Matt and his team at Housefli really hooked me up. House was on the market for 3 months. The agent we used to sell was adamant about his brokerage’s ability to market it. Unfortunately there were awkward pictures of thin hallways, pictures of single items of furniture, and dim pictures in the packet they put together. Their twilight shots had no light in them at all. Their drone footage looked too amateur to post on social media. When they marketed on Facebook, they sent the pictures to everyone in a certain radius.I told Matt what a nightmare experience we had with this cheap realtor and he called him personally. We came to an agreement - if we didn’t like Housefli’s work better than our Agent’s, the marketing would be free.The difference was night and day. After coming up with a strategic go to market plan with Housefli, we sold the house within 10 days. We got three offers, and actually came in above market value by about $30,000.
