The Vineyards are a wonderful apartment complex. They are very family oriented and very entertaining as well. Almost every Friday afternoon they will have a different food vendor setting up shop so the tenants can try different cuisines. This is a pretty good thing to offer to tenants. They are understanding and realize that life happens and are willing to help out, however they can while running a great apartment complex. Amber and Anna and Theo are awesome. Great team there!!!
I am in the same situation as Quentin D mentioned below. I have been a tenant for three years and overall have enjoyed my experience. Despite the clear mistreatment by the recent decisions of upper management Im going upgrade units as required. Fortunately Im in the position to be able to make this transition. Even so, the transition has still not been made easy. This is the fault of company policy and not any front office staff. Current resident who are being forced out are then put on a waiting list. There is also a large rent increase for moving phases (Application fee is covered) and having to move your belongings. Considering the times we are in I think this could have been made a lot smoother for active residents. You may be able to rebuild these apartments quickly, but rebuilding reputation lost with loyal customers is not as easy.
Great complex, everything you need in one spot. Gym, pool, park, ponds and you’re surrounded by trees. Prompt repairs and kind folks all around, family based neighborhood. Quiet neighbors too. Plenty of parking with multiple entry/exit for easy access any direction. Washer dryer in the units is great also. Love my balcony. And close to great restaurants.
I absolutely enjoy this apartment community. The office staff is always very helpful and go above and beyond to keep residents involved in fun activities. The maintenance staff is also very nice and responds very quickly to maintenance requests. They also follow up to ensure everything is good. These are by far the nicest apartments in Olive Branch. You won’t regret living here one bit.
Since I am from another state, I waskind of nervous about moving into an apartment. The service at the Vineyard has been impeccable from stat to finish. They even called to check on me after I moved in. From the service and responses from the business office to the assistance from maintenance in repair they have been great! Thanks foe the warmWelcome and great teamwork!
I love living here! Management staff is fantastic and they always solve my concerns quickly. I put in a maintenance ticket last week and they were at my apartment within 2 hours and had fixed the issue. It’s quiet here and the food trucks they bring in are awesome. Love it here!
Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, ValueIve been hear nearly a month and dont have any complaints. During the application process they were responsive and very helpful. they also answered every question I had. the price for the quality and space is very reasonable. I couldnt have picked a better place for my first apartment. my only very small con is that we had to wait till move in day to see the apartment we were living in not the model. But it wasnt a big issue being that it seems like thats the going thing now a days.
Great place to live with lots of amenities (2 pools and 2 gyms). We never have any noise problems. The staff is quick to help solve any problems you have. There are food trucks on the property almost every weekend. It is within walking distance of downtown Olive Branch, and also really close to many restaurants and shopping areas.
I have lived here for 5 months. The customer service at the front office has been great. The girls are personable and friendly. If Ive had any maintenance issues, they have been handled promptly. I love the landscaping and walkways around the property and especially my patio that backs up to the woods. The floors are hardwood, so you hear a lot of noise if you are on the ground floor and sometimes upstairs neighbors are not considerate of their kids running around stomping. Other than that, I would give it 5 stars. Overall, its been a pretty good experience so far.
I love it here. I’ve been living in the community of The Vineyard of Olive Branch for almost 3 years. I love how quiet, clean, safe, and friendly community it is. Whenever there is a problem the staff usually resolve the concern rapidly. I would recommend citizens to live here within the community.
The vineyard apartments homes of Olive branch were I reside for now 4 months are well worth the stay. Anytime I have came across a problem it was always immediately fixed no questions. The office staff are the most friendly and always has a resolution for most problems. I love my home and will resign my lease as well because it just feels like home sweet home 🏡
Very happy with the staff, grounds and apartment homes at Vinyards. This was my only daughters first apartment so I was naturally concerned but the area is quiet, grounds clean, staff attentive and responsive and most importantly, I felt comfortable with my daughter living there alone. Thanks for making her first home away from home so special and memorable 😉
We moved here in December and we love it here. It’s quiet and the apartment is spacious and beautiful. The staff is friendly and solves issues quickly. They are constantly making updates to the property to make it better and involve the community in events. I love living here.
