Brian called stating he would be at my residence by 3PM. Later that day he called to say he could be here at 2 PM. Showed up promptly. Used social distancing which I appreciated as I had my masks inside my vehicle. We did all paperwork outdoors. He gave me a few instructions upon finishing in a very timely manner. I am so happy that I changed from Safelite to Mr. Auto Glass for my windshield replacement. My dealings with Jason by telephone were outstanding. He kept me informed on when the replacement windshield would be available, which was much sooner than Safelite told me. Brian arrived on time, went to work right away and finished in a very timely manner. He was friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. He explained when I could drive the car and when I could wash it if I wanted to. He was a pleasure to deal with, and I highly recommend Mr. Auto Glass. Thank you for a job well done.

WORST customer service EVER! My husband called to schedule a change for his driver windshield. He was informed it would cost over $1000 as he didnt have the correct insurance. He became irate over the person he spoke to as she began to berate him. As if the rude call wasnt enough, she then decided to text him telling him it is not her problem, and unfortunate that he isnt smart enough or cant afford the proper coverage. I was infuriated and started to call back but my husband had me refrain. We called Safelite, it was a few dollars more but way more professional. We will never use nor recommend this place. With the amount of jobs out there, maybe this customer service person needs to find a new job. Preferably one that doesnt deal with the general public.

BEWARE of what you are signing with these crooks. They DID NOT properly explain to me what I was signing and are now suing my insurance company (on my behalf) - which is apparently perfectly legal although certainly ethically questionable. The language is designed to be misleading as they claim it allows them to handle the claim so you dont have to (convenient, right?). Theyre attempting to collect double what my windshield would have cost to replace, including over $200 for a grand total of about 30 minutes of work. I will never do business with this shady company again. Book a windshield replacement THROUGH your insurance, not some creep that approaches you at a gas station. Lesson learned.

Awesome service. Jeff advised me to check if I have comprehensive insurance. I was sure I didn’t, but I was wrong! Thank you, Jeff, for saving me $$.Chuck replaced my windshield at the parking lot at my work location. I just unlocked the car for him and went back to work. 30 minutes later, I have a brand new windshield! Chuck even did a little extra clean-up. Everything was handled for me and I didn’t have to make any insurance claim myself.Thanks guys for job well done!

They fixed a windshield from a car my partner rented from Toyota 3 years ago and fraudulently signed an AOB form giving them the right to make claims on his behalf to his insurance company...Wouldnt ever have known until he was served with papers naming him as a PLAINTIFF against his insurance company...3 years later! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AND DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR INSURANCE INFO! COMPLETE SCAM!

My wife and I had work done by Mr Detail (Kenny) he worked on my wifes car, my Truck, and also did an amazing job on our 2013 ultr classic Harley. He did such a good job were having come back to do our boat and other vehicles. He is very professional and polite. Would recommend him to everyone for your Detail needs

I have the smallest crack in my windshield and you have to look really hard to find it from the outside. These guys showed up at my door and knew everything about my windshield crack. I park my vehicle facing my house so why are you walking around my vehicle without my knowledge checking for cracks. I understand your a business I support small businesses but I do not take kindly to someone walking around my vehicle on my own property. On top of all of this, the 2 gentlemen that showed up were extremely pushy to earn a sale. Again let me be clear, I support small businesses but did feel targeted when you somehow know my vehicle has a crack that is almost impossible to see. Will not get my business should I ever need to fix or repair my windshield.

This is an awesome company! Kenny made the whole process a breeze, I barely had to lift a finger. He scheduled and coordinated everything to get my window replaced! The auto glass installer Ron met me at my place of work which made it convenient! He called me the day prior and the day of! If that isn’t excellent service, I don’t know what is! After I went inside my place of work, I got a text about an hour later letting me know the job was done. My new windshield is gorgeous and it’s even the original manufacturer’s glass! Ron even went the extra step and moved over my oil change reminder. If you want outstanding service and a quality windshield, look no further!

Tech Melvin Figueroa came out today to replace my windshield as it had a chip for quite some time now. I hesitated repairing it because I had a previous windshield replaced on another car by another company. S.....lite and had pieces of glass all thru out my car. I didn’t want that trouble again. The service was done very quickly and efficiently. They came to my house which was nice too. The payment took a while because they have to call into the office to do it but all in all it didnt take longer than 30 minutes. I would use them again.

