Derek is incredible. Initially had house inspected by another inspector who realtor recommended. After closing we discovered major problems with the house the inspector had missed. Called Derek to come in and do another inspection. He pointed out countless things that were missed by the first inspector. This guy is TOP NOTCH

Scooter was super thorough and spent hours going from top to bottom inspecting ever single thing from roof to electrical appliances, door latches and adjustments, wiring, a/c, water heater and even found a missing plastic nut that holds the cover panel on the bottom of the dishwasher at the floor. Me and my wife were very impressed. Our builders were not trustworthy and we felt a new home inspection was going to be well worth the money which it was! I was very pleased with the inspection work done by Derek with National Property Inspections. I asked my Realtor for a thorough inspector, and he was. He was on time, and easy to talk to about the property. He made sure I knew if I had any questions or concerns, I could ask him during the inspection or afterwards. When the inspection was complete, Derek showed me the initial findings on his laptop and explained the issues. He made good suggestions ( like to download the thermostat manual now) and made sure I understood what he was talking about when explaining technical information. He provided pictures that showed where the AC filters go. He also took a picture and make sure I knew where the water shut off valve was in the home. I recieved the complete inspection report with photos via email within 24 hours of my inspection. His quick turnaround will help my buying process move forward. I would definitely recommend the services.
