Excellent. I am a new patient. Met with Dr Franklin three weeks ago. Had a thorough check up. Dr Franklin was very professional, caring, knowledgeable and provided me good input about my teeth and their health. Today I met with Sasha, dental hygienist. She was outstanding. Best dental hygienist I have ever had. She was very informative about my cleaning and what things I can do to make things better for me in the future. Not that a trip to the dentist is “supposed to be fun” but between Dr Franklin, Sasha and office manager Mary, they made me feel comfortable and welcome. Lastly, Mary was so welcoming on both visits. She kept me apprised on the potential costs and insurance coverages. All the while buzzing about to take care of everyone else’s needs. Excellent job. While I have been going to this office now for several years, I will not be going back again. The last couple of experiences have not been good at all. First, the hygienist I had seen for years scraped all the bonding off my retainer and then tried to lie about it. I ended up having to go to my orthodontist for proof. When I called and complained, Cornerstone did come through and re-bond the retainer. Then had my regular 6 month cleaning scheduled and they called and canceled one week before and said they couldnt see me again for two months! When I went in today, I was in and out in 30 minutes for a less than thorough cleaning of my teeth. The hygienist didnt even remove all the plaque. Time for a new dentist.

We’re able to see me quick. The doctor was able to fit me in the same day to fix a tooth. Staff was very nice and accommodating.

I found this dental office from Groupon and I was very pleased with them! I had X-rays and an exam one day and scheduled a cleaning for the following day. Dr. McGuire was very nice and I absolutely loved the dental hygienist, Rene who cleaned my teeth. It was the best cleaning I have ever had and it is obvious she takes pride in what she does. Clean office with relaxing spa type music while my teeth were being cleaned. 5 STARS!

The entire staff is wonderful (really)! Kasha Lower (Hygienist) and Dr. Francis Maguire are the best! Full of knowledge and true concern for your comfort. Today Dr. Maguire replaced a filling in a very fragile tooth, and I can’t be happier with the procedure or the results. Highly recommended!

If you want your perfectly healthy teeth to be ruined, and then be insulted, please visit Cornerstone dental. I go in for an annual check up where the office does x-rays and suggests that my filling on 2 teeth are wearing off and recommends re-filling them. At this point, I had no pain, sensitivity or cavity. I thought prevention is better than cure and agree. Apparently not! Dr. Franklin drills the pre-existing filings and re-fill them. Ever since then, I get pain in both the teeth, sensitivity to hot and cold and haven’t been able to chew at all from that side. After 4 months and several visits, x-rays that my insurance paid for, another re-filling, pain and sensitivity, Dr. McGuire tried to “help“ but in vain. I was referred to Orthodontic specialist who suggested my nerve is perfectly healthy and does not recommend root canal. I thanked for his honesty. Cornerstone dental’s office manager Mary calls me again and suggests putting crown on the two teeth costing me $727 co-pay after insurance. I suggested the office manager to check with Dr. McGuire for their office to cover my co-pay, at which she started yelling at me. When I request her to not raise her voice, she instructed me to “never call this office again” and bangs the phone. Instead, she could have simply said that sorry they can’t do it. You decide!

Always a pleasure seeing the staff at Cornerstone. Kasha does a wonderful job cleaning my teeth. The reception area and rooms are always clean!

It’s always a pleasure to go to cornerstone dental. It’s very clean and the staff is extremely helpful. I love Dr. MCGuire and Dr. Franklin because they treat me with respect and listen to what I say about my dental issues should I have any. And picked up Argus Dental insurance and they work very well with Argus to make sure that I get good dental care. I would recommend them for anyone of any age. And at this time they are adhering to all the protocols for the Covid crisis. Go in and visit them and take a look and see what they’re all about because it’s worth the trip and they’ll probably be better than your dentist because this dentist really cares as does the personnel that works there. Five stars isn’t really enough to show how good of a practice they really are! Going there is a joy and I don’t have any trepidation ever about going there.

This is one of the most modern up-to-date dental offices I’ve ever been in. The staff is pleasant and well versed at the dental care that they give. The technicians are first-class and the service is speedy. I recommend this dental group for all dental needs.

I have been coming to this dentist office for about 2 years now. I’ve had many different dentists in my life and this is by far the best one. Excellent service, all of the staff is very nice, and they respect your time. I called ahead and let them know I needed to be leave by a certain time and when I got there they had already relayed the message to the hygienist and she made sure I was out of there right when I needed to be. The dental hygienist is always eager to teach me, takes her time to make sure she’s doing her best work, and even somehow remembers things we’ve talked about 6 months prior. I also got my wisdoms removed here and it was a breeze! I highly recommend cornerstone dental!