Great place to live! Friendly staff and maintenance! Great price for the things you get out of it. They go above and beyond and always help me with any questions!
I have been leaving at The Vineyards seven years. No issues, rent always on time, great tenant. I recently received a letter stating that I have to vacate the premises at the end of my lease in three months. The reason listed was because my apartment section is being renovated. (nevermind I have been living here and dealing with junk from different management, poor driving conditions, lack of security, etc.) The apartments offered us to move to a new side but there are ten people on the waiting list and I would have to requalify for a new section while the pandemic is still ongoing. This is highly unacceptable. I have done the right thing by where I live and have been treated very poorly. I am currently looking for a new home but the market is up and down and it is still difficult during Covid. This is highly unacceptable.
I moved here in January and there have been a couple of minor repairs that I’ve reported. The service requests were completed the next day. Not only did I get an email informing me that the repair was completed, I received a phone call from the office asking if the repair was completed to my satisfaction. Great job. Thank you.
Recently moved in, apartment had a few issues. However the staff and maintenance was quick to get those things resolved. Even called to follow up to make sure I was satisfied. Which I appreciate. So far so good. I would definitely recommend.
Apartments are nice and grounds are well kept. Maintenance is on top of everything. Weve been here 3 years and will be here at least a few more.
They are unable to lease to seekers with employers or businesses not based in Olive Branch, MS so Work From Home with an out of state employer may not be an option. Those with disabilities who have accommodated home offices set up may also find it difficult if the employer is not located in Olive Branch. This may exclude retirees as well who may enjoy retirement along with home based work additional income sourced from another location outside of Olive Branch. As a person with disabilities, the reviews regarding all of the leaks were concerning, but some comments are showing the leaks have been addressed. My property wont be ready for close to a year so I was hoping to move ahead of time.Relocating to this complex may prove difficult for the disabled, semi retired or those who work from home. This scenario could apply to Airlines, Aimazon, Microsoft, Military, Business Owners, etc. I was advised Your employer or business has to be headquartered Olive Branch, MS specifically.
Staff is knowledgeable and very polite. Maintenance is amazing. I have a few concerns but they are limited.
I have lived in other apartments in olive branch and I have to say that the vineyard is the best apartments I have lived in. The office staff is very helpful with any and all request
The staff here is so kind and always willing to help. Some of the best apartments I’ve lived in.
I moved here in December & it has been such an amazing experience. It is very quiet & clean. Everyone is nice & very accommodating in the office. I have zero complaints.
His name isEric!! he is maintenance man. He is very warm and friendly. The faucet in my room is broken. It took him less than five minutes to help me deal with it! ! thank him! !
I have lived here for many years and every time my family and I need anything the office staff respond quickly and efficiently. My family enjoy all the amenities The Vineyard has to offer!
My family has stayed here for about 6 years. It is wonderful for families. The only reason it doesnt get 5 stars is because of some of the residents not picking up dog poo on the walking trails.
We love it here, we’ve been here for about 8 months now! Super nice !
Great apartments! Super friendly & helpful staff.
We have enjoyed living here! The management and community is the best!
This is my 5th leak in my home. I have been here for 2 years. The only reason why I havent left is because we are trying to get house. This hole has been here since July 27, 2019 its Aug. 6th, 2019. I ask them when they are going to fix it they keep saying we have a work order for it. Still havent seen anyone. I ask them could they put some plastic or something over it until it get fix. STILL NOTHING! The floor will need to be done as well lets see if they will do it. If you move over here please have rental insurance. They have been on the news about their leaks. So its not just me. Hopefully something will get done.
Just moved here Jan 2020 and have loved it. Friendly staff, GREAT communication, and prompt service! Lots of paved walking area, mature trees, and two ponds. I am now living through the quarantine of 2020 here and it’s been peaceful and great time outdoors with my dogs!!