At first I was upset cause he was late and didn’t call me to let me know he was running late. The office lady was more then friendly and def made up for it and once he arrived they made quick work of installing the glass and I was very very satisfied with the work. On a Thurs afternoon a rock hit and cracked my windshield. I called my insurance company and spoke with them. They were able to arrange for a company to come fix it on Monday. However, I was traveling out of town and needed my windshield fixed by 10am the next morning. My husband looked on the internet for a company and found Mr. Auto Glass. They were local to Palm Harbor, had a tech available 1st thing Friday morning and were able to work with my 10am drive time. The tech, Jonathan, arrived on time and completed his work on time. While explaining every step of the process to my very interest 4 yr old son. Great.

Poor experience. Started off being told that the windshield would be replaced a day or two after the insurance adjuster approved it. Its been a month now & still not complete.I was also told they would come to me wherever the car was. The technician who covers my area would only come to my home location, not work or school less than 10 miles away. We tried to coordinate with him, but he was never available to come to those areas. Last we heard from him he was going to add us to his last stop of the day to get us when we were home, but he was a no call / no show.Contacted the company about this, they sent someone else out in a day or so, but did not have the correct windshield for our car. That was a week & a half ago. We have not heard back from anyone.Canceling this claim & going with a more reputable nationwide service.

Mr. Auto Glass scheduled my repair while I was at the car wash, they called to confirm the appointment the day before, and they showed up exactly as promised. They took about 45 mins to do the job and it was fixed without any problems. I didnt have to pay or deal with the insurance company, Mr. Auto Glass did it all. They were extremely helpful, gave me good tips for after the repair, and even gave me some tips on some of my cars accessories that I didnt know about. I used this company back in January for a chip to be filled & it went relatively smooth. Wasnt thrilled about how much the tech was leaning on my fenders though.2nd time around. Horrible. Saturday June 9th 2018, I call in the morning during their open business hours about 9:30 am. No answer so I leave a message. They were open all day, no return call. I call Monday morning & get a guy on the phone that says sorry, Im just going through calls now.We have a 3rd party call with my insurance company, get a claim number & he says we will be out tomorrow Tuesday between 3 & 6pm. A tech will call about a half hour out. I take Tuesday afternoon off from work. I had a funny feeling, I should call halfway through those hours & check in on my appointment.Now I get a female on the phone that says, we have you booked for the 19th. Im like what?????? I say no....your guy yesterday told me a tech would be here today between 3 & 6pm She says sorry for the mix up, we can do tomorrow Wednesday between 8 & 12 noon. I ask if this is definite???? She says yes. I take another half day off from work & wait from 8am to 12, nothing!!!! I get the tech finally call me at 1:30pm announcing who he is. Mentions there was a mix up with the windshield, Im late. I inform him, Im done. This company wasted 2 days of my time staying home from work.

I had a windshield replaced today and it was an absolutely perfect experience. The shop helped with all of the insurance nessesities and scheduled the work promptly. The actaul installer called ahead, arranged the schedule, and then called again prior to arriving. The job itself was quickly and professionally done and the quality of the product is excellent. You can not tell it was replaced other than it is now perfectly clean (LOL). I CAN HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE FOLKS! I would give ten stars if I could.

Kenny Huskey sold me the job and Kevin installed the replacement windshield, but we noticed afterward two pieces of trim were damaged in the process. These are two small plastic trim at the bottom of the windshield. I posted a note here, but received no reply and when I texted Kenny this morning. he told me he was going to the beach. I would not deal with a company such as this who wont stand behind the damage they do while replacing the windshield. These two trim pieces are about six inches long and likely would not cost that much, but for the price of the trim, they ruined their reputation. I will post far and wide and let the insurance company know of their shoddy workmanship. UPDATE - SPOKE TO TODD WHO CHEERFULLY AGREEED TO SOLVE THE ISSUE. NICE!

JJ is a good guy. Now, my appointment was for 5pm, the technician is been calling me since 11 to change it, to fit his own day or other. His name is Jim, Im not comfortable with his demeanor, attitude or professionalism at all.

Terrible. I was solicited at a car wash and had an appointment scheduled and when I asked if they confirmed with my insurance I was told yes absolutely. I called my insurance and was told no one verified with them. When I called Greg, the installer, back he backtracked, had an attitude, and said it was the system who called and no one actually called my insurance and hes just the installer so I shouldnt be mad at him. So dishonest. I even explained to the sales associate at the car wash that I had trouble with a company doing the same thing and the associate assured me theyd call my insurance company and be above board. My insurance company had no idea what I was talking about and had never heard of this company and that wasnt my insurances process. Stay away