I just went there for the first time for a second opinion on some work I need done and thank god I did. They are very honest. They told me half the work the other dentist told me I needed wasnt true and saved me thousands of dollars. I would highly recommend this company to do your dental work.

The place is about making money and couldnt care less about the patient. I went in for a cleaning and all they did was xrays and gum exam. They went on to say I needed 2 separate appointments for a deep clean of upper and lower mouth. I recently went to visit another dentist which did everything all in 1 appointment. I would stay clear of this place unless you want to waste time and money.

Very professional staff. Full panoramic x-ray and review of my teeth and dental history. The dentist was pleasant and explained what kind of treatment I would need. I was aware of what I needed from my previous dentist in NC. No surprises. I am going back for my cleaning since they do a very thorough exam for a new patient appointment. I was told about the 2 appointments being needed when I called initially, so I was prepared to visit them twice. The Groupon deal was excellent and when my insurance kicks in I will have the needed work done.

I would highly recommend Cornerstone Dental if you are looking for a new dentist. The staff is so welcoming and friendly. The doctors and their assistants do a great job helping me understand why treatment is needed using my x-rays and intraoral photos that were taken. Then during the procedure they made me feel comfortable by explaining everything they were doing. The front desk was patient with me and answered all my insurance and billing questions. Finally, the hygienist did an exceptional job and took her time. She then educated me and showed me ways to improve my homecare. Overall just a great experience!!!

I’ve been VERY apprehensive about going to the dentist since my last visit (at completely different office) ended terribly. After rave reviews from my brother and mother I decided to give them a chance. I did the standard xrays as a new patient to check everything out. After I was completely and clearly explained what I needed to do next, how to proceed and was able to ask multiple questions. I have since been back for my cleaning and dental work and just wow. I’m amazed by the staff. They are all so kind, have great attitudes and you can tell they actually like their job and coming to work. This will now be my new dentist office, which I will highly recommend for years to come!

Spent 1.5 hrs with them, didnt do any cleaning at all but Instead tried to sell me over $2000 in dental visits. Booked another dental office, cleaned my teeth on the same visit, and the small cavity would cost $400 instead of $2000 this office was trying to get me to do. All the time they spent trying to show you how bad your teeth were, must really made people concerned and actually pay the $2000 to their office to get it fixed.Re:If your office really cared about me, you would at least cleaned my teeth first like the other office did as I urgently needed it, and then talk about all other needs on how we can achieve the final goal. Instead you wouldnt do anything until I agree to pay a large sum of money upfront.One of your doc was looking at my gum and kept saying how bad it was towards the back (low ratings), and I need to brush or floss certain areas better. Said she will later show me how to correctly brush my teeth (which I expressed the interest to learn and said yes please). At the time I thought later means after shes done with whats shes doing at the moment. But she didnt show me the entire visit. I guess this also be something I have to agree paying the large sum in order to learn how to brush correctly to improve my gum condition.Also your office diagnosed 4 cavities, the other office was able to immediately remove the 2 built-ups and eliminated the 2 you were trying to bill me for. And the 2 small cavities is $200 each to fix-- not comparable to your $2000 bill. They also demonstrated how to floss and brush correctly to avoid the back side build-ups.

I had two teeth implanted by Dr. Franklin and the staff at Cornerstone Dental, they were all highly professional, very friendly, answered all questions, and I would highly recommend their office.

I was recommended this dentist office by a friend. Naturally everyone thinks where they go is the best so I was apprehensive. I arrived and was greeted by a front desk full of beautiful smiling faces. I met with the dentist, she did a thorough examination and explained to me her findings without making me feel bad. I was given a break down off all the work I needed with price comparison, explanation of different payment options and other helpful tips. I use to leave the dentist overwhelmed but this was the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had. I can honestly say I’m looking forward to getting on the road to a healthy smile and I’m excited to go back. With the plan they wrote out for me I know exactly what to except!

This place is a horrible scam. I went in there and they tried to convince me that I needed a special cleaning and charge me $500 when I knew I did it because I take excellent care of my teeth. Also they even admitted that I had zero cavities, so I felt like because they couldn’t get extra work on trying to repair a cavity they thought they could do it by charging me an insane amount to clean my teeth. So I told them no thank you and went to a different dentist where they agreed that my teeth were in excellent shape and only needed a routine regular cleaning. The lady who saw me her name was Melissa at cornerstone dental and she was absolutely rude and insulting. Very unprofessional. They are liars, and scam artist, and only care about how much money they think they can trick you into paying.I now have to add to this. I was 100% a patient there. Had to go to Bright Now Dental after this. I walked out on you guys after you guys tried to screw me out of unnecessary dental work and a rude women who examined me, who doesn’t know how to treat their patients with respect. Bright Now Dental was super nice to deal with and what do you know.... no crazy dentist bill