Are they taking in new applicants I need a place by the 1st
So today my family was swimming and my son is poked by some fishing hooks! Someone is here vandalizing our community! I go to make it know to the manager that I’m going to report it to the city and for some reason she began to have a tone with me. Demanding that I need to give her the fishing hooks that my son was poked with. Given into consideration that she said she had just recently emptied the pool due to this very issue. I said well you can find more in the pool if she want to go look. She began to say that those hooks were her property! I asked well what if I don’t she gave me this look like or else. Totally put me off on how she was acting. I’m mostly disappointed on that these apartments are so expensive and from afar they seem premium and a great place to live. But even like lower priced apartments in neighborhoods that would be considered ugly or cheap or ghetto they have a bunch of issues. Ugly pools when looked at closely, pot holes all over the property. People have a bad habit of speeding also making me wary of simply crossing the small roads to get to the parks or feed the ducks. And even simply walking into the path ways they are always full of spiderwebs, complimented with actual spiders just crawling around like they also pay rent. Honestly I usually try to take care of issues like this directly with those who are supposed to help us, but when u give me a sketchy vibe I’m gonna make it known so that way others are able to recognize that we shouldn’t stay silent on issues such as these!
Told the leasing office I needed to be in a new apartment by the end of July. Loved the layout and floorplans of these apartments. Beautiful updates. Applied for a one bedroom on a Wednesday and had to call on a Sunday because I never heard back from anyone. Asked if my application had been approved they told me my current apartments never sent a rental ledger and now there are no one bedrooms available. Even though no one even bothered to contact me about this missing on my app I told them that’s fine I’ll do the two bedroom and call my current apartments about it. That was Sunday. My apartments sent the ledger over Monday. No one has called me back yet about being approved. I had told them multiple times I needed to be in an apartment by the end of the month because my lease is up and they told me it would be no problem. I’m not the type of person so complain at all and am very laid back but this is absolutely ridiculous. I was very excited about these apartments and now I’d never pay to live there. They absolutely do not care and it’s sad. Horrible customer service. I’ve lived in 5 or 6 different apartments over the years and I’ve NEVER had to wait a week or over a week to be told if I’m approved or not. Usually they do it on the spot or the next day. If they are slow about an application approval I wonder what would happen if I had a maintenance issue how long that would take to respond to! Pathetic!
It’s sad that my mom pays this HIGH RENT and we can’t enjoy any peace in quiet ! The walls in floors are SUPER THIN The people above us literally stomp and make noise all day in night in do not take in consideration that there is people underneath them. We literally have too take a broom in beat at the ceiling for them too STOP ! The staff in office does NOTHING about it even after we complain. Also the pool closes way to early in the summer time, and some but not all maintenance is rude. My overall experience here is horrible.
Youre better off just getting a house. The rent is pretty high.I mean its nice for the most part, but they hire cheap Mexican labor to paint and man if they didnt paint over hinges, outlets, and cracks.I know people that pay 900 for 3 bedroom homes, and here we are paying the same for 2 bedrooms.Oh and dont be late on rent even if youve paid on time over a year, and fall on a little hard times.
I recently moved in and am glad I only signed a short term lease. The staff is not very efficient. They have a ton of people that work in the office but none of them bother to assist current tenants. It seems the focus is gaining new tenants while neglecting current ones. The property is nice but hard to enjoy the amenities if staff never opens it! And when you go to office for any kind of assistance or just to all them to open the gates to the pool they act like you are putting them out. Im sorry Im asking you to do your job. The pills opens at 10am. Good luck if they open the gates by noon. And the electric company costs are outrageous. Im only here 2 weeks out of the month and when Im here my air is set to 78. But yet my light bill is almost $400. Its only 2 people that stay in my unit. It costs way too much to live here to deal with neglectful staff.
I have been here for almost 2 years and I have enjoyed it. They apparently changed all of the staff last year and the new ladies in the office are so nice and the maintenance guys are very quick to respond to any issues. I definitely plan to renew my lease!
The staff here at Olive Branch are pretty amazing. I love the stainless steel appliances, park and tanning center. Heritage Properties Inc really cares about their residents and do an amazing job providing upscale service.
