Love love love this place! All the ladies are amazing and pay such attention to detail. There’s no design they won’t tackle, and my nails always come out just as I ask for. Big shout out to Jasmine especially! Her designs never disappoint!

My daughter and I went here for pedicures and they are so amazing! I would definitely recommend them. They made us feel very comfortable and their quality of work is great! We will definitely be going back.

For several years I was happy with the services and the people, but my last experience was so embarrassing that I have not been back and found a new salon. I was getting a French manicure and towards the end of the service I just wasnt happy with the outcome, the whites on the nails were too thick and looked childlike. I simply asked the technician just to paint over them, she looked at me shocked, and complained right away that I should have said something sooner and that she didnt have time. She was loud and the busy salon were all watching this event unfold. I tried to be polite and asked quietly if I could come back in an hour to have them painted (and that I would pay extra) since they were busy, but her attitude and the embarrassment she caused was too much. I paid for the service and never went back. Never treat your paying customers like this.

Best nail salon ever! Carol has done my nails for almost 12 years now. And I cant say that I have any complaints. She has always gone above and beyond for me and any other customers Ive seen while in the salon. My GO TO! Now all my family goes to Beauty Nails and Spa. ♡☆ just some of hundreds sets of mails and polish designs.

Well for one I had a 1pm appointment that I booked the day before, I arrived 10 minutes early. I was taken to the back booth and a lady started giving me a manicure when I had an appointment to receive a full set. Once I made that known I had to sit and wait 40 minutes until I was worked on. I constantly had to ask to have a nail reshaped because the younger sort of lady that was working on me kept making them crooked. The nail polish I was given wasn’t the one I chose, my left hand nails still turned out extremely crooked and oddly thick. It’s just ridiculous. And at the end she said “okay done” didn’t add ANY cuticle oil. Didn’t take off excess nail polish and didn’t even let me sit to have my nails dry?!?! She polished my nails and sent me on my way! This place is a joke.

I got the deluxe pedicure and they did an amazing job on my toes. Two weeks later and they don’t have one chip on them!! Will be returning! :)

Love! Love! love. One of the few places that has great service and they ask questions along the way. They also do an amazing almond shape and were just awesome. Even gave me tips for keeping my nails healthy with my package choices.

This is the only place i go to get my nails done. Ive tried several others in town but the ladies here are so consistent. I used to go here regularly pre-covid. We have since moved and now live on the other side of town. I got my nails done for the first time since the pandemic started and they were very safe and were by appointment only. Love this place!

This is my go to nail salon in Olympia. The technicians are always very friendly and attentive. I cannot have gel nails at work, so my opinions are based on mostly pedicures alone. The color selections are good and the quality of the pedicure is always great...... they do a good job of getting the cuticles cleaned up and the dry spots off my feet. I do not get many designs either, so I cannot comment on their ability with designs - just plain colors for me. The only downside is that they are pretty busy so I often have to wait - a sign that they are really good!

LOOK AT THIS ART! I threw a challenge at my nail artist Carol and WOW she delivered! Dried flowers inlaid into the nail in a multi-layered gorgeous garden. It took her over 2 hours to create these, the last hour being after her shop closed. Beauty Nails provides a level of customer service that is rare and I legit enjoy spending time there. ♡ Plus, look at these nails. I cant stop looking at them, the photo doesnt even do them justice. Theyre absolutely stunning.

Clean, polite and they do an awesome job. This is the best nail salon i have ever been to. If anyone has ever had a problem with them you need to ask yourself what kind of attitude did i go in with? I have never seen them treat anyone with nothing but kindness!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. They burned my foot with the hot towel. They cut my nails WAY too short. My sisters nails look like absolute garbage...a kindergartner could do better. We had an appointment and they did not start on time. DO NOT GO HERE!

I got my first gel manicure at this salon and loved it! The owner and staff here are very polite, the woman who worked on my nails did a great job and made sure I was comfortable throughout as well as happy with my color choices. If I lived in the area I would be coming back routinely for sure but I’ll still make it a point to get my nails done here whenever I’m in town. 5 star experience!

