Since it’s opened and I’ve signed up, I can say I am very pleased with the quality of the facility and the staff. Overall, it’s a great gym with a variety of equipment and classes. I also appreciate the cleanliness and level of communication they maintain with their customers.If I had to be picky, it does get packed during peak hours but that just speaks to the popularity of this gym. If you’re in the area, you should sign up.

My son goes to this fitness center. It is all in one mega fitness place with all the equipment along with a mini swimming pool. The staff are very friendly and the center is kept very clean. This center is located in Olney, Maryland.

Very nice, clean facility. Pool is still being finished and not available at opening. Some items, such as pneumatic weight machines that were mentioned when the club was being constructed do not appear to be installed (yet?). Would be great to see them, but otherwise great place and very friendly staff, especially Roger.

Olney really needs a REAL gym. I’m 26 and have been going here for the past 3 months and Is just filled with a snobby high school kids who take up all the machines just to talk and look at themselves in the mirror. If it wasn’t for them,the gym would be above average, good range of machines, spacious, and clean.

Total pros. The sign up process is concise and straightforward. The place is spotless and has a good, deep-clean feeling. The equipment is top of the line, in excellent repair and, most important, I saw people of all shapes and sizes, from powerlifters to middle-aged dad-bod types like myself. I.e. a positive, non-judgmental atmosphere with something for everyone. I resisted coming in for the longest time but I found myself very pleasantly surprised and am very glad I did.

Onelife is awesome. The staff is super friendly and extremely helpful. The facility is very clean and I love that everyone abides by the Covid rules of social distancing and disinfecting the machines, weights, etc after each use. The personal trainers are beyond amazing. Zach is just awesome and really pushes me. Would definitely recommend that if you are looking for a trainer, Onelife is the place to be.

Excellent gym! Clean, awesome group fitness instructors and a variety classes. Reserving a spot is easy through the app.

UPDATE: After asking to cancel my membership I was told that I would be charged 3 months of fees because I was still within my 12 month membership. After asking multiple times for more information on this 12 month membership they were referencing I got a message that my membership would be canceled with no additional fees. BE CAREFUL WHEN DEALING WITH THESE PEOPLE!ORIGINAL: Over the weekend Onelife majorly misrepresented the recent updates to county COVID mitigation efforts. Policy states that a face covering may be removed while swimming or engaged in another physical activity where the use of a face covering would pose a bona fide safety risk. Onelife chose to represent this as while exercising. Even this is not being enforced though.Because of this dishonesty I am choosing to cancel my membership. But their dishonesty again shines through. I call the gym to cancel and am told the gym doesnt cancel memberships and I am given a number that I must call during the week. That leads me to an automated message that directs me to the gyms website. The website has an obtuse contact form so that they may contact me so that I may cancel my membership. All of this so they can try to drag things out and try and eek out one more charge on my credit card.Equipment choices are decent...

Its okay, machines are decent. Pool by appointment is nice guaranteed a spot. I did a 1 day pass. Theres no hand sanitizers by washing units for equipment. Over priced for their yearly membership plus they have a 6 month annual fee in addition to paying for the year up front similar to planet fitness gym sneaky hidden fees. La fitness 1 year plan no hidden fees at all.

The facility is constantly being cleaned by both staff and members. The kids club is well maintained and quite large. All 3 of my kids (8, 5, 3) love it and have plenty to do. The kids club has a study area, theater, video game area, 1/2 court basketball court, a separate baby/toddler area, and a massive open play area. My kids beg me to take them to the gym everyday. Its a great way to motivate me to go when my motivation isnt at its highest. Heh

Alex Switzky, the manager, has gone above and beyond his duty over the last few weeks. I’ve had to travel internationally, very reluctantly. I asked Alex for his assistance with my new founders membership and he has helped me promptly, professionally and more than anything with real compassion. I can’t thank Alex enough for his care. With life so challenging for everybody today, it’s so reassuring that real customer service and appreciation is at the forefront of Onelife and in particular Alex. Thank you so much ❤️

I joined a month ago, and Ive really enjoyed this gym so far - clean and well organized. The staff are very kind. The class instructors have been great, too!

I was looking to find a gym closer to home so I decided to check out this place. The gym is brand new so there’s nothing to complain about there. The membership sales guys on the other hand are disrespectful to say the least. I was very surprised by that.Based on my experience with that aspect of Onelife- Olney, I look forward looking elsewhere to workout.

Great gym, opened recently. Very clean and staff is friendly. I prefer this one way more than Rockville onelife, which has issues with cleanliness and staff.

Dont trust what they tell you because they just lie to your face! We signed a contract 1st quarter of 2020, way before they opened. They kept pushing the opening date out and then COVID started. A year has passed and they opened. When we signed the contract, general manager told us that we will have 7 days to try out the club and if we dont like it we can cancel for free and get out money back no questions asked. We received an email that they opened on the 2/16/21. I wrote an email on 2/22/21 to cancel the membership. General manager called me back asking why i wanted to cancel. A week has not passed, and they want to charge a cancellation fee. All they care about is ripping people off.

Great gym and layout. I wish they had a bike rack somewhere outside though; or something to lock my bike to.

Why has construction stopped on the new Onelife Fitness in Olney, MD? Covid 19 did not affect construction so the project should of moved along and been completed for the opening of gyms in Montgomery County. There has been no explanation. When is the new expected completion date? Gyms are set to open on June 19, 2020 and the Olney facility has had zero movement.

Cant wait for this to open. Ive talked to Alex - the new GM - and he was great. Explained all the options - very friendly and professional. Floor plan looks awesome - especially indoor salt water pool. Definitely by going there as soon as the doors open!

Went for the 1st time since OneLife purchased acac Germantown. With that change, Im allowed to ho to other OneLife gyms. I took a mind body studio class that featured yoga and pilates. I was able to do some of the moves some of the time. Meet a former acac, Healthtrax instructor who was able to do all of the moves all of the time. Very nice facility.