I really tried not to speak negatively about where I choose to live. When I first moved in, my neighbors were so respectful. They moved out maybe 4 months after I moved in. It’s so sad that I have had to call the officer over about 5 times and about 10 times with the same complaint about the how my upstairs neighbors has no respect for other but nothing has been done about it. I have been told to report it but nothing has changed. My husband work a late shift, he can’t even sleep due to all the noise upstairs. It is very expensive to live here. My daughter room be so cold you would think you live up north, she had no privacy because the only way her room warms up is when the door stays open, she is a teenager but it’s nothing they can do. At this point I refuse to deal with all the noise, and the bad thing is I would love to sleep late on Saturday mornings and around 8 on Sunday but that never happens, my upstairs neighbors is my 6 o’clock alarm clock. Streets are all torn up where I have to drive all the around to the back to avoid messing up my tires. It gets to the point where you can’t take it no more and my family and I have reached that point. I can say that Tiffany is so kind and always so nice and understanding. A note was put on my door to inform us that they were going to come and inspect my apartment, it was scheduled for 2 days but no one ever came and I didn’t call. I can go in and on but I will leave it like this but I will not continue to pay a house note when I can’t enjoy my stay in my own apartment. Again I really have had it!!!!
The Vineyard of Olive Branch truly has it all! I love how the community offers two swimming pools and two fitness centers! The amenities are truly unsurpassed anywhere else and all at an amazing location! The staff always goes above and beyond for everyone that calls The Vineyard of Olive Branch home!
Do not move here! These apartments are not worth the price and they don’t care about their tenants. I’ve had several incidents that required attention but you can never speak with an on-site employee. From having dogs chase me outside to having my car broken into, I don’t feel secure at all here! There are no gates or cameras for your security. Neighbors are awful, walls are thin, and nothing gets fixed or repaired in a timely manner. The rent is way too much for the actual worth of these apartments. They send threatening emails in caps and red letters about being on time for rent, but is never available when you need help. I waited in my car 40 mins for an courtesy officer that never showed when there was a vicious dog preventing me to go in my apartment. Just all the way around horrible.
Been living here for 2 years, and work the night shift but cant sleep b/c of the loud neighbors upstairs. I contacted the after hours office so an courtesy officer could handle a disturbance but since the person left nothing was done and the disturbance continued. Also the loud tenants upstairs have their guests parking in tenants spots meaning that I have to park on the side and making it inconvenient where I pay my hard earned. You would think that the cost of rent would buy some peace and quiet but it doesnt. I highly reccomend staying somewhere in the Olive Branch area b/c The Vineyard is not the place to get peace and quiet, its basically an expensive storage unit.
Lots of repeated repairs were needed but the maintenance staff was very good at getting the job done. Office personnel very kind and professional.
The staff is very unprofessional and does not follow up at all. I placed an application a little over a week ago, and turned in my information exactly one week ago. After a few days of not hearing from anyone, I called on last Thursdays and spoke with Brooke and she informed me that she had about 10 applications that she was working on and that someone would contact me when she was done, mind you I requested a move in date of March 15th. Fast forward to today I still hadnt received a call so I called and spoke with Amber who informed me that they wasnt going to have one available by the 15th but possibly early the next week, but she was going to give me a call back in a least an hour. Well I havent heard from anyone yet. Moving is a process that has to be planned, you dont wait until the day before you have something ready to inform someone that you have an availability. Communication is everything and the staff should have better communication, let me know something, If its this unprofessional before I get in, I hate to see what its like to get anything done. I have lived there before and it was nothing like this. You shouldnt have to run them down to get something done.I wanted to update you all on my move in. The apt manager did contact me immediately, she apologized and her and the staff was very helpful with getting me taken care of by the date I needed with no problems. The move in went great and I love my apt!! I also had a maintenance request just today and by the time I made it home it was taken care of. Thank you to the staff of The Vineyard Apt homes!!
