The techs I have worked with have all been very nice. I have a fear of needles and they have all helped to put me at ease. The one thing I would suggest to management is requesting the building turn on the HVAC for their Saturday hours.

The Labcorp in Olney Maryland is absolutely wonderful! I go there to get my blood work for the medication I’m on right now and they are always so friendly and nice. Every time is a pleasant experience. They are professional, reliable and fast. This is definitely the best lab to go to!

I had a great experience at Olney labcorp today. My doctor ordered fasting blood work and when I called labcorp to ensure the order was there the receptionist, Chenese, was very helpful throughout the whole process from when I called, walked in the door and She then quickly helped me with the automatic sign in machine at the entrance. Her help was so appreciated as I was having a difficult morning. The person who drew my blood was also skilled and it went very smoothly. Had to write review as it was a very good customer service.

First time visiting, wonderful experience, much better than the one in Columbia Maryland, where my wife had a terrible experience that lasted to long because the Phlebotomist would not listen to her and insisted on drawing blood from the arm where blood vessels are not able to be used, after the third attempt, finally they used the back of the hand where she told them at the beginning, she was there for one hour not waiting but more than one Phlebotomist kept trying THE WRONG ARM!!!!

I was booked in via previous online scheduling and I confirmed with their kiosks on location. I was called to the reception area shortly thereafter. I went up to the reception window to state I was there. A lady came out from the back and ask if she could help. I politely pointed to the lady to my left, who had a patient in front of her that “I think this lady is helping me” and then the lady said “fine, move away from my window”. Extremely rude! I will no longer go to this location and will tell my physicians in the future not to send needed bloodwork to LabCorp

I have been going here monthly for the last 3 years. Boy this place used to be great, i even got to know the staff by name in that time, and they greeted me. within the last months, things have drastically changed for the worst. The newer staff is rude and careless. I thought this might revert, so i waited it out. Yesterday was the last straw. My condolences to the remaining staff that has been there for awhile who have had to go from a great environment to what it is now. Attached is a pic from where my vein was dug for until found. This has never happened before, as i have great veins. Honestly I would be fine with it, but the horrible attitudes present now, i wont any longer be treated as such, coupled with vein fishing.

I have always found the technicians professional. More to the point, they are incredibly skilled at sticking my uncooperative veins almost painlessly. My last visit was October 2019. I see some very negative reviews here: I hope things havent deteriorated recently.

Ive been here a few times. Ive never had to wait more than 10 minutes to be seen, and was always done within 20 minutes. Each time they took my blood quickly and without pain. Blood being taken is something that usually upsets me, but Im glad they do a good job here. It makes it a lot easier.

I just took my one year-old son to lab core in Olney and like any parent I was nervous about having his blood drawn. They were amazingly professional brought in two people to help and completely put me at ease. Everything went really well the baby did not even get upset.

I actually had a great experience. Staff was nice and friendly. The technician who took my blood was very experienced. I didnt feel the needle. I was in and out within 20 minutes. Went early in the am. It was busy but again got out pretty quick.

My second time here (both for non fasting blood work). Made an online appointment for 10am, got there by 9:45am and was done and out of the door by 10am. Front desk staff and the phlebotomist were very friendly and efficient.

The front desk is too lazy to look up your orders, you better bring in a hard copy or youre out of luck. They will also tell you that you MUST provide a credit card, dont fall for it, they will charge you and it will take forever to get back any refund. This is the second time that I had my blood drawn here and the phlebotomist never changed her gloves much less washed her hands. Last time I told Lab Corp about it, this time I am telling you all!

Had an appt for 9:30, arrived at 9:25, wasnt seen until 10:20. Expect to be treated like a walk in. At least the lady who drew my blood was nice

Phlebotomists (the people who draw your blood) are unprofessional and rude. I have left after waiting for hours--with the staff in the back talking and eating and patient waiting room full. This is my closest lab. I absolutely dread it. I could draw blood better myself. Please hire a new lab manager, LabCorp!

Snookie makes visiting the vampire much less uncomfortable- albeit even pleasant. They also recently updated the location, so its not so DMV-like, and is more doctors office-like. They always have food network on, and plenty of magazines, too, so the wait isnt as much of a pain.

Not only were they insisting on signing a form and credit card authorization after calling lab Corp I was informed it was not necessary and it was optional. So requested it to be returned and the front desk gave attitude and informed me she had no time and pulled me from line and I watched her purposely put me after 2 new patients who had walked in the door. Have in mind already have been waiting over an hour to be seen. This is the last time I will ever use this facility. Very unprofessional and when asking their should have not been an implied that it was mandatory to hand over a credit card. Her pulling me from line after waiting an hour and purposely putting after new patients arriving is uncalled for. Very disappointed and angry

1st time I went to visit this location, they omitted one of the blood tests on my order and it was never run.2nd time, I arrived 10 minutes early for a scheduled appointment. The waiting room was 3/4 full. The admin assistant told me to sign in but it would be a while before I was seen. I told her I had an appointment at a specific time. She said it would still be a while and they were running behind. I asked for an estimate of my wait time and she hedged, not giving me an answer. I then asked her what appointment time they were currently serving and she hedged again, simply saying I have 2 phlebotomists on right now and all of these people.Why do you offer appointments Labcorp, if they are not to be kept? And do you train your staff to be vague and indirect in responding to questions? Poor experience.I will try another Labcorp site in hopes that this is not a systemic problem.

Sat more than an hour for my appointment. When I asked how much longer the clerk looked at the clipboard and explained I hadnt been called because I hadnt put my arrival time. He then put me next like it was the a problem for him.

25 people waiting. Two hours to get routine blood drawn. One hour before copying insurance cards. Wednesday am. Understaffed (1) at reception desk, That one person having to due multiple tasks, including answering the phone and giving directions, etc. No excuse for such poor service.
