Absolutely terrible. Told me my install appointment would take 1 hour ended up taking 6 and then after all of that my wiper arms completely stopped working after they installed it I kept telling them that it had to have been wiring issue that they did they insisted it would be the fuses and everything else, which it wasnt. they left my key on while they were doing all these repairs drained my battery and had to keep jump starting it and still have not been able to fix it they have no idea whats wrong with the install that they did.

I wish I could give less than a star. 1 hour install took over 3 and missed my dmv appointment. The installer has no clue.

Sure be nice if they were open more. Everytime I go in when I get a chance to there closed for something. I work 14 hour days most the time and can’t always get in when my appointment is.

Paul has been and is currently doing such a wonderful job. So much so - that I will go out of my way to make sure I go to his location when he is working or make sure I adjust my schedule to make sure I dont miss his days. He makes the process so easy - you get in and you get out. No extra drama. The store is located in a business district so it may be a little difficult to find at first but very worth it due to the exceptional customer service. You can tell Paul cares about his job and his clients.

Paul goes above and beyond with his service. He made me feel comfortable and always willing to take a phone call when I had questions. He helps make a not so great situation doable!

This place is a joke! Ive been sitting here waiting for over 30 minutes and nobody has said a word to me. So much for speedy service, freaking joke. Oh and lets not forget the little money scam they have going on! If you forgot to roll your windows up, and go out to your vehicle to roll them up, dont forget that you have to blow into the breathalyzer, even though you never actually started or drove your vehicle. Otherwise they will lock you out of your vehicle until you pay them $50 to recalibrate the system. So they can keep you from driving your vehicle even though youve paid the monthly fee. I dont about anybody else, but that certainly sounds like extortion. For them to be able to keep an individual from operating their own vehicle within the confinements of the law, after theyve paid the monthly fee, yeah sounds like a scam to me. I would give this zero stars....just left the place, 45 minutes later!🤬