(Sigh) Olympia just isn’t the place for a decent mani/pedi. This is the third spot I’ve been to and I wanted to love it so bad but it fell short. Made an appointment for 12, the tech didn’t start until 12:35, finished at 1:30, she did a great job everyone managed to get in and get out. But they wanted me to wait, again, for my nails. Wasn’t gonna happen. I asked for and received a “classic pedicure” for $24 which I told her I was getting, but we got to the register and she charged me $38, I asked her why and she said “you got gel”. Upcharge for gel, I get it. But $14?!? That’s insane and it should be stated at the beginning of the service. Quality is great, customer service is lacking. I’ll be driving to Lacey.Update: The owner proceeded to message me and first tell me that she “gave me a menu”, when I mentioned that the upcharge is not listed on the menu she handed me she decided to tell me that it’s on Facebook. I don’t care if it’s in a flashing ad all over the internet, as a place of business it should be on the menu she gave me and it wasn’t. You don’t argue with a customer when you drop the ball, fix your menu!

UPDATE: I hadnt updated this review until now, because I felt very unwelcome last time I went. Yesterday, I did feel welcome. Far and away, Jasmine does the most durable, careful, and artistic gel-builder manicure. It is perfection, every time. I would not be able to get a manicure otherwise. I tried others in town and while they are much friendlier and do great artwork, the manicures just dont last longer than a week for me. Upgrading to 4 stars, but am keeping the original review below.YIKES!! The OWNER provided very poor service - I went in today to get a gem replaced on my thumbnail. I later learned later that it was Carol, the owner, who redid my nail. It wasnt until I left that I saw she had sanded off color in spots, did a very sloppy job with the top coat, and a careless blob of gel to hold the gem in place.When I returned, she wanted to fix it, but I insisted on her getting my nail artist, Jasmine to repair it. Carol apologized a couple of times, was friendly in a fakie way (but was not friendly when she did the fix, which wasnt a big deal to me).Had she offered me a reasonable discount on my next manicure, I would have been completely satisfied and let it go. I spent an hour of my day getting this fixed, and Jasmine had to spend 45 minutes fixing it. I paid $80 for the nails, and tipped Jasmine $25, because she works so hard, and these girls deserve a living wage like everyone else.Carols unwilliness to do little more than apologize unfortunately leaves me not wanting to support her business. Super disappointed. But, I dont want Jasmine to pay the price. She is truly a perfectionist and has always done amazing work !!! Take a look at the pics Ive posted.

Love what this group of talented women can do. They did my wedding nails. Ive gotten pedicures, manicures, acrylics, and gels. They even got my husband to get pedicures.

My very first time getting acrylics. I drove 40 minutes and I was pretty excited and the reviews made this place seem great! But the lady was rude, rough, and made fun at my nails and cuticles, but barely talked to me. 4 of my nails are uneven and she didnt even do the shape that I wanted. They were also very expensive a full set with plain color cost $41. They dont have a menu of prices listed either.Im very disappointed and will not return to this salon

Came in yesterday for a regular mani, I sat under the fan for over 20 min to make sure the nails were dry. Went home and took a shower a few hours after my mani and my nails smudged and chipped. I called the salon over 8 times from 430-6pm and it was a busy signal each time. I emailed and didn’t hear back. I came in first thing this morning when they opened and they were so rude about needing my nails fixed. Even after they repainted them they look terrible and I’m leaving with polish all over my skin. The lady told me to be careful as I was leaving, it wasn’t my fault they chipped! They’re super busy and do not have conversations with you, I didn’t feel welcomed on either trip. On the first day I was there two people came in to get their nails fixed and this morning it was me, another girl with acrylics came in after just being in the day prior and a third lady was on her way in for something to be fixed as I was leaving. Not worth the time or money. They also don’t have a menu of services or prices posted anywhere. I won’t be returning.

Stopped in here while in Olympia. Met Carol a super nice lady who runs this shop of friendly ladies. The star of this group Kayleigh ( le ) is just amazing! The job she did for my daughter and the beautiful pictures she painted on her nails were just amazing! They were fast friendly and great prices! Better tip these ladies well, they sure deserve it! Ask for Le when you go in shes just incredible!

Beauty Nail and Spa is a fantastic nail salon! You can tell they genuinely care about their customers. I accidentally dropped a bottle of nail polish and it broke and went everywhere and I was super embarrassed but they didnt make me feel bad about it, even though I felt horrible! They did a great job on my mani-pedi, it has been 3 weeks and my nails are still holding up! No chips or breaks so far :) I wish I could remember my nail tachs names but I am sure they remember me!