I had $5000 worth of work done at Cornerstone and throughout the whole process there were problems. From the very beginning my parents were promised a significant discount if my entire family came to this dentist. They got 4 new patients and later reneged their promise for the discount. Had we known they wouldnt follow through, we would have gotten the work done elsewhere. I wish we did!They knew I had a tight window to get the work completed because I was moving and they still couldnt get it all done on time. They tried to blame their lab but they never rushed the construction of the veneer/crown according to the lab. I remember waiting in the chair for hours at a time each time I came in because they were understaffed. One time a temporary crown fell off on the way home because it wasnt adhered correctly and I had to go back in for ANOTHER hour and wait for the doctor to come in, put some glue on the crown and hold it to my mouth for a minute.When we thought it would all be over, their lab got the color wrong on a veneer and a replacement had to be mailed to me in another state and put on by another dentist. That one broke. Looks like theyre using a GREAT lab. The next one the lab sent was the wrong color AGAIN. I had to have three veneers ground off, countless shots of Novocain and prolonged pain and sensitivity because they just couldnt get it RIGHT.Finally, they had the audacity to send the bill to collections without notifying my parents (who was the financially responsible party for the 2 years process) that there was any money due. After disputing the bill they wanted the full amount for services rendered They wanted almost $900 for something they couldnt do right FOUR times. There are so many fields where if the product or service is not delivered in the manner promised, you get a discount. But at Cornerstone Dental you do NOT get what you paid for. All they care about is getting your money and could care less if you are happy with the shoddy quality of work that they produce. The only thing they dont mess up there is cleanings, so if you have any serious dental work needed, heed my warning and go elsewhere!

Professional and super nice staff. This office is amazing with my anxiety they talked me through everything and made me very relaxed and comfortable. If you are looking for a new dentist this is the place to come to!

My normal dental office is in Orlando, but while visiting in the area I got a sudden toothache. I called and they let me come in same day and saw me almost immediately. The front desk girl was lovely and the dental assistant who took my xrays was funny and made me feel at ease. Dr. Rogue is the one who helped me and she was just wonderful!! So helpful and informative, and I felt like she was looking out for my interest. If I ever moved down here I would definitely become a regular patient!

Dont be fooled with the teeth whitening product they offer for $150. I was under the assumption that Id be getting a professional teeth whitening solution. Instead, I got two syringes of Lumi Smile that can be bought on Amazon for $11.73 + mouth piece for a few extra dollars. Thanks for the 1,000% + markup Cornerstone Dental. Should be ashamed of yourselves.

Dr Hedger is a great dentist who communicates throughout the whole process. Good pricing and a perfectionist with his work. I highly recommend his work for anyone needing dental care, especially since he is also a prosthodontist and has more training than a regular dentist. Two thumbs up!!

My husband and I were amazed at how great their services are...all the way from the initial screening, deep cleaning and fillings. The hygienists (Melissa and Kesha) and their dentist (Dr. Roque) always made sure that they let us know what they were going to do every step of the way. We can really say that they are very knowledgeable. They were also extremely careful not to hurt us and extra polite when communicating with us. Shelby, the receptionist, is also very accommodating, friendly and polite. We dont regret having chosen this clinic, even if they are 30 minutes away from our place. We will surely come back to this clinic every time!

I posted an email yesterday, which was a holiday for them. They called me this morning before 8am and I got an appointment for 9am! BTW, the service was great as usual.

There was a small misunderstanding but Dr. Franklin took the time to contact me to clear everything properly. He was very kind and understand and really cares a lot about the kind service provided in his clinic. He’s a true gentleman and a scholar.

I go in as a new patient, understanding I will need to get xrays and bitewings done, pretty standard stuff. After they do that, they tell me it is going to cost $123 to get a deep cleaning. I have pretty solid teeth, I have never been charged to get a cleaning when having dental insurance. All in all, I was MISLEAD and about to be RIPPED off by them. Never again will I step foot in a chain dentistry again. Do yourself a favor and find a private dentist instead! They will save you money

I have been to see Dr. Franklin 3 times in the past 5 months. He is an extraordinary Dentist. I had an emergency tooth issue over the weekend prior to my first visit to Cornerstone last November. The Dr. at the emergency dental practice said it would take an act of heroics to save my tooth. It was a top front tooth!! It didnt sound very promising. I called CS and spoke with Jose for over 20 minutes about the diagnosis. His knowledge and willingness to explain the process helped me to understand what I could expect. I was able to be seen within a few days. To say I was nervous is putting it mildly. Jose sat with me and explained my options and pricing. He was very informative and thorough. He answered all of my questions....again. Next I met Circe, compassionate, caring and remarkable in every sense of the word. She assisted Dr. Franklin during my visits. A very amazing person. Next I met Dr. Franklin. He explained what he was going to do and then began. He didnt talk much during the first procedure as he was working hard to save my tooth. And that he did! I was never so happy. I have recommended Dr. Franklin to both family members and friends and they couldnt be more thankful. One last thing, if I didnt mention that each visit was an actual procedure, root canal, extraction, and 2 fillings...they were all pain free, quickly performed, and of exceptional workmanship. You will not be disappointed.Thank you to all of the staff! Youre the best.

