Lisa was awesome. I waited until the last minute to get my dress altered and I called her and she answered quickly and made time for me to come drop my dress off last Saturday. I actually mixed up the address and she still patiently waited for me to make it there for my appointment. I havent had very many experiences with alterations, but she made me feel comfortable in that short time of getting my measurements taken. She is knowledgeable and taught me a few tips that really made the difference in how my dress was fitting. As promised she got my dress back within the week when others told me it would take longer, she even went the extra mile and steamed it for me. She was responsive and always explained if there was a delay in response. I did my part in following up and she definitely delivered! I will be using her again!

Called to see about getting a rush job done on some jeans for my 7 year old stepson, and was informed that she would be home in a couple of hours and she would call me. Never heard back nor did they answer my call when I tried to call them. I even offered to pay a rush charge.

OMG! Ms Lisa was wonderful!!. At the last minute, my son was asked to be a pallbearer.We couldnt have found a better person to assist us. She measured and fixed the pants while we waited. Omg!! Where do I begin, 1st off so professional my daughter prom is on the 1st of April. I called her on 3-26-21 and she took care of my daughters dress the next day!! What she needed done was simple and A Perfect Fit did just what her name says!! I definitely recommend going to her guys and gals for any alterations!! I know I will go to her forever in life!! You will not be dissatisfied!! Look over the negative reviews and focus on the positive!!! I did just that and I’m happy as well as my daughter!! Thank you so much 😘😘

She had my sport coat for three months. She did nothing with it. Can’t comment on workmanship; she did nothing. After three months it took three texts to get a response. Believe it or not she was upset. Claimed she never got the first two texts. One would think she would have made some effort to contact me within the three months.

Lisa is very unprofessional and does not respond when inquiring about picking up your items. I dropped off a lab coat that just needed an adjustment on the sleeve length sometime around may 20th it is now July 29th and she still has not responded to me when I asked her when it will be ready. When I Irst dropped it off she said it would be ready by that weekend, and to just give her a call to conIrm. I did just that and she said it was not ready. Okay cool, but when I asked when it would be she just never responded to my text. I then called her again the following week to which she responded please text me. I did and asked if the coat was ready and again she never responded. Due to her awful communication I had to go buy a new lab coat for my Ist day of school. I don’t know what the issue is and at this point I don’t care . I am planning on taking her to small claims court to Inally resolve this issue, and honestly it wouldn’t have to come to this if she had better communication skills and would just simply reply when asked about readiness. I would not recommend her to anyone ever in my life.

Lisa was awesome and her work is impeccable. I will be using her for all my future alterations. She delivered on my exact request and I’m so happy to be able to wear some of my favorite pieces again.

I’ve had two of my bridesmaid dresses done here, and she did exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend this place, she makes you feel comfortable, and she very energetic. Definitely will be back if I need anything done. 🥰

I needed a Leather Jacket altered. Lisa was unable to do it. She pointed me to a different business who might be able to help. Lisa was very professional and attentive. Lisa is very responsive. If I need any other alterations made, you will be my first call.

I thought I needed to let my dress out, but when I came to her house I put the dress on and she got it to work! She also showed me how to do it. Was honest enough to tell me she didnt need to do anything! Didnt charge me anything. I highly recommend this place!!

I made an appointment to have one pair of pants “cut off and hemmed”. When I arrived on time, she was not there so I called her mobile. She acted annoyed and said that she forgot and could we reschedule. I could not reschedule so I told her I would wait for her. This annoyed her even more! She flew into her driveway and I met her at the door. I tried on the pants in my shoes and she said that she could fix them quickly. Instead of removing the original hem, cutting them off, and resewing the hem, she literally folded the original hem up and used her machine to sew through the three folds of fabric. There were places where the fabric bunched. I had to wear them the next day!!! She was rude and curt and very unprofessional.

I recently acquired a new job, and I had three pairs of pants that needed alterations. Thanks to me, I had to find a place to take care of them the day before I started. A Perfect Fit not only hemmed all my pants on the same day, the service was pleasant, and the price was excellent. I love supporting local businesses, and the owner of this business is a gem. I look forward to taking my business there in the future.

Hard to get in touch with every step of the way, was a recommendation from my wedding gown’s store. Everything was done at the last minute! no exaggeration literally had my dress 20 mins before my wedding was about to start. Cutting long threads off my dress while getting into my dress, fitted into at the hotel.

My husband called today, October 1, for same day service...he needed a few pair of pants hemmed. She did a great job and was fair in her pricing. We will have to remember you if we need alterations at prom time. Thank you so much!

Very unprofessional I had an appointment with her on Fri 2, After numerous attempts to reach her she finally answered, to say she needs me to come in the morning, So we decided on 9 am ... Get there on time ringing bell, knocking, calling, texting no answer, I heard dogs barking and one came to the door someone had to remove him, because he all of a sudden stop barking, So that was day 2, Only to text me at 2p my ringer was off, 🥺I advise no one to go to her. I have never worked with someone so unprofessional. She showed up 20 minutes prior to pictures for a final fitting for my bride. The sleeves were not right and instead of addressing it she started raising her voice and saying she did them right. I had to find the issue and then she fixed it .She took no responsibility and had a number of excuses. She will also badger you with text messages and emails if you give her a bad review even though you are entitled to your opinion. She is rude and irresponsible. Do not put your most important day in her hands. My brides groom kept calling the bride to tell her not to worry that the wedding would not start without her.10-17-18 Update: please read all her reviews & check out her video on her FB page. She either doesnt know you or blames the customer for anything negative. She literally threatened my bride via email that she had a room full of people who she discussed my brides phone call with & had them believing her lies so she had witnesses. Just terrible! And anyone that has to give themselves 5 star reviews just to look good is simply sad.....Update 10/24/18: The novel long response is appropriate since the majority of it is fiction.

Called to inquire about services. She was curt and unfriendly with me when asked basic questions, I.e. cost, turnover, etc. When I told her I would take my business elsewhere, she hung up on me. I’d much rather take my business to somebody who will listen to me and treat me respectfully.

Do not do business here. Everyone can’t bring a poor service and unprofessionalism.
