Had a great experience here. Rented a large truck for a 1 day trip and Chris was very helpful. He got a reservation for us on short notice and made sure we had all the information we needed to drive safely. Will definitely rent here again. Thank you!

Had a very pleasant experience with the business owner today, he helped me submit all the commercial insurance forms needed and got me ready to grab the truck same day. I think some of the other bad reviews must have been due to customer error... Will be giving return business for sure.

After my reservation with another rental company fell through, Penske Truck Rental saved the day! It was a breath of fresh air talking to someone who actually knows what theyre doing. The owner told me hes been in the business for 25 years, and it showed. The previous renter of my truck was a heavy smoker, but the owner cleaned it so thoroughly that it was hardly noticeable. He also fills the fuel tank for all his rental trucks, so when you return it, you wont have to worry about trying to fill the tank to 5/8 full or whatever. Highly recommended!

If I could give a 0 star I would. I called on June 21st at about 2 PM for a reservation. The person making the reservation was absolutely rude, incompetent and brainless. He had the personality of a cardboard box. As a business owner in town, this Penske can do alot more business if they got rid of this useless help. He claimed hes been in this business for 15 years - Im sure its been all bad. Ive done business with Penske dealerships before and they are very professional and top notch. Im very surprised this guy slipped through the cracks.Unfortunately, I had to go to Ryder 15 miles away.

Do not use this branch of Penske! The owner/manager is rude, the trucks are not in good shape. You’re better off going to West Haven for better service and a clean/new truck.

Dude is a moron. If could give a negative rating I would but unfortunately I cannot. He has truck parked in the driveway of the business. Makes it difficult to pull in or out with the exit ramp of the highway less than.25 miles away. He isnt smart
