Such an amazing place to live! The staff were so helpful! They were so gracious with their time working so hard to find a perfect apartment for us as we were moving across the country, and continue to be so friendly, kind and responsive even after we moved in. The building amenities are just great and far above any other amenities we were able to find around town. The apartments themselves are made with high quality materials, very well insulated, and are just lovely to live in. I highly recommend The Conrad!

I’ve lived in my studio here for nearly 2 months. The amenities and location are great. The staff are wonderful and friendly, but they must be overworked. If you don’t have a problem waiting 1+ months for your concerns to be addressed then go ahead and sign that lease.Here’s my experience: Upon moving in, I noticed the edging on the most recent paint job to be lazy and messy (splotches creeping onto countertops, door frames, baseboards). Refer to the pictures. I brought this to the attention of management, but it took at least a month for something to be done about it. Even the work performed in addressing this issue remained incomplete after the fact. I still find myself staring at ugly spots where the paint invaded the woodwork and countertops. I’ve given up on this frustration, I’ll fix it myself.Beyond this incident, however, I cannot ignore the fraudulent claims of a “student discount”. This was one of the factors that influenced my decision to sign. It’s an offer of $250 off your first full month’s rent if you’re a student (September rent for me). I reached out multiple times over the summer to confirm I was eligible for this before signing. In late August I noticed the upcoming charges did not reflect this, and so I confirmed again via email and voicemail. After days of receiving no response to these, I walked up to the management office in person. “I’m working on that today”, I was told. That was August 31st. 24 hours passed, rent was due, and still no discount was applied. I’ve since reached out countless times notifying staff that I am expecting a $250 refund on my account because I went ahead and paid the full month’s rent (I didn’t want to deal with late fees on top of this neglected matter). It is now September 24th and nothing has been done to correct this on my account, even though I’ve been repeatedly told “It’s on my list” or “You should see that money in your account within a couple days”.Another comment includes that every hallway wall has markings or scuffs or just dirt wherever you look. Makes me question why I’m paying the entirety of rent when the real value of living here is 2/3 that.It’s defeating that I must bring my issues to a google review in an attempt for my concerns to be taken seriously by The Conrad. It seems they care a lot about their reputation and signing on new residents; after that, I don’t know what they care about. I hope potential residents seriously consider this before signing. Amenities and location are great, but at the end of the day, does the property actually give a s**t about you?By the way, the photos listed here depict what remains even after staff came in to correct the matter.

The apartments are clean and new. The building is very safe and the staff is very kind, professional, and great to interact with. Kylie was very helpful finding us the right apartment, and she and all the staff have all been great.

Living at The Conrad has been my best rental experience by far in Omaha and Bellevue. Katie and Sarah, the two complex managers I speak to most often, are AMAZING. They answer emails quickly, do whatever they can to help, and are incredibly effective. This complex is really well managed. Maintenance requests are usually completed within hours. Good amenities, climate controlled spaces, and very walkable to UNMC, Blackstone, and Midtown. This is the best place to rent in Omaha. It’s pretty reasonable rent-wise, and any extra money is worth it for all of the above reasons.

The Conrad is a newly built affordable, well located and well managed apartment complex. The location in Blackstone is convenient, with a ton of restaurants and bars nearby. Being so close to the medical district with UNMC and the Omaha VA within a 2 minute drive was a great asset as a medical resident. I always felt safe at the apartment and garage parking was easily available and affordable. Staff was kind and easy to work with. Amenities were great with outdoor pool and courtyard with grills, indoor clubhouse with TVs, poker table and assorted games, coffee machine, etc. Would highly recommend to any incoming medical student/resident, especially if many rotations near UNMC and the VA.

I LOVED my apartment at The Conrad. Management (especially Sarah) was super friendly and helpful, Building was always well maintained & secure, Parking was never a problem to find around the building, Great amenities (Courtyard, Heated Pool & Gym),and affordable rent. Highly recommend... if I was still living in Omaha, I would go back to The Conrad in a heart beat!

I currently live at The Conrad with my husband and our pets. We absolutely love it here and feel that our pets are welcome and are part of the family! The amenities are fabulous and the staff are very friendly and willing to help in any situation. The courtyard has so many things to offer and is a great place to relax. The apartments are spacious and the floor plans are laid out in a way that allows for maximum usage of space; which means that you get the best sq ft per dollar in my opinion. This place is upscale and I would highly recommend!

