I called and texted the manage pass to cancel my monthly membership and was charged for the next month’s service. When I called the car wash USA in Southaven, I was told I would have to go back to the Olive Branch location to get my account canceled and refunded. When I called Olive Branch’s location, I was told that the manager makes her own schedule and while I could come by, she may or may not be there to cancel my membership and give me my refund and she’s the only one allowed to do so. You would think they would have an assistant manager or a lead that could handle issues if the manager wasn’t around. I was told I could drive to the location in Hernando to get my refund, which is completely out of the way. Apparently they don’t want to give me a refund. Long story short, don’t buy a membership and expect help with problems.

The entrance and exit of the self serve stalls are encrusted with dirt and leaves. It doesnt make much sense to have to drive your newly washed car straight through the dirt immediately. Very disappointing. The time given per dollar is very generous though, and I was easily able to finish what I had to do for a reasonable amount of money. Now if we could just get the openings of the stalls powerwashed....

Hubs bought an “unlimited carwash” for the month sticker at one location and we were able to use it here, too! It can be used at all Car Was USA! Easy to keep the car clean when these places are all over and the price was a decent deal. This location had a good attendant, we got about 2 vacuum coins, and the area was clean. There is an automatic and self serve car wash area. Vacuum area is neat and so happy to see they have the mat clips next to the vacuum.

Completely roped off no access and no answer on the phone.

Instead of opening up 2 new ones you need to take and fix this one did not clean my truck paid $21 Im done with them well never use them again

The Goodman road location used to be the best car wash around but has been going downhill over the last year or so. I have had the fast pass for years because of this location, so a bit disappointing!

The car wash was clean and in working order. Moderate pressure but reasonably priced.

My husband and I canceled our fast pass memberships. Well, so we thought. They charged us again. When I went to the carwash, the lady said it was not canceled correctly in the system. When I asked for a reimbursement she said I had to call corporate and gave me a card.... Well I have called corporate and they do not answer. Like I have not actually spoken to a person at all... I have emailed customer service several times and have not received a response. Carwash USA customer service is terrible. Please take your money else where.

We went through the machine and realized that no soap was applied to the car. The same happened to the car behind us. The attendants allowed us to go back through the machine.When we got back to the entrance the supervisor on duty was upset and yelled that she was “ready to go” because it is now beyond their closing. The attendants explained the malfunction to their supervisor. The car in front of us got a bit of soap applied. Once again, we got no soap on our car despite paying for the $14 wash. I understand we came close to closing, I would have much rather she turned us away than spending my money and not getting the service for which I paid.Obviously with the attitude of the supervisor, we just left it as is. If you value getting what you pay for, I suggest going to another location and/ or car wash. This was a total wash of time. I could have sprayed my SUV at home with my own water and not paid $14 for attitude.

Everything went great and my truck was nice and shiny clean.

I almost feel like cancelling our payment. Everytime I go there is mud all over the self service. Plus my mirror was knocked off going thru the wash. Its getting worst. All the trash. Sometimes the vacuum works. SMH

I bought the most expensive wash available today and after I left the car wash I went to the gas station. As I was pumping my gas I realized that my windshield, mirrors, and portions of my car were still covered in bugs and dirt. My rims were filthy, the back of my vehicle was still dirty and the back had DUST left on it! Don’t be tricked into thinking the Pro wash is worth all that money. I’m furious that I wasted my time and my money on such a poor quality wash. Now I have to go somewhere else to get this nonsense cleaned up.

After paying $10 for the drive through automated top-tier wash called “ The works”, I am left with an original looking dirty car… Even the dust on the windshield still shows the half moon dust shape ... 🤔 ... I attempted to wipe down what I could to try and make it at least presentable before rushing off to pick up daughter from school ... came here to call and ask for a refund, but no number is listed. VERY frustrating & a complete waste of money/time since I still have to wash it (again).

I typically love car wash USA but this location needs some work.Crazy long lines, wash bays that dont work properly. People hand washing their cars in the bays.

This is not the best Carwash USA by far! I have a monthly membership and try not to use the Southaven location because it does not rinse all of the soap off my car and it does a horrible job of drying. The Union Ave location and the Olive Branch locations are MUCH better!!

I enjoy going to this location, the employees there are great !!!!! They are helpful, pleasant and always trying to get us on thru so we dont have to set in the line to long waiting on the car wash. Customer Service is great here !!!! Thank you to all !!!

You used to get a token for the vacuum. Now to have to pay $1 for the vacuum.

I subscribed to the unlimited plan for $40 in Memphis. I moved to Olive Branch and found this location doesnt offer free vacuums, which was a key selling point for me. The wash is decent, but I wont pay for vacuums if I already pay $40 a month for the subscription.

