We have used this a couple of times and find it a very easy process. It is quick and efficient and had no issues with using at all. Overall great.

I wished someone had posted what Im about to tell you BEFORE I tried to find this locker. Here it is:The lockers are located on the north side of the mall, inside the entrance that is west of the theater.I just posted a photo that shows that there is an REI sign outside the entrance and another pic which illustrates that you can see the Target store outside that entrance, across the parking lot and is north of the mall.I spent about 20 minutes walking the mall looking for these lockers and the first four people I asked had no idea there were lockers IN the mall or where they might be if they heard about them. This was difficult.Difficult to find made worse because the Garmin GPS tries to put you at the east entrance to the mall, where the lockers are definitely not; and few mall employees know where the lockers are.Finally the door guy at Best Buy got on their radio, and someone at Best Buy knew where they are. The computerized mall directory does not have the Amazon Lockers in its database, it just sits there, the obelisk map does not list it, and there was no live customer service kiosk or security people in evidence the entire time I was there.The lockers themselves work perfectly and are easy to access. You just program the number Amazon sends you and the correct door pops open.

Lori Madison is correct; this isnt easy to find, but its just inside the north-facing mall entrance closest to Forever 21. The system works great; display the barcode Amazon sends, with the email or push notification sent after your package is delivered and the correct door in the locker opens for you to retrieve your shipment. Maybe the pictures Ive attached here will help to identify the locker. Googles map pin is not located correctly; hopefully, this can be corrected.

Once I found it the convenience was wonderful but I wandered around an hour until finally an employee at Best Buy knew where it was....most told me it wasnt there. It right inside the entrance between REI and Forever 21...just yellow lockers against the wall. Hope this saves someone the frustration

I was looking for a store, its not, its just an orange set of lockers. As soon as you enter the mall next to forever 21, turn right.

I cant find it. No one in the mall had heard of it. Amazons customer service was useless. Wheres the stuff I already paid for?!
