In staff temp agency in Southaven and Olive Branch Ms. There not professional if you have a problems and then call them they never answer the phone when you leave a message they never call you back. they is not that busy and I was there once and the girl sit and talk on her phone like your not there. How we suppose to call for question if no one wants to do there job and you wounder why we always get bad review as black people just lazy.

Applying for a job through Instaff was a lot quicker and easier than other temp agencies that I’ve experienced in the past. The recruiter placed me at a site that is perfect for my schedule and it happens to be close to my child’s daycare! I really needed this opportunity until I get back on my feet. I start the end of this week and I’m so excited 😆

Im so tired of getting fired for no reason. I went in Saturday August 8th. I had a hard time breathing because of my Asthma. However I didnt want to go home but they made me go home which is fine, but dont tell me Im not going to get in trouble for leaving if your going to fire me. I went to the doctor short after and they told me I had a mile asthma attack. I have a doctors excuse but they dont even want to look at they atomatically fired me. So I need to know the head off this company

Very unprofessional environment. I was asked to come in at 2pm for my clockin badge but no one would answer the phone. I then approached the door after waiting several minutes someone finally answers. A little short man with bad people skills named Sergio begins to yell at why I’m late and he’s busy. It’s not MY fault you people don’t answer your phones. Maybe you should work on that. I will be going to the Hacks Cross location instead.

If you can help it, DO NOT WORK HERE! This is not a disgruntle employee story. Initially I thought this company was fair but that was proven to be false within 2 weeks of work. Consistently, no one answers the phone. Initially when I had an issue, I ha to call the office 6 times before someone answered the phone. Additionally, they charged me for shirts, drug test, ID, and background check when they never said they would. I never even filled out consent for this. Whats more, they never even drug tested me or background checked me. The staff has no interest in placing you anywhere according to your resume, they just throw you wherever they have. I have two bachelors degrees and 4 years of management experience. I came to In staff for work due to the COVID19 crisis closing businesses. They had the audacity to offer me a $12.50 per hour job. Im use to making $26 hourly. I did get extra compensation for the worksite because of my forklift certification so I was making $16 an hour. The office staff is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I was told they would find me a position that fits my resume within the week. I call back and speak t the same person and what am I told, Oh I forgot about it Ill have something for you soon. The following week nothing. I worked her for 1 month and still nothing. Whats more, they literally withheld my last check for an ID card. They claim they sent me a text saying it will be held. I never got a text. No communication. DO NOT WORK HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!***If I could rate them an absolute ZERO I would.

I worked for Instaff back in 2016 my 1st office/clerical job while in college. I was recommend to go there by my mom. I also went back in 2018 after finding out that i was expecting and i was given a short term assignment/clerical until i finished school. If nothing else works out I do plan on going back if need be.

I have been calling the Southaven, MS office for a WEEK!!! AND NOBODY HAS ANSWERED!! This is very frustrating because I worked for the company for a year and now that I wanna file my taxes and get my W2 information nobody wants to answer or even call me back... This is unprofessional and I have to drive a hour in a half just to get to their office just so I can ask them something they could have answered over the phone if they would have just picked up... Im frustrated and disappointed in this company they are a good company to work for I just wish they hired people that actually do their JOB!

This office has been a blessing in my life, the employees of the Southaven branch go above and beyond for their temporary workers.. I highly recommend this staffing agency to anyone!!! The process wasnt long. once i applied i had a interview and they set me up for a 2nd interview and to make a long story short......... i got thew job. now ive been there for about 2 months. the hours at the warehouse are long, but worth it.

Gave them my requests off during interview and they were never approved. The guy failed to even notate everything. Got fired for going to my appointments and providing doctors notes. Then text me saying come to office for positions but they don’t have anything for pregnant people.

The lady lacks people skills and seemed like she was having a bad day. I understand people have bad days but it shouldn’t show at work or you should find a job where u don’t have to be comforting and encouraging.

Ive worked multiple assignment through InStaff. My most recent was 2 years ago, and I went permanent with the company I was working at! Cierra specifically gave me multiple opportunities, with the most recent being my ticket through the door! They A1 forreal!!!

The employees at this company were rude. When I went there were 4 employees at their desk not helping anyone. You have to find out for yourself how and where to sign in and then figure out what you suppose to do next. None of the employees are going to say a word to help you. So hopefully, you can get through the process using your basic instincts but anyways, I had been waiting a hour and just listening to the ladys discuss getting drunk over the weekend, how their husbands been acting lately, and their next hair style. I find them very unprofessional and they really pissed me off! Theres nothing wrong with relaxing at work but make sure youre doing your JOBBBBB(what you getting paid to do) as well.

Extremely rude on the phone and website job listings are misleading. I called into the Southaven Instaff location this afternoon and was trying to inquire about a job listing. I was told that there is an additional job requirement that is not listed, I told the individual that it was not listed while I was looking at the listing at that very moment and she said yes it is and hung up on me, when I called back I was put on hold by another individual without asking what my call was concerning. If you would like a business to actually be business like and professional, the experience I just had is not it.
