Geo showed up earlier than predicted, was super professional, hooked up my car quickly and securely, and gave me a ride home along with the car. It was about an hour an a half drive and the conversation was pleasant and respectful. A great guy! I would definitely do business with this place in the future.

Their tow truck driver came out and was very friendly (I cant remember his name) but he did a very good job. He was very careful about the surrounding vehicles. He had to pull the one SUV out from in-between other vehicles. He had to maneuver his big truck in a small space and was very good at what he does, so I am grateful that he is good at his job. I want to thank him for doing a good job!!

We were stuck on a tiny forest service road with a flat deep in the National Forest. After contacting many tow companies that said they wouldn’t go that far into the forest, Tesla connected us with Summit Towing. Not only were they able to pick us up from the gas station where we had hitchhiked to for service, they took us back into the forest to get the car and got us back down the mountain. Our tow driver Mitt was kind, knowledgeable and a seasoned driver, having worked on cars his entire life. In the worst of situations Summit Towing was the best case scenario. Great employees working here!I found out about them through my work as we use them for impound services.Ive used them quite a few times on my own vehicles and theyre very upfront and down to earth. Pricing is cheaper than anyone else around.If they know theyre having a busy day, they will tell you this so you know what to expect and I absolutely respect that.

As far as towing companies go, this place is the BEST. I ran into a sticky situation with my apartment complex towing my old car without contacting me first, despite communication on my end. It SUCKED, but per my lease agreement I couldnt fight it. Earlier today I paid my deposit for my new home and I couldnt be more broke. This company really went above and beyond to help me and come to terms that didnt ruin me when they didnt have to. The staff was so kind and understanding and I have so much appreciation for the way they handled my situation. If I ever need anything towed or to sell off an old car, theyre going to be my first call!

I had this company come and tow my vehicle. I spoke to someone on the phone and was told they would arrive in 45 minutes. I waited for them to arrive not only 45 minutes but 2 and a half hours. We were stranded on i5 with cars whizzing past us at 75 miles an hour. The tow driver was will. He talked down on my wife and kids while we were getting driven to our destination. Will with summit towing threatened me for defending my kids. This guy should never be working for such a company. If you ever get a tow from will stay very far away. Infact run! Your going to regret what they will and could do.

Okay, so I was here for an unfortunate situation. Had to get a car out. But I have to tell you, the staff was so kind. They took extra precautions on making sure the car was not damaged from the fencing, not a scratch on the car. I was very impressed by them both!

Had car towed from rental property on rich road we reported it stolen. Searched summit and many places for about a month. Car appeared there after a while but they claimed it was picked up about a month prior on rich raod. Car was completely stripped. I hope if it was employees they no longer work there or if it was owners they changed their ways.

Imagine the fear I felt, pulling over on a dark road, on a crummy rainy night, with no idea why my car had stalled out. In a panic, I called a friend for help and lucky me, she said to call Ryan at Summit towing. I didnt get Ryan, but the driver Vince was there in a flash and put me at ease right away. He did what ever it is men do to a stalled vehicle, got me on my way and followed me to a better lighted area. I will always call on Summit Towing, just hopefully not too often. I had outstanding and timely service with this company. My wife and children got a flat tire and the driver showed up promtly to fix it. He was clean cut, friendly and very curtious...nothing like you would suspect a tow truck driver would be. The tire was changed quickly on our massive Yukon Denali and we will definately keep a Summit Towing card in our glove box in case of any vehicle mishaps.

I got stuck in a ditch and I called them to come tow my car out first of all they said it would be less than 30 minutes. I ended up waiting like over and hour and had to called twice the tow truck driver finally came he was very rude when I asked for a discount they gave me seven dollars off my tax so instead paying one hundered and seven I paid even one hundred the lady I called who was supposivley the manager told the tow truck driver I was giving her a hard time. Look you idiots I was late to work and would never recommend you to anyone else your business is a joke and I hope people read my post realize you dont even care about your customers. Then the tow truck driver said this isnt pizza hut you dont get discount well you know what screw . Oh by the way have a nice day jerk....

A bunch of rip off artists who couldnt give two s**** about the people. Towed my vehicle on a Thursday. Instead of mailing a notice the same day they wait till the last possible moment and then ship your notice so you get charged for an entire weekend of storage fees. My bill was $700 for a tow. I called the very same day I got the notice and they wouldnt even cut me a break. They rip people off on purpose. Charge me $700 for a tow then said Oh by the way Ill tow it back to your house for another 50 bucks since you plan on buying a dolly. So they cant give me a discount but they can tow my vehicle all the way across town for 50 bucks. I hope the owner gets sued and goes to prison for fraud.

I have attended Music in the Park for 15 years, and in that time I have always parked behind the Department of Personnel. I had asked them about 5 years ago if that was okay to do after non working hours and they told me yes. On Wednesday, I parked my car and went over to Music in the Park. After the concert was over I went to retrieve my car and it was gone. I saw a man pacing, with two children crying hugging their Mom. He said, his car had been towed. I looked around to one of the 3 entrances of the lot and saw a sign sitting on the ground, covered with shrubs. It said, Summit Towing, I called the number on the sign, the man on the other end of the line said, Lakefair. I told him I did not attend Lakefair I went to Music in the Park and for the past 15 years Ive parked in that parking lot. He told me that the lot had a new owner and they have hired them to remove cars. I asked how much to get my car back, he said, 240.00 impound fee, and $60.00 storage that would be prorated dependent on the time I picked it up,, unless I wanted to pay $89.00 for after hour fee. I couldnt believe it, I was sick. I opted for the latter. The next day at 8:30 in the morning I went to pick up my car. They charged me the full $60.00, even though they told me the storage fee would be prorated.I saw on the invoice, they had picked it up at 6:50, 10 minutes after I parked it. RCW 46.55.080 states: :The person requesting a private impound or a law enforcement officer or public official requesting a public impound shall provide a signed authorization for the impound at the time and place of the impound to the registered tow truck operator before the operator may proceed with the impound. So how did they get that signature in 10 minutes? A registered tow truck operator, employee, or his or her agent may not serve as an agent of a property owner for the purposes of signing an impound authorization or, independent of the property owner, identify a vehicle for impound.I noticed my car pulled to the right. I called the owner of Summit Towing. I told him I had parked there for 15 years, I explained the sign in the brush, I told him I shouldnt have had to pay a full storage fee. He was cold and told me thats the breaks. I told him I was going to file charges he said, go ahead and waste your time. I felt he thought he was untouchable.I then read the laws about towing. Under RCW 46.55.070,(1) No person may impound, tow, or otherwise disturb any unauthorized vehicle standing on nonresidential private property or in a public parking facility for less than twenty-four hours unless a sign is posted near each entrance and on the property in a clearly conspicuous and visible location to all who park on such property that clearly indicates:(a) The times a vehicle may be impounded as an unauthorized vehicle; andThere are 3 entrances to that location, there was no sign near 2 of the entrances, and near the 3rd entrance is a sign low to the ground with shrubs hiding the sign. Ive taken pictures of each entrance & where the signs are posted, 2 by a dumpster, 2 by handicapped parking and one on a post.He had told me he had 10 angry people that morning. I know I did not park diliberately in the parking lot. I didnt see the signs. The owner told me when I get out of my car, I need to do a 360, to make sure there are no signs around me. How many people do that? I believe that the reason there were 10 other angry people is because they didnt see them either.Im so upset by the owners attitude, there was no latitude. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well as a Attorney General. I have also learned I have a right to a hearing, which I will schedule as soon as possible.I will never use Summit Towing for any towing need.