This place is crooked! Vacuums say 4 minutes for a dollar... I personally timed ALL of them and they clock in at 3min 20 seconds at best.. they have turned down the PSI in the wash bays and it will not even knock the dust off your car... the brushes are all old and worn out and will not get your car clean...you would be better off finding a Girl Scout troop to wash your car.

Its honestly just a carwash. The employees arent very helpful and a large oily streak was left on the side of my car that took forever and a few free cash washed to get off.

The machine never spray right you always have to get a technician to come over and look at it are you put your money in and take your money then you cant get reimbursed a lot of time.A year so everything worked like a well-oiled machine operation but now like it dont matter going downhill to me need someone to focus on the machine and make sure theyre working right!

Scratched my vehicle. Paid 21 for the top wash and it did not do good at all. They offered to let me go back through but I didn’t accept due to it scratching vehicle.

The car wash was great, however, the card reader machine did not print a receipt, so there was some confusion when I got to the tunnel. Tunnel wash was fine, but when I got to the vacuum machines, the first one made plenty of noise, but didnt pull much. The 2nd vacuum on the island there was free, so i just put in another bunch of quarters and it was the same. Just didnt want to suck up all the debris, leaves, etc

This car wash use to be the best in the area but it has really went downhill! Most of the time the self serve wash are blocked off except one or two. The drive thru doesnt clean your car near as good as it use too.Really disappointing

So not happy with how Peyton bad mouthed his manager in my presence. I came for a receipt and while waiting Peyton talked poorly about his manager in my presence. Not a good imagine. The manager was very helpful and juggling quite few things that day, but remaind very cordial. I give him a 5.

Tried to wash my car using a stall, wont take credit card nor dollars, maybe quarters didnt put any in. A couple of stalls had cones on them so Im guessing they dont work, so I go to the other stalls and the lights dont work. Why dont you hire someone to fix this stuff instead of people who dont know what they are doing.Also when you exit the tunnel you have to watch out for the potholes before getting to the road

Posted closing time of 6:00 pm, yet all lanes for the automatic wash were shut down at 5:40. Makes one wonder if purchasing the speed pass was a good idea after all.

Self serve wash wasnt working right tried cash on 3 machines before finding one that worked. Staff is always plesant to deal with. Have been coming since it was first opened.

Went through the first time and absolutely nothing happened. No soap, no water... just rode through. The guy working was kind enough to let me back through. (One guy didnt work at all though, just kept taking a hit from his juul while the other 2 worked.) The wash worked well that time. Pulled over to the vacs. 1st one was out of order, 2nd one had a coin stuck in it and I couldnt get it to work. The others were full so I just left... Ive been to this OB location many times and its always been a favorite. Today was just disappointing.

Half of the bays are usually closed for some reason. The card readers never seem to work, and I havent been able to use dollar bills once. The vacuums might work, might not. I really dont know what management is up to here, but it doesnt seem to be managing their broken machinery.

Probably best car wash in the area. Pretty much all of them do not get all the soap off your car, they get 97% of it.

I love USA Car wash i reasentley bought a car wash pass. For a new car i purchased owned the car fot about 3 months ago and go through the wash almost daily. Havent had to come home and do anything to my car yet. The car wash does it all for me !!!!

Like this one better than the one in Southaven. Seems to do a better job, even if the same style wash. Like any drive thru car wash, expect some slight scratches. Only complaint is that several of the wash bays are always down or dont take a certain form of payment.

I was very disappointed after paying $10 for a drive thru carwash the one next to DIY and after it said exit I noticed only wet soap on my car and hadnt been washed. I didnt opt for a receipt when I paid which is my fault because now I cant get a refund but Im unsatisfied that my car wasnt even attempted to be washed this was on 1/28/19 at 8:45am

I have used the car wash multiple times since it has opened. Last week I brought my truck 2016 GMC Sierra SLT to the car wash. The part of the car wash that applies the tire shine damaged my rim. I advised the attendant and he finally alerted his manager after I asked to speak with him multiple times. I spoke to the manager “Mike” and he took pictures of my damage and told me that the car wash has insurance for these kind of issues and that the insurance company would be in touch with me in 4 to 5 days.Mike called me a few days later, not the insurance company, and told me that they were not going to pay for the damage and that it was his decision not to pay to repair the damage to my truck. He waa unable to provide me with a insurance claim number and he said that he did not know who Car Wash USA’s insurance was. I asked who his manager was and he was unwilling to give me anyone’s contact info. To me this looks as if he does not want to accept responsibility for the damage and is refusing to file an insurance claim or there is a possibility that Car Wash USA in Olive Branch, MS does not have liability insurance.I would not recommend Car Wash USA because if your vehicle is damaged do to their car wash, they will not repair your vehicle.
