I planned for a month to rent a piece of equipment from them, called 4 times to confirm my address and that everything was fine and everything was fine. Fast forward 3 weeks later, I called once my equipment was 1/2 hr late and they waited to tell me at that moment that I need to make a file, take a picture of my drivers license and to arrange payment. In the 4 times I called to confirm my rental, not once did they advise me this needed to be done. They absolutely wasted my time and ruined a project I planned for a month now. Don’t waste your time with them.

Have been using Lew Rents West professionally and personally for many years. Delivery has always been on time. The counter staff, Troy and Scott, are always friendly and helpful. Their fair pricing, customer service, and customer loyalty, will always be a staple of the construction and trade community.

I rented a pump and hoses from them last weekend. Their equipment didnt actually work out for me, but they went above and beyond to find and arrange for equipment from other sources to get my job done.The manager there has helped out with scouting service projects in the past as well. I appreciate her community support.Everyone that I worked with here treated me right.

Always helpful, trying to meet your schedule and delivery; competitive and typically beats all rental units $$ in town; keeps equipment well maintained and I frequently notice new equipment or replaced. Always works with customer to give customer the benefit of maximizing allowed time use, or is very reasonable if equipment does not perform as expected or mechanical issues. Yard dogs always rush to help to get you on your way - they understand business and time.

Not sure what happened to their quality. Brought in 2 sets of mower blades for sharpening. When picked up they looked like cr*p, like somebody not knowing what they were doing hit em with a bench grinder real quick, and not really sharpened. Have taken my blades in several times in the past and they always came back looking great, like they had a machine that was dedicated to it (consistent grind and edges and actually sharp). I have a bench grinder and can do as good of a job as what they did today.

They have great prices on rentals and propane and Logan is a awesome employee

Yesterday I brought my electric mower in to have the blade sharpened. They were very fast and friendly, and the price was reasonable. When I went to mow the lawn today I got about halfway through before the mower started to rattle ominously. When I checked the blade, it wasnt quite tight enough; it would turn independently of the fan mount. I took it back in today to have them look at it. They tightened it and let me know that due to the age of the mower it would be smart to get a new mower fan, which is what the blade attaches to, as it was wearing. I appreciated that they didnt makes excuses; they just tightened the blade, and gave me a heads up about the part. They also looked up the part number for me, as none of their distributors carry that brand, so I can order it online.

Rented a backhoe from them with a credit card. They took money out of my account 10 days before the rental without permission, it was only luck that I had money in that account at the time. Is this even legal? dont give them your card number. rent from someone else, I dont trust how these guys do business.
