Went around 11 am on a Saturday to grab 3 chicken strips and the line got pretty long even with having two registers open. Other than the line the chicken was great as usual

Just nasty chicken was so nasty taste like poison. Dodges used to be good, horrible now!!!

I’m usually not a fan of gas station food, but this is the exception to the rule! Also really good pizza!

Last time I went the chicken had a different type of taste it was nasty I am wondering is it because they use the same gloves at the register and too serve your food disgusting.

Apple pie was good, but chicken was too tough. Egg rolls were nothing to brag about.

I was with a friend that asked if I ever ate at Dodges. I said no and the rest is history. My friend was extremely excited and immediately went straight to Dodges. I had high expectations since my friend hyped it up so much. It was just ok.My friend ordered everything. We had egg rolls, Jojos, spicy chicken wings, and a chicken kabob. The egg rolls are pretty big and quite tasty. I did not like the Jojos. The Jojos are extra large potato wedges with an extra layer of batter/crunch nad extremely soft on the inside. I did not care for them. The spicy chicken wings were decent. The chicken kabob is insane. It is chicken chunks, pickles, onions, potatoes, and bell peppers battered and deep fried. Everyone should try this once put not something I want to experience again.

I ordered the 3 piece chicken combo and asked for 3 drumsticks. I repeated what I wanted twice. I was purposely given the wrong chicken pieces. I received a drumstick, thigh and breast. Also, their fountain drinks taste like they need to clean out the containers. I couldnt even drink it after I sip. I will be calling management or corporate. That is unacceptable.

City ordinance says to wear a mask. The manager (younger white male) states hes not requiring customers to do so at this location. He said he will not enforce it; either they wear one or they dont. I wouldnt suggest this place at all. They serve food. I witnessed atleast 3 people without a mask. And they were all served.

Good is great but they need more help. Other staff walking around not helping other team members. This shows a lack of teamwork. If this was to improve or they hire more staff the food will be competitive with the bug food chains.

My husband went to get some chicken because we’ve never had it there. He ordered chicken, mashed potatoes and corn. The guy was unprofessional and rude. When he got home we had Mac and cheese - about 2 tablespoons in each cup. No corn and no potatoes. I don’t think we will be back.Also, we paid for the potatoes and corn!!! Didn’t realize that. So, if you go and there is a guy who’s name begins with S, wait for someone else.

John, (The Manager) does a Fantastic job at this location. This place is neat, clean and the staff treats you top notch!My morning commute there is worry free!

The one person you have to let you service you is Stephanie she is amazing. I got there to get great service from you. Some of the other employees don’t seem like they want to be there. But Stephanie does. She always smiling under pressure and has amazing attitude.

The customer service at this place is bad one employee held up the line because she didnt have the correct change then said she was.going to the car to get some change left with the chicken and didnt return. three or four people just standing around when five people trying to order a pizza or salad no one cares the customer service need to improve

Customer service is HORRIBLE here unless Samantha is working. Stood 35 minutes waiting to have a check cashed. While other customers were getting in and out we stood at the check cashing station without so much as a I will be there as soon as I canfor over half an hour. I gave it three stars because their food is good. 1 star would be generous for customer service. Samantha is awesome though. And if youre interested they are in the process of hiring. They obviously need some help!

Employees behind counters need to lift their weight up in this fast past environment.Theyre dont smile, rude, not happy to serve customers ...Management need to fix this asap or theyll loose alot of their customers....Youre not the only ones serving food in the city, will take our business somewhere else...

The food is good, but employees who serve the food are unwelcoming and will give customers a stern gaze/look....They are unpleasant serving their clients ....Will not come return.... bad customer service .Management needs to hier some smiley faces, employees who work with enthusiasm to drive more sales for the business ...Employees who thank their client for their business and truely mean it ...

I love Dodges chicken, but the last few times I visited while traveling, I asked for Fresh chicken, and it was not fresh at all. Just a waste of money

Great store has just about everything you may need. Good food fair pricing. My only complaint is since they are so busy with so much foot traffic sometimes it takes a minute to get in and out. Pretty great staff knowledgeable if you need directions their staff well informed since theyre right smack dab in the Middle Town. Can get to just about anywhere in Olive Branch from dodges.

Went inside to get a drink but was told the store was closed when i went to the cash register with two ladys behind it. Doesnt make sense. There were about 15 people inside getting food.

This convenience store has great tasting hot food. They are known for their chicken. The gas prices here are usually lower than other competitors in the area. Sometime they are pretty busy and it takes longer than usual to get gas here definitely recommend.

Great place to grab a quick bite. I love their fried corn on the cob and pizza sticks. They usually have low gas prices too.

I love Dodgers they have the best food. I just had their breakfast food and it was fresh. I also love their chicken and chicken strips. The service is also phenomenal.

The foods not to bad for gas station food. The prices aren’t to bad either. The only reason I give them a 4 out 5 is because the staff can be a little rude. They for sure are not friendly at all.

Just bad, slow service. Everyone frowns and acts as if they would rather be anywhere on the planet. Food is actually pretty good but it takes a long time. Dont stop if you have fewer than 20 minutes to spend inside.

I could not be more disappointed. When Dodge Store delivered, the chicken kabob was hot, crunchy and juicy with larger size pieces of chicken. Tonight when we picked it up. Its not very hot, small pieces and it is dry beyond belief. Never again..

I am from AZ and this was my first exerpince with a Dodges. I liked that they serve lunch/dinner food first thing in the morning. They were acomadating. I am guessing the lady who was helping me was new but the manager assited her to make sure I had a satisfying experience. The chicken strips and ranch hit the spot for breakfast I am about 6 months prego. I was disappointed that as I was leaving I stopped to say thank you as I was leaving and was ignored.

Most of the cashiers are very rude I’ve has this experience almost every single time I’ve been to this store. And they need more cashiers in the morning, I waited 15-20 minutes just to get a lighter.

It looked like the corporate headquarters of all dodges chicken places! Exceptionally clean, plenty of gas pumps and low gas prices . Excellent service, beautiful bathrooms (with a flat screen television in there) and amazing food!

Clean bathrooms means a lot. The food is okay . Love the coffee brew station. Slushy Heaven.

This was my first time to order pizza from dodges. I create an account on their webpage and at 1:00pm I got notification by email that it would take 45 minutes. I ordered a large 2 topping pizza and 18 wings. So we waited and once 2:00pm came around I called the store. The nice lady, said she just started her shift and place me on hold. I few minutes later she told me my food was still sitting at the store. She said we will make you another one, I said dont bother let me talk to a manager. I had already paid the amount using my visa debit card. A manager named Mario told me he only had 2 drivers there. I said, and why should That be my fault. As a manager he should never tell a customer that only 2 drivers were there. He again offerred to cook me another one, but expected me to still pay the same price. Then we started yelling at each other and he hung up. I really wanted to try the pizza. I called Papa Johns and my order was here in 25 minutes, after quoting 30 minutes.I wouldnt order a pizza from them, they cant get enough drivers on staff. It is likely that Mario cant manage the schedule and blames me for being upset.
