Would recomend anyone to go there was a spectacular place to visit

This company is great! They are very helpful, courteous and remain professional while dealing with the unexpected things in life like traffic delays and vehicle breakdowns. The office staff and drivers both go above and beyond by informing me of any delays while also trying their hardest to not have to adjust my pick-up/drop-off times too much. I dont envy them when it comes to trying to keep their schedules straight while dealing with road closures, accidents by other commuters, and vehicle maintenance all at the same time.

Sorry to hear about the poor service received from those rating this company. There is a better, local alternative with a greater understanding of safety, service, and people skills. Check out Around The Sound/Transpro. They have 3 locations and service multiple counties. From the sound of things, I dont think current and past riders can go wrong in giving them a try. Ive heard good things and see them all over Pierce County. I think theyhave a location south of Olympia.

These people left me stranded after I missed my return ride. I called them and they refused to come back and get me.

This company & is absolutely terrible, dispatch aka Rodger will lie & tell you what you want to hear just to get you off the phone. The company consistently changes my pick up time by 30-60 min without telling me, to the point where when I call & ask whats going on so get chuckled at & told that they are almost to me. Then 90% of the drivers the second they are running late speed limit signs are optional, I asked 1 driver if he would slow down because he was starting to scare me he told me not to look up. I only ride them because I have no other way to make my appointments

I was cut off from the owner/driver of this company by our local hospital. I called the number posted and got the driver on the phone. I asked to speak with a supervisor and he said he was the only one I could speak with and said, yes, that was me who cut you off. I only hope he wasnt on a transport. Awful driving and should not be transporting people. Absolutely disgraceful.

Was behind van #66 from highway entrance (Wallace kneeland Blvd shelton) driver was all over highway crossing lines even into oncoming traffic. Crossed lines and almost hit oncoming metro bus and multiple other vehicles. Speed also was all over going from 55-70+ mph. I called company at 11:50 to report #66 for EXTREAMLY DANGEROUS driving. Then I got the heck off highway as this driver is driving in a way that kills people. Hope they get this driver off the road before he hits and kills someone.

Id really like to know why every single time I see one of the American Service Medicar vehicles on 101 (number 92 this morning) theyre in the left lane doing 55 and holding up traffic. Absolutely no business being in that lane and holding up traffic.

SUPER UNSAFE WHILE DRIVING!!! Constantly speeding (at least 15 over), swerving, and they were trying to eat while drive which distracted them even more! Never Again!! Wish I could zero stars.. The lady (van #32) seemed so grouchy too..

This morning 3/14/19 at approximately 0612 I almost got tagged by Medicar #08 because the driver failed to 1)stop at the stop sign on northbound NE West Kingston Rd at SR 104 and 2) look left and yield to me who had the right of way as I travelled eastbound on SR 104. This driver endangered me who was riding an electric scooter and whatever disabled passengers they may have had on board. Clearly the driver was in a rush as they were trying to make the 0625 ferry sailing out of Kingston. Let me be clear, the driver made NO attempt to stop at this intersection.

Horriable company owner does not care about clients at all, they drive way over there speed limit when they are late endangering there clients and dont care about safety they have some good drivers but dispatch is horrible, dispatcher Rodger will lie to you and tell you what you want to hear only to do the opposite