By far the best place to live in Omaha. The location was great! I was a student at UNMC and was able to walk to school and the Blackstone District in minutes. The building is completely secure and I never once felt unsafe. The amenities are to die for and I utilized them often. The finishes are so modern and up to date. I called maintenance one time in the year that I lived there for a leaking kitchen faucet and it was tended to by the next day. The front office staff was like none other. The only reason why I moved was because I purchased a house. I would recommend the Conrad to anyone and I will miss this place so much!

I moved in the Conrad on December 2017 and stayed for five months. I give this place five stars. Staff is amazing and very helpful. Maintenance is great. I stayed in a two bedroom apartment . Place is clean, secured entrance as well as the garage, gym is great, neighbors are friendly, and staff was awesome.Definitely recommend the Conrad for anyone looking for a comfortable and nice apartment.

I was in Omaha on a temporary assignment for 4 months and thought I would try a short term lease with a furnished apartment. The Conrad had just what I was looking for! Great accommodations, secure building, underground parking (no chance of hail damage!), and very easy commute to downtown. If I have another Omaha assignment I will definitely return! The staff are great 👍. I highly recommend this place!

I spent a year and a half at the Conrad, and loved every minute of it. If I hadnt had to move out of state I would still be there. The building and grounds are well-maintained and gorgeous, and Sarah and Shanna in the office are genuinely friendly and so helpful. They helped me through the process of breaking my lease, which would have caused me a giant amount of anxiety if not for them. The Conrad is in a great location, has great amenities, and really feels like a home. I give it my highest recommendation!

I love living here. Staff is friendly and professional. Any maintenance issues I’ve had have been fixed immediately. Other residents are very nice too. My dog loves making new friends here. Overall, great value for money.

We have lived at the Conrad since March 2018. It is the best place in the Blackstone area in Omaha to live. We have loved it here ever since we moved in. The staff is amazing and extremely friendly and are very willing to help you or listen to any concerns that you have.

I love living at the Conrad! The brand new apartment complex is in a perfect part of town next to Blackstone and Midtown Crossings. Nothing beats having all new appliances and a unit thats never before been lived in. The management is incredibly friendly and always available to help. One of my favorite parts about my new apartment is the secure underground parking...bring on the snow! The building has amazing security and amenities from a luxurious indoor lounge to an outdoor courtyard with a pool that turns into a hot tub in the winter. I cant wait to cozy up to the fire pit this fall! I would highly recommend choosing the Conrad as your next home.

I moved into a Studio at the Conrad very recently and Im absolutely loving it. First off, the units are the best and the most secure I have seen in the Midtown area and you have everything within walking distance. The management here is awesome and they go out of their way to help you out. Weve got an amazing lounge and a hangout area with a mini park slotted right in the center of the property which makes it perfect for evening hangouts. Cant wait to fire up the grill and chill by the pool side. 😀 Id definitely recommend The Conrad Apartments.

I was a resident of The Conrad from Jan 2018 to Jan 2019 in a studio that was amazing and it had all the amenities I was looking for in a apartment. The Conrad isnt just a apartment building but a thriving community and the hot tub open year round is a plus! The building is always clean and the front desk folks are top notch! They literally went out of there way to help me with whatever I needed. Im going to miss the Conrad family and my first home in Omaha, NE. You will not be disappointed, go see for yourself :)

I have been living in The Conrad for the past couple of months and Im loving it so far. The mini park with the hybrid pool that they have at the center of the complex is definitely a unique touch. My wife and I moved into The Conrad October 1, 2017. We really love it. Blackstone location. Underground temperature controlled parking, workout facility, two lounge areas and a gigantic hot tub! Management has also been great to work with. We would highly recommend The Conrad.

I moved into a studio apartment this past August, and I absolutely love living here! I have amazing amounts of cabinet/cupboard space (which is really helpful for a studio) and a surprisingly spacious unit. The appliances are new and very high quality, and I love having an in-unit washer and dryer. The facilities are simply outstanding: a beautiful courtyard (great for reading, studying, or relaxing by the hybrid pool/hot tub), lounges, underground parking, and a workout facility.Aside from the physical building, the staff are phenomenal! Out of every positive attribute that I could list for this apartment complex, the staff are by far the most important. They are super friendly and are happy to help with anything. Everyone knows me by name, and they take time from their work to talk to me when I see them. Maintenance requests are also completed really quickly. Ive never lived anywhere so welcoming!As others have mentioned, the apartments are right next to the Blackstone/Midtown Crossing area, making them very convenient. I can walk just a few blocks and be at some of my favorite restaurants in the area. And UNMC is just down the street, so anyone working there or going to school there can skip the parking pass and take a 5-minute walk to reach campus.All around, I LOVE this apartment and couldnt be happier with my decision.