These apartments are extremely over priced. The reason we choose to move here was because of the safety and security of the apartment and they seemed to be well built at first look. The police are having to be called all the time and recently my car was broken into and things were stolen. In addition my apartment has flooded twice. Once because the sink busted and the second time was because water came in from outside. Kids are always in the pool cursing and doing all kinds of other things. Have I contacted the leasing office? Yes.. in my career customer service is so important and just knowing how to treat people. Yes the office staff is nice to some people and some they are not. I am looking forward to being able to move away from this property because I dont feel safe or confident I wont have to keep replacing things from flooding and theft.
Very poor communication skills. We put in an application Tuesday, they said we would hear back before the end of the week. So my wife called Thursday and they said they would call us back by the end of the day to let us know if we got approved or not. They didn’t. So I called today (Friday) to ask about it, said they would call me back, and they haven’t. Our “expected” move in date is May 6th which is in 10 days. Moving is a process ..Update / they finally got back to us. Thank you vineyards .
Completely unethical, horrible plumbing issues. April 2017, I was given a move in date and time. I was informed that I could move in on a Friday, but when I came to move in, they were STILL painting.. so I had to wait for hours and subsequently move in while cleaners and painters were still in the apartment. While living there, my toilet became unglued from the floor multiple times, I could always hear the neighbors flushes and showers as well. My mailbox key didnt work, they cut me one a couple of days later, and it didnt work either! Nevertheless, I had to wait nearly two weeks to get a key that worked to retrieve my mail. It was awful. To add insult to injury, I was illegally charged upon moving out and will pursue litigation. I have provided proof of correspondence between the former manager and myself, of what was indeed owed, yet my request for proof of unauthorized charges to me have been ignored. The assistant manager, Beth is unbelievable and uncooperative. Buyer Beware.
The leasing office is always kind courteous and willingly to go the extra mile .... Maintenance is quick and efficient overall I love these apartments.
Went in to try and move there, but in the end I declined. I was made out that I was a liar about my part time job and was questioned about what I do there. Why does that matter if I’m giving you a paystub to my line of work?! I understand protocol, but that was too much for me. That was extremely uncomfortable. They need new staffing ASAP!
New Update: I absolutely LOVE my apartment. Very spacious! The complex is always clean and quiet.Theyre nice Apartments However, the walls and ceilings are EXTREMELY THIN! My neighbor above me sound like they run, jump, hop, skip & bounce balls all day and all night. Ive called and complained several times, nothing was done about it because they still do it. Ive been here almost 3 months & I will definitely be moving when my lease ends. Its very inconsiderate that people dont care about other tenants in the unit. Not only that. They drop trash from their patio balcony which falls right in my balcony. The tenants dont keep their blinds up. Theyre tore up in the windows. All of that plays apart in the value of the property.
I love my apartment. Its spacious and the neighborhood is peaceful despite the occasional train. But thats easy to ignore without blaring the television. Also we are close to everything we need.
If I could give this place less stars, I would. The office staff is nothing but rude and they refuse to answer the phones. The apartments are filled with black mold and the walls are paper thin you can hear everything. It seems like I am always finding something wrong or broken here. No one is considerate of other tenants and parking is always full. The apartments are extremely overpriced for the service they provide and the crime that goes on. Please save yourself from moving here and wasting your money.
Definitely expensive but I’ve enjoyed my stay here. In my first apartment we had a terrible roach problem due to tenants behind us that moved and bombing it wasn’t working so I went to the office and within a few days we had a new apartment and me and my family love it here. Everywhere has problems so if you’re looking for perfect good luck lol. Neighbors are friendly and it’s quiet over here.
I have had the best experience here at the Vineyard. Lisa, my leasing agent, has been very professional and welcoming. I would highly recommend the Vineyard. Go by and see Lisa or any of the other friendly staff at the main office.
Cons : Walls are paper thin. You can hear everything below, around, and above you. Toliet flushing, people talking, walking, you name it. Window seals leaves puddles of water. Dishwasher doesnt dry dishes. And most of all they have a ant problem. Also kids are outside fighting.Pros: Spacious and location, Tiffany is great in the office.
