They are good people and they dont get upset with anyone
Line is almost always out to the road, but staff is friendly and helpful
Its not that bad of a place, most people are friendly here, Ive been to way worse places.
Was there last friday, nice scale lady nice helper helping me dump was in and out in 30 minutes with 4 trucks infront of me.
West Plains is slow, lines are usually really long in the morning, of you show up around noon youll sit for their lunch hour. Most of the employees are friendly. Last time I went, I sat in line for 2 hours
Good fast place with lots of truck parking
As the new scale operator and grader of the last 3 months. Ill do whatever I can to get you in and out ASAP. Sometimes technology can be a blessing and or a curse. I drove a truck for 2 years so I know what the job requires. So please be polite! After all there is 30 of you at any given time, and only 1 of me.
This place is a joke, the entire way of doing things makes no sense at all, you start in one line just to go to another line. If it was a through process it might be better but still the place sucks. Seems like it’s always muddy, there’s a few truck swallowing holes that cannot be avoided. I almost always pick letting my truck sit rather than bringing a load in here.
Not the most organized nor efficient operations....too much down time... maybe a night crew to load rail cars would be a thought... then it would reduce the delay to unload times... one truck every twenty minutes may be a little...under-achieving...? Really considering NOT hauling in here anymore....I lose too many connecting loads from loooooooong waits and no delay/demurrage....
Pretty easy to unload grain there. Sometimes there is a long line
Place can be slow as hell at times, staff is usually friendly.
Fix the roads in and out them potholes are rough
Sit in line for 6 hrs. Employees are extremely rude.
Great place
Bring a lunch
It is what it is a wheat dump
Fast in and out quick
