I know most people think that the dealers probably charge you way more for the service but honestly we had priced it out elsewhere and it was Apples to Apples and not only that we know that we got the proper parts and service provided by quality trained professionals.

This has to be the very best car buying experience ever! We called to check to see if they had the car we were looking for and they had it in stock. I told them we were driving over 90 miles to get there and they assured me the car would be there when we arrived. Once we arrived just as promised we were greeted and shown the car. I have my oil changed every few months and am always pleased with the fast and reliable service. They always take good care of me.

My husband brought the car in for oil change and tire rotation. He never ask questions. I would like the wear of tires to be documented on receipt each time the tires are rotated. I would also like to know if there is anything else that will need to be done such as suggestion of what should take place next time car is brought in for service according to mileage. I know for sure the cabin air filter should have been changed or at least mentioned. Im not sure when the air filter under the hood was changed. I dont drive the car as much since I am now working from home. How many miles is it between oil changes? 3000 or 5000? I know u can depend on ya’ll for good service. I have bought my last 2 cars from yall. I will probably buy another one in the next couple of years. Be safe!

I am completely blown away by the amazing service we received. My pregnant wife had brought in her vehicle because a rock had punctured our condenser coil. This happened on a day where the heat index had hit 100+ degrees. The Olive Branch service team went out of their way to help her and had the AC system repaired the next day. Service just isn’t the same.. I’mNot sure if it’s customer service, Covid, or what, the people aren’t as friendly, I couldn’t even get my car washed/vacuumed nor was there even any sense of urgency… got back in my car & none of the paper was taken out from the dashboard, or my steering wheel, I shouldn’t have to discard that type of stuff myself. Definitely wasn’t pleased with this visit. It’s like they did the bare minimum… I don’t even know if they really rotated my tires.

Revised. Sales staff is good. Service department is a complete joke. Wife has tried 3 times to get a simple oil change (included with purchase of vehicle) and has been there waiting at 7 am before they opened and has been told 2 hour wait twice and a 5 hour wait the other. DO NOT take your vehicle here for service. Absolute garbage. Im just going to pay out of pocket or do it myself.

I am 76 year old widow who struggles with knowing about auto repair- I came in and left car several times to have it looked at with ac issues without them getting to me. The second time James Delucia came up and said he would get it taken care and he did!! He was gracious knowledgeable and efficient. I have had a problem with issues with this dealership in past and did not trust them. He has restored my trust.

This had to be one of the best experiences with buying a new vehicle. The price was already at a very fair price so there was no back and forth to see “my manager”. When we finished signing the paperwork Chris went through the features offered with our new vehicle. He also let us know that if we had anymore questions we could come by and he would be sure to answer them for us. Chris Huffman and David Richardson did a great job getting my problem fixed. Unfortunately that was the result of a second call. The first person I spoke with (name unknown) told me it would be days or weeks before they could diagnose the problem. After speaking with Chris I was told to bring in my car that day and the problem was diagnosed and fixed in about an hour.

I went to this place very late at night hoping to test drive a car and was met with Jacob Sullivan. He was super welcoming and helpful despite us being there so late. He was willing to help in any way that he could and genuinely seemed like a great guy. We met with them the following day and he was just as pleasant. He met us somewhere with the car so it was easier for us to test drive again. Then, during negotiations he never made us feel pressured, seemed like he wanted the best for us, even if it wasn’t with him, and did everything in his power to help. Service is ok, but not great like it was in the past. It took 28 days to get an appointment, just to check my engine light.noone respects your health because noone wears a mask.

Service person, Todd, was very helpful and pleasant. However, I got mad when I realized someone had taken my quarters I use to wash my car. I know they were there because I put them in the car before I took car to Skelton’s! Wasn’t but about $2 in quarters but I hate thieves! It will not, however, keep me from using Skelton’s in the future! Otherwise, I would have given 5 stars instead of 4!