Things are breaking constantly, because they were obviously only fixed long enough for you to move in. Police are literally called every night due to stupid people. Parking is terrible. You cannot go to the pool, because there is always kids filling it up, and acting CRAZY.-Where are the adults?- Paint job is terrible. We are looking to move, because you pay too much rent for everything to not work and my wife doesnt even feel safe. This whole experience has not been worth the money. Our microwave handle broke off because they super glued it back on. Dishwasher quit after 6 uses. Plumbing is terrible. Ceiling fan randomly stopped working. Sink busted. Both patio and front door latches need to be replaced. The thermostat is 20 years old and randomly falls off. Chandelier has a short and keeps burning up the bulbs. ETC. If you want to live here look forward to putting out a lot of money. OH and I asked the yard men to hedge the bushes because they are so terribly out of whack and he told me NO.
If youre looking for an apartment in the Desoto County area, these are the best. The new section (phase 2) are only a few years old. The appliances are nice, the maintenance is great, and the office is mostly helpful. the few times I have had any issue with service or maintenance, the property manager has always been friendly and welcomed my visit to resolve the issue.I would suggest not getting an apartment near the pool / management office if you prefer to keep noise down since this is the hangout spot for the neighborhood kids and they occasionally rent the pool or clubhouse for parties which can be loud. The pricing here is a bit high and increasing constantly. When I first moved in rent for a 2 bedroom / 2 bath was about $915 each year theyve increased the rent. When I first moved in though, it was totally worth it! My rent is now $1000 a month. This price increase isnt justified by occupancy, and it is starting to run off some of my good neighbors. That price has included cable TV and broadband internet in the past also, but I just got a notice saying that theyll be dropping that amenity in a month and providing a discount on the remainder of our lease. Im curious to see if the rent drops or stays at the same rate after that. If I had to list drawbacks to these apartments, that would be the only one.
Keep having water leak. 4th time this has happen. If you move over here you better have rental insurance. If you dont believe me they have been on Fox 13 news because of the bad pipes over here. Thats pee and water by the way
Do not move into these apartments. They have the worst customer service, and it has gone down. It is the heat of summer and my air has stopped working 3 times already. They keep patching it up, and this is unacceptable. I don’t know what’s changed with the management, but they are losing good tenants. The grounds are dirty, trash everywhere. I can’t wait to get out of here.
I hate it here!!! I would never Recommend this place to anyone to stay it has been raining in my third bedroom for over a month no one’s came and fixed it all they do is keep lying about what they’re going to do it’s a lot of bugs on the ground keeping and overall just unpleasant I cannot wait until this lease is up I am gone first chance I get!!! They are very unprofessional and management hides behind the receptionist things ARE NOT done in a timely manner!! I can go on and on about what’s wrong with this apartment I am calling code enforcement because this is very dangerous as you can tell look at the mold on the window frame DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! It is months later and they still have not fixed the problem. My bedroom window has mold around it and it’s leaking as well. I uploaded a video of it. They DO NOT CARE about their tenets it’s all about the money. UPDATE: NOTHING HAS CHANGED I STILL HATE IT HERE THEY STILL DONT DO ANYTHING. I NOW HAVE MOLD IN EVERY ROOM AND ITS STILL RAININGT INSIDE THE APARTMENT.
Tenants are clearly not important here. These apartments are already extremely over priced and then they go and make you pay through an app that takes a week for the payment to come out unless you pay almost 30.00 extra for the payment to come out immediately. This is not convenient at all and unfair to the tenants who are already paying more than what these apartments are really worth. Moving here was a big mistake.
I was able to get my application settled finally thanks to Amber! She was amazingly helpful, nice, and I look forward to living here.
Been living here for 4 years now. The staff is awesome and very accommodating. Their maintenance department is of impeccable knowledge and timing.
Loud neighbors. Cheap appliances. Pool always filled with people that aren’t tenants.
