I tried to drop off cleaning at 12:30 on Saturday, July 10th and the doors were locked with no one inside. Big sign in window that said NOW OPEN and closing time is not until 2pm. Waited for 10 minutes and saw 2 more customers try to get in. Unacceptable!

We’re new to the area so this is our first time and probably last with Lapels. I took my husband dress pants I had already washes them... the only thing I wanted was a crease in his pants. Picked up my clothes couple days later did not look at them at the store. They didn’t even crease one of his pants! So disappointed. 2 stars for the clean place and picking up system. Bye for good!

I love this Lapels branch! Friendly, efficient, the store is clean and smells good when you walk in. Such a different experience than any other cleaners in this area. The people working there are very professional too.

Took six sweaters here to be cleaned according to my sweater labels which included hand wash only. The associate assured me this could be done. Yesterday morning I went to wear one of them and it was completely frayed front to back. I checked the same sweater that I have in a different color that was also cleaned by Lapels in the same order and it had the same look. My other four sweaters were intact. All of my sweaters are from Pink Coconut Boutique, but only the two that were the exact same were damaged by the cleaners. When I called to express my concerns, I was met with resistance and deflection. The owner, Jeffrey Mitchelll, called and was extremely rude and would not even acknowledge the damage. This was the first time Id had any of those sweaters cleaned, and the LAST time I will use this Lapels.

I had a king comforter and several garments. Total was $70. I asked to use a coupon but was told I had to present the coupon at drop off which I didn’t know bc I wasn’t told. I’m new to the area and was my first time using Lapels so I didn’t know that. The person checking me out wasn’t friendly at all. Walking out with a carrier with a 16 mo old, my garments AND a bag contains the comforter I was struggling with it all and no courtesy was shown at all to help carry the dry cleaning to my car. Got home my comforter that is brand spanking new as of Christmas has spots on it that weren’t there at drop off. So, no, I won’t be a returning customer, which stinks bc they are just down the street from me.

First time visit I had a wonderful experience. Love the non toxic cleaning they use. Highly recommend.

The delivery driver will never pick up your clothes. When you call the office the rude lady says she has no control over if he comes. When I returned their garment bag to them the lady was aggressive again. Save the hassle, go somewhere else.
