I was scheduled to have a interview for penmac at the Memphis Office. And I called the Olive Branch office clarifying could I come to this one since it was closer to home. I was told Yes by the receptionist on the phone that all penmac are combined so I can come this one too. Then I get here and call and the lady says there on break I wait for almost 2 hours and there still isn’t anyone here! You would think the Memphis one would have worst customer service but in reality it’s this OFFICE!

I got an interview the same day! After the interview, I was told to call back the next day to see if they had anything available. Turns out, they did. I had to go in for a drug test and I start the same week, getting paid next week!

Had an interview at 1pm no one was there!!! Lights off, very unprofessional!!!
