during my last visit and it appeared they all went off without a hitch. Have not been to a seated event here, but it seems fairly intimate - small size, seats close to the floor. Good restroom and concession facilities.
The arena can be a wedding reception venue, which is why I was there. It looks nice and the food was great. Be warned, the main arena may still be in use if youre having a reception or banquet. For example, there was a lingerie football game going on during the reception I attended. The game didnt have a negative impact on the reception, but it was a fun topic if conversation.
They have the Dog Rescue groups and a lot more there. It is a great experience and a good place to arrange to adopt a rescue dog there. We took our little Mocha for her first outing. She did good and got lots of pets. Lots of free samples of Special dog food and snacks.
Attended Lancers game. Facility is very nice. Restrooms clean and stocked with soap and towels. Observed prior to the third period. Prices of drinks about what you would expect. Parking was easy to find. Leaving was smooth as well. Note the crowd size was not quite 3/4 capacity.
Nice place for a hockey game.
Absolutely horrible customer service. We got tickets for baby shark before the pandemic. Once Covid-19 became a thing and they postponed the show there has been no one answering calls for MONTHS! Then they want to reschedule the show to November without giving us the option to get our money back even though the pandemic will still be bad by then. Not only this, but the show is now on a Thursday at 6pm. A horrible inconvenient time for parents who work and will not be able to swing this date or time. Give me my money back and stop with this horrible service.
Nice arena.
I love this venue! Great place to watch concerts and such. This was my first time there and did not realize how big it was or nice it was. Plenty of room in our seats, great selection of places to buy food from, and the restrooms were kept up well. Overall great experience!
Spacious and clean facility with ample food/beverage options. Staff is friendly and security is always around. Always something going on here, love going to the Lancers Hockey games!