Unprofessionally managed. This office cancelled my apt last minute and didn’t bother to email me, call my emergency contact, or even try to get in touch. They then lied and told me they didn’t have this information but a few weeks later I started getting their email blasts. I was also told they’d call to reschedule which never happened. At 10:23 I’m still waiting to be sat for my 10 apt. I won’t come back again. The cleanings are good but I expect a business to treat their clients better.

Cant say enough about this place right now. It was the Yin to my horrible Yang visit at Aspen Dental recently. Cornerstone was my second opinion. Went on a Groupon--yes, they break up your exam and cleanings and such into two appointments. Aside from that, the hygienist Kasha and the female dentist (dont want to misspell her name) and the assistant were all amazing. Got my cleaning this morning and it was thorough and informative. I will go back and encourage others to give them a shot.

Jose is incompetent, arrogant and bad for business. They charge you for every office visit after they already quoted you an inclusive price for treatment. Dr. Franklins bedside manner is rude and unfriendly. Their prices are exorbitant and some of the staff there are improperly trained. Plenty of competition in the area as alternatives. ONLY, Dr. Hedger is recommended at this dental office.

Ive previously been very positive about this dental organization, but this weeks experience was horrible. First, I went in for my scheduled appointment to have a crown removed and replaced. I was shown the pre-procedure X-rays & cautioned that the tooth may have deteriorated to the extent that it was unsalvageable. This evidently happened in spite of the fact that Id been going to this practice for four years, the tooth in question had been X-rayed early in my visits, & prioritized far behind other more-needy teeth. Now, all of a sudden, this tooth which had had a root canal many years earlier & thus generated no pain (indication) as to its decay, now was a lost cause.I was shown the photo, & I agreed it was a goner. My question was WHY, if dental X-rays are truly insightful, wasnt this worst case tooth given much greater priority in my treatment plan?Second, the tooth was left open, i.e. jagged, sharp, crater edges, no temporary cap provided to protect my tongue & cheek from being cut. Thankfully, I was scheduled for an extraction the next day.Third, after waiting twenty-five minutes in the reception area I was shown the treatment room where I waited another twenty-five minutes. Both the technician that escorted me to the treatment room (& gave me five different forms [??? what am I supposed to do with all these] regarding my medical history, medications, consent, etc. & then left) & the dentist doing the procedure spoke very broken English. This coupled with my partial hearing loss made them almost impossible to understand.After tugging & pulling, banging & twisting for roughly thirty minutes, he was able to extract the molar. I was happy to be done with the extraction, but then during the suturing phase I was snagged in the (un-numbed) lip with the stitching hook (ouch big time).Last, I had shared our plans for the night after the extraction with the dental hygienist the day before, i.e. dinner party at our house with another couple & me doing the cooking. I was told this would NOT be a problem. The extraction team, on the other hand, suggested I would be ill-advised to pursue this dinner idea because if no other reason I wasnt to eat anything hot/warm &/or crunchly for at least two days.I called our invitees from the treatment room & cancelled the evening....after braising a flat-cut corned beef for six hours.

This office sets the standard and the bar is high. All staff are kind, caring, and friendly. Shelby was polite and talkative while I waited in fear of the coming dental work. Corynthia and Cersei were gentle and comforting. Very attentive to my fear and discomfort, which was minimal. Dr. Roque did an amazing job from the numbing to the nubbing, thank you! Dr. Mecia was thorough, quick, very knowledgeable, professional, and painless. Maria helped with my treatment plan and made my dental experience fear free, she even held my hand for a while. Im very satisfied with the whole experience. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I have been a patient at the Lakewood Ranch location, and I was very pleased with the atmosphere. The staff was very nice, and I couldnt have asked for better service.

Great experience. Very positive. The Dentist and his assistants are very friendly. I loved. I am going to stay with them as my regular Dentist from now on. I thought they were going to come up with a very long list of dental work that I would need, but nothing like that. He found me in good dental health and in no need of additional work. I congratulate myself on the care of my teeth, even though it has been more than seven years since I visited a dentist. I want to whiten my teeth because they are brown in color from tea and coffee stains. The price you told me is very reasonable, so Im going to do it. I highly recommend this place and its dentists and assistants.
