This was the worst mechanic experience in my life and I am 62yrs old. I called Fred Johnson and told him my truck problems. He told me to bring it to him. After 6 weeks and no truck I was told that they couldnt repair it. I have already paid them $3700 dollars. Fred Johnson said that he wasnt responsible because he has a sub-contractor working on it. They robbed me. I was told to come get my truck or it would be towed. He also said that he fired the sub-contractor because he was a liar and messed up two other trucks. I had to pull my truck back. This guy Fred Johnson takes responsibility for nothing. I see that this guy lied and said that he didnt work on my truck. He may be correct, but I called him, dropped my truck at his shop. I dont know who in the heck he has working on trucks but he was responsible. I didnt authorize anyone other than employees of Fred Johnson to touch my truck. He is a big time liar. Like my lawyer Mr. Ballin said, the courts are slow because of covid, be we will get justice soon.

Took my truck to Fred on a Saturday for an oil change and he had me out in a hour. Fred look over the truck and brought a couple things to my attention that would of been major problems later. He is very experienced and very reasonable. He wife in the office is very nice and professional and had me in and out in no time. I would refer him to anybody who have a truck and need a good professional mechanic. Give him a call

Got me back rolling during my 10hour break. Air compressor an lines all changed in good time. I gotta do work with them again they very nice

Came out on Sunday. Very grateful for companys that still trying to do the right things.

Fair enough, even little bit more expensive then it should be. They charge service call ( what for - because someone answers the phone call ), but I have choosen them for quick response, so job has been done and driver could go to next pick up. I gave 4 stars only for that expensive service call, because cleaning post on batteries costed me over $200 at the end.

Theses guy are some good guys wen it comes to a truckThey find the problem and fix the problem. They become my new shop wen im in Olive branch, ms

Fred was great at what he does.I went there for break adjustment but realized I had a bursted seal on my drive axle.He drove me to TAG to buy all the parts needed and dropped me at home.He get the truck fixed as soon as possible. He will thoroughly look at the truck to see if there are any things that might give you problems in the near future.He is my personal mechanic henceforth.

Had another mechanic come through to to tell me I needed a new motor, Mr Fred of Fjds came through, and next thing you know, the truck is running just like it was! Fred is an excellent truck mechanic. I met him by chance the first time, he was actually working at someone elses truck. I walked over to him and told him what issue I was having and he looked at my truck for free and told me what to do. After that, I hired him to fix the issue and he has been my full time mechanic ever since. He is honest, professional and understands the trucking business very well, which means he doesnt try to take advantage of his customers. He has years of knowledge and experience. I highly recommend him as a truck mechanic!