Okay, my family and I lived here for about a year. And honestly, it was the worst year of my entire life. First of all, we have to leave our apartment because something with the water tank exploded and we called and called and called Maintenance and they would not come out there and fix the problem. And the way how Maintenance fixed the problem was just that they shut the water off. Then, every time anyone of my family members needed to go to the office for help, the people in the office were always very rude and showed that they were not concerned for the customer. Also, whenever I tried to go to the pool they said it was closed or just locked us out. The apartment we were renting, the floor was sinking in and the parking lot was dirty and broken. Also, the part of the apartments we were in had a lot of crime problems and almost everyday had the police come over there. I would definitely not suggest anyone live here. Live in a cardboard box if you have to!
Nice apartments on the inside ! Needs security, a lot of riff raff especially at the pools and police having to be called often.
Did application online paid $45, after 2 days of no response I finally had to call for an update they hadn’t even started on application 2 more days pass still no one has called me I have to call for another update and they said they were working on it but the manager was about to step out so not sure when she would be back! It took a week before anyone had the courtesy to pick up the phone and call me. Horrible customer service, rented elsewhere!
The Vineyard of Olive Branch, a place to live until your shot eating Subway in your living room. This afternoon as I was leaving my apartment I was met with multiple police officers who were responding to a shots fired call, I was Patted Down my license ran prior to being cleared to leave my home to go to work, the Vineyard of Olive Branch is the GHETTO, dont be fooled by their elevated rent rates, life is the same at the Vineyard as Annedale, the property managers response to my complaint I am sorry but we cannot guarantee your safety speaks volumes.
Huge place but the people that work in the office are not professional . Also maintenance comes in your place without notice prior or knocking. Rents goes up like a balloon inflation.
Its an okay place to live with alot diversity and most everyone are pretty good people. For the most part it is a clean and comfortable place except the buildings themselves. The walkway sidding had been pretty nasty and I had tried to get them to come out and clean it months until I finally busted out my scrub brush, buckets, and bleach. But the sidding out on my porch is horrible and yellow and rotting and I cant make a scratch get nice and have asked them over and over again to come get this fixed but nope. Now Im sure some people think Im making a big deal about nothing but I pay almost 1200 a month here and it should look nice.
I wish they get some security doors. They have alarms. Thats good. 😊😊😊😊😊😊
My first Post:I became a resident in August, and the Vinyard Apartments provides world-class customer service that begins at the front end with their very attentive, professional, empowered, and accountable leasing agents, property manager, and maintenance staff. I now consider this my home, and I would highly recommend these wondrous apartments for any future, or perspective resident.RMJMy third PostI have been a resident at the Vineyard apartments for the past 4 years, and I can proudly claim that I call this home. The staff at the leasing office is always courteous, attentive professional and outstanding when it comes to their level of resident customer service. The current Leasing staff consists of Abby, Amber, Satacia, and now Eric (the 2nd Eric). The maintenance crew is very accommodating, and proficient in handling any concerns. I dont know all of the maintenance personnel by name yet, but I do know Eric who I call E, and he represents all of the accolades that Ive just bestowed to the front office leasing office. :) I would be remiss not to mention my buddy Officer Tre for handling the courtesy officer responsibilities as well as protecting and serving our community. This is a safe, clean and classy apartment complex that truly represents the very best of Olive Branch.Honorable mention goes out to former employees: J.B, Fred (maintenance) and Brittany, Brook, Julie & Lisa (front office) for being trailblazers before the current staff.Ricardo
Great apartment plan on buying here for a long time
In love with my upgraded granite counters
One day late for rent and received a court summons/eviction notice on my door. Will be leaving asap. Thus is not how reasonable people treat human beings.
Apartment are nice. Any minor maintenance issues are usually fixed within a couple of days.
A nice complex with decent apartments.
High prices and apartments are not even that nice honestly a 650 dollar apartment for over a thousand a month
Not the best apartments for the price. Its only worth it if you get roommates or have a parter to split it with
Can I get the zip code
I live here and safe.
This place is not what it could be. Loud residents, needs remodeling, appliances outdated, and parking is horrible and very pricey.
A very nice place to live in
Great place to live!
Too many speeds breakers
Nice apartments, safe
Its clean and people are friendly
Nice and clean
Dont live here.
It was nice
Nice place
Great
Eh.
