Today 4/23/2021 both men working behind the counter refused to break down the multiple fees they were trying to charge my husband to transfer his car title as the fees they were asking us to pay were outrageous. They both kept saying I dont know, when your new title comes you will see all fees listed that we charged. We felt that something fishy was going on with the staff and we left. We took our business to Lacey auto licensing and it was OVER $50.00 cheaper to transfer title and the attitudes of lacey staff were MUCH more pleasant and educated on this matter! Would the owner of this establishment care to tell us why you charge such high/excess fees, since obviously your staff refuse to do so but want to take our hard earned money.

Great local business, and amazing disc golf selection.

This review is specifically for the auto licensing part of the business. My partner and I have been trying to get a new title sent to us for over 4 months now. Every time we call they say they dont know why it hasnt been sent out yet and have some lame excuse. Save yourself a lot of time and stress and get your licensing taken care of elsewhere.

Woman who helped us was very good, I was concerned that not all employees wore a mask. It a requirement to get a tile transfer, so it should be a requirement for a safe transaction. Employees are required to wear shoes and shirts, why not masks during these uncertainties times It’s for the protect of others.

I live in Lacey and prefer to drive across town for all of my title and registration needs. They are THAT helpful and friendly.

Got lied to saying my tab renewal fees were included in the personalized license plate application process. Go to a real DOL office. Here I had paid $130 thinking my tab renewal was included cause that’s what they told me, to receiving a letter from DOL today saying my application wasn’t processed because my tabs are expired. So here I found myself writing another check over $100. And now I have to wait another 4-6 weeks. Never coming here again

Extremely friendly service and the line moved very quickly, especially for a day in December. I went in for notary, fax and UPS services so I cant speak to the licensing wait time. I waited less than five minutes and they offered a chocolate and a cup of hot apple cider (which was really good!) while I waited. I will be coming back.