Stopped by for a tour of some potential apartments and was blown away both by the building (its incredible) and its staff. Blake, the member giving me the tour was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Cant recommend it enough, even if I dont end up living here.

The Conrad is a new and lovely apartment complex. Location at 36th and Jones is close to many things. We have a two bedroom with huge closets and beautiful touches. The pretty courtyard has grills, a fire pit and a big hot tub which we have used and love! The staff is super friendly and helpful. There is a nice gathering room with a fireplace, bar/kitchen area, tables and more. Security is excellent and our underground parking is great.

I 100% recommend The Conrad for anyone living, going to school, or working in Omaha! My experience has been absolutely stellar. The staff is wonderful, the community is wonderful, and the facilities are top-notch. I simply can not say enough good things!

We moved into the Conrad a week ago and absolutely love it! We live in a studio and it is very spacious with lots of storage. The place itself is brand new and gorgeous and the people are all super friendly. The location is great, quick drive to stores and to downtown, quick walk to restaurants and bars. We moved here after relocating from the east coast and love where we live. Its close enough to walk to both Blackstone and Midtown Crossing but quiet enough when needed. Its also very easy to get to shopping, other neighborhoods, and the interstate. The facility is clean, the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and the tenants are really polite and nice. I highly recommend it!

My boyfriend and I have been living at the Conrad for a few months now and we couldnt be happier. We love the location, we love the new/modern feel the whole entire apartment complex has. Jeremey helped us get situated into the apartment complex, but ALL of the staff at the Conrad are so so nice and helpful. We couldnt be happier with our choice in moving here and making it our home!!

Update 2: I have been here almost 4 years. In the last 6 months I changed my review from 5 to 1 star after my bike was stolen from the garage in front my my car and I was frustrated by dog owners that do not leash their dogs when it is required. The bike held a lot of sentimental value and was my primary means of going back and forth to campus so I was very frustrated. Although there was a miscommunication it ultimately was not managements fault. They provide locked storage for a fee specifically to hang bikes. I pay for this but since I used mine so frequently I left it in my garage spot. Management cant control what renters do with their dogs outside of office hours.I changed my review back to 5 stars. It is ALWAYS clean inside and out. The snow removal is immediate. Maintenance issues are handled swiftly. Multiple times I have forgotten what day it was and Sarah has called me to remind me not to get a late fee! She is fantastic and management has been very helpful.I have been here since June and I love it. The staff are great, friendly and very helpful. If you are looking in the Blackstone area - this is the place.

Our family relocated from out of state and selected a place to live without visiting NE. The staff was super helpful in our search! They answered all our questions, gave us a FaceTime tour and went above to send us a video of the exact apartment we were interested in. We have lived here 2 months now and are very pleased with living at The Conrad. The staff is outgoing and welcoming! The neighbors are friendly and the amenities are outstanding, with the secure underground parking, a lounge, workout area and the amazing courtyard with a pool! I would highly recommend living at The Conrad!

I just moved in a week ago and already it feels as though I have been there forever! Everyone knows your name (and you dogs name), they always greet me and ask me how I am doing and make sure I don’t need anything! Love the management team and love all of the amenities! Would highly recommend!!

Best apartment I’ve lived in thus far! The individual apartments are absolutely beautiful and the appliances are all brand new. I love the gym and the pool/hot tub. The staff here is so incredibly awesome, too. Whenever I have a small problem (like when I messed up the light blocking window curtain), they were over almost immediately and fixed it in record time. I definitely recommend The Conrad!

Another new resident reporting in!Recently moved into a 1br. Seems like Ill be echoing what many others are saying, but it seems that theyve thought of just about everything to make moving in here as easy as possible. Stairs are very wide, and the elevators are huge -- No need to play tetris getting a couch or mattress into the building! Even delivery guys from NFM were impressed. Definitely one of many perks of a contemporary building plan. Courtyard and gym are a plus as well.Best part, though, is the growing community. Staff are friendly; always a familiar face at the lobby to ask about your day and willing to help. Some staff even live in the apartments as well. Had a thanksgiving event that was well attended by staff and other residents and got to meet some great people!Happy to leave a well deserved 5-stars. Cheers!
