Easy easy

I purchase many items from. This store because it is local to my home. I have never once had an issue. Yesterday I purchased an adapter for my weed eater, took it home and installed it per instructions. Within an hour It burned up. This morning I took It back with receipt and extra parts in hand. The lady in returns explained I needed to take It to tool rental and explained they handle tool warranties they told me I put it on wrong and there was nothing they could do. I gave him a play by play on how I installed it and he agreed that was how it was done but he still said I put the part on wrong and that the part was trash that they could do nothing about because I didnt pay them to put it on. That was the last visit I will make to this store. If you want poor customer service visit here.
