I used this company for my son. I was shocked to read all that was said about Mr. Murphy. My son said he was polite, and on time. I will say he was personable and understanding when I called and worried him about making sure he would be able to get my baby (15 yrs old) on time. We will be using him again.

Had to call the police on him last time I rode with him. He had to drop me and my son off at the school then take me home. It was all less than 2 miles ROUND TRIP. I got my son dropped off then realized in the school parking lot that I had his project. I couldn’t get the owner Rodney’s attention because he was talking REALLY LOUDLY ON THE PHONE. then he proceeded to NOT take me home and bring me all the way to pick someone else up and take them to work. I felt like I was being kidnapped. Then when he finally got back to the school he charged me 60 dollars! He charged me twice! He blew up and was acting violent. I ended up paying him but he yelled the whole way back to my house. This man is unstable. Do not use if you value your life.

Do not use this guy.!!!! He’s not professional nor honest with his pricing. I recent moved to Olive Branch from Southaven, Ms and I travel weekly so I usually scheduled a taxi ride to the airport. He tried to charge me $45 “flat rate” when I question why his rates were different than other companies he told be due to distance. I explained that’s not the way flat rates work beside at my previous home I was 11 miles from the airport now I’m only 7 miles again exposing his lie. He then change his pricing rules and said its was because I have more than one occupant in the car. I explained, no it’s only me that’s going. He proceeded to get irate and told me he wasn’t going to argue. My response, I’m not arguing but you’re not pricing your fairs correctly. Then I told him never mind I would drive my own vehicle and disconnected the call. When I put my suitcase in my car to leave he was still sitting in my drive way. Very disturbing behavior.

I called this company for my husband to go to the Olive Branch Drivers License DMV...we live in the City off 305 . He quoted me a price but then hiked the rate up and told my husband it was due to us living in the County which is incorrect. I called in advance but he stated the DMV wasn’t open So he would get him there when it opens . Not true. The waiting room was already full. It just wasn’t convenient for him. This company has some bad reviews & serious offenses . We will not be using this company again . Not reliable & unprofessional just as others have stated.

Horrible, very unprofessional. He’s very rude and prices are steep. Called ahead for a cab at a certain time can came about 50min after, called and let him know he wasn’t very nice about the situation. I’d rather walk then to give him service

Liable to show up at anytime. But my complaint is with the owner Rodney! He said he liked the way I licked my lips...that made the ride very uncomfortable, as a woman riding alone. And my second time riding with him, he asked if I would suck him off instead of paying for the ride. I rather pay the $12.MR TAXI IS A BETTER AND FRIENDLY COMPANY!! RIDE WITH THEM

They are disrespectful they take forever I cancel and they started swearing at me like wow how professional I dont recommend this at all Ill recommend just call an uber and avoid the harrassment.
