If you want a good deep massage Caleb is great. If you want petting dont go to him. Great therapists, nice atmosphere.

Just got a great massage for my husband and myself. Ive had a knot in my back for a week now, and my husband has medical problems with his knee. Both massage therapists helped us tremendously and now we are sleepy. The nice ladies at the front gave us tea that also helped me stop coughing (Im sick right now). Great service, would highly recommend.

PRO: Great staff always friendly and helpful. The Stretching session was just what I needed great feature. CON: Not a fan of the subscription part of it, without a subscription it makes it pretty pricey.

Went two days in a row...back was a complete knotted mess...first day thought it was only one side andJackie worked entire session on it. Thought I was fixed. Then next day. The other side was killing me.... and Christina worked that day on that side, plus my neck. I left with a glass of water and I instructions to keep hydrated and go home and use ice packs. Finally feeling good. The massage therapists are professional and educated. And you can get in 7 days a week to someone...not like other places!

I cant give this place more than two stars because they dont have great quailty therapists as other MEs. Also, they charge you if you cancel less than 24 hours, even if they fill the spot, which, I think they have that policy Because they dont have quality therapists, so cant fill cancelled spots as easily as they should be able to. I have patroned MEs around the country and None of them charge if the cancellation is filled.My suggestion to Olympia ME: hire ONLY great therapists. Dont charge customers who cancel less than 24 hours if you are able to fill that appointment spot, customer service goes a long way, which you are in need of.

My husband and I both think very highly of Massage Envy. We are both members but one doesnt have to be a member to book a massage. Ive been dealing with frozen shoulder and massage has helped greatly.

Ive had great experiences here. My massage therapist is very good at finding those trouble spots; seems very intuitive. Nothing but praise for Justin!

Worst massage ever! My paperwork wasnt even read. I had an add on as well and had to remind the therapist when she said the session was over.

Walked in and it was like I didnt even exist. Then when I talked to someone, the were rude. Didnt even get a massage I was really frustrated. I want to try new things, but if I get service like this I will never use them!
