WT has excellent prices for the rentals that we needed for our wedding at Lighthouse Point. Unfortunately, we had to cancel our 2021 wedding (after postponing from 2020), but WT was easy to work with, professional, and police throughout our rollercoaster wedding planning journey. Unfortunately, we did not get to actually use them on our big day, but based on their professionalism and kindness, we will certainly be using them for future event rentals.
Mr. Rand made my wedding day incredible! After my fiancé proposed, Mr. Rand met with us right away to determine our needs. He was prepared, professional, and gave us many different options that were all in our price range. We quickly decided on white garden chairs, a trellis, a pole tent, wooden tables, and a dance floor for our outside wedding and ceremony. He was very familiar with local vendors and provided recommendations for reliable and cost-effective alcohol, catering, and DJ services. He even sent me an email that same night with a design scheme for the reception already created and a detailed budget plan for my review. In the months that led up to the wedding, he was easily reachable by phone, text, or email. We had a few changes to the type of tent and arrangement of the ceremony aisle, and Mr. Rand was so flexible he adjusted everything as soon as I requested it. He offered us discounts and multiple options whenever possible. There were no surprises and he never tried to talk us into anything expensive. In fact, he pointed out cost-saving alternatives to some of our ideas. He went above and beyond in facilitating our wedding planning. He even came to our rehearsal to give tips on the entrance and exit of the wedding party as well as the best spots for pictures. He arrived promptly a few days before the wedding and spent hours setting up the tent with his team. My husband called me and said Mr. Rand was a machine and a perfectionist and that I would absolutely love the care he put into arranging the reception area. The morning of my wedding he again arrived promptly to assist my husband and the bridal party in setting up the chairs, tables, displays, bar, catering area, dance floor, and DJ booth. He thought of everything, including outdoor heaters in case it the temperature dropped and fancy outdoor bathroom so as not to overwork the indoor plumbing. I spent my wedding morning relaxing and free of worry because I knew Mr. Rand would be diligent, responsible, and detail-oriented. Everything looked absolutely incredible, and he didn’t leave the wedding until the bride gave her stamp of approval. If you book him for your event, you will be delighted with his services. I offer him my highest recommendation. Hire this man!

Taylor supplied, set up and broke down all the rental equipment needed for my rehearsal dinner, wedding ceremony and morning-after brunch. It was quite an event-packed three day affair, but Taylor and his crew did a fantastic job making sure everything went smoothly according to plan. The overall job required a huge amount of coordination and effort, and my wife and I are grateful to Taylor and his fantastic team for the awesome job they did! Taylor and his team did an AMAZING job decorating and lighting the tent for my wedding. He worked around all the venues strict rules, and gave us a great price too! He even dropped off the extra decorations at our house the next day. He was an absolute pleasure to work with, I couldnt recommend him more!!
Taylor was great! We were able to get everything we needed literally 2 weeks before the day, after deciding to change our wedding venue to our backyard last minute. They were prompt with delivery and very helpful!
We used WT Rental and Services LLC on 9/24/16 for our 100 person beach wedding in Waterford, CT. Taylor from WT Rental and Services LLC always responded to us quickly and efficiently by email or phone. His prices are very reasonable. He is willing to work with you as well. There is no job too big or small that this business cannot do. There is also no NOs with this business. Taylor was always professional and pleased us from the beginning of contact with him. We had a difficult location for our wedding due to it being on the beach and there was also a walk to the beach. However, this was never said as a problem from this business. They transported all 100 white chairs on and off the beach without problems or hesitation. They also set the chairs up in a way where we didnt need a microphone or speakers to hear the ceremony, (which was exactly what we wanted). They were also very timely, set them up early in the day and when we told them they could take them off the beach, they were there at that time as well. We will be hiring this business in the near future for all of our party rental needs. This business is exactly what we needed, wanted and were looking for. So happy we found their card at a pizza restaurant!

We couldnt be happier with the level of service we received from Taylor for our daughters wedding ceremony. Taylor made the process of ordering chairs, two wine barrels and a back-up tent seamless. Nothing is more helpful during the planning of a wedding event than not having to micro manage the vendors. Taylor knew what needed to be done and handled everything with professionalism and dedication to our satisfaction. My wife is a clean freak and she was more than happy to see Taylor and his staff wipe down each chair. He showed his attention to detail by using a measuring tape to make sure all the chairs were lined up perfectly. He even picked up trash people had left behind when he came back the next day to pick up his chairs and wine barrels. Its that type of service and fair pricing that will make his business very successful. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend WTRental to anyone and we will definitely use them in the future. WT Rental was an amazing business to partner with for our big day. Taylor worked the quote over repeatedly as we changed our ideas even making last minute changes we requested in the remaining few days before the wedding. Him and his crew were friendly and very helpful; they really gave their best to make our budget go as far as possible. He was always available via email text or call and was very organized from our talks so there werent any missed details. The property we rented was returned clean and orderly after the event which was an added bonus thanks to him and his teams attention to detail.
Taylor was nothing short of amazing. My husband and I picked a venue that comes with very little and we needed to rent almost everything for our wedding day. Taylor is by far the most professional vendor we worked with who was willing to do ANYTHING to help make our day the way we envisioned it. He responded to phone calls and emails promptly and made himself available at least a few times to meet us personally at the venue and make sure everything was organized the way we wanted it to be. He thought of things throughout the planning process that we wouldnt have even thought of and was receptive and patient to all the changes we needed to make at different points in the planning. His prices beat any price around but so does his work ethic, character and professionalism. Words cant truly describe how unbelievable he was in making our day perfect. It ended up raining the day of our wedding with strong winds--he went to the venue early in the morning and worked for hours to make sure our tent looked beautiful and coming from a bride who always thought she would get married outside--I walked into that tent and was so impressed with how beautiful it turned it that it didnt even feel like a rain plan. His work didnt end there--he spent hours after our wedding reception not only taking down his own equipment but also helping us load our truck with all of our personal decorations we brought etc. We couldnt have picked a better person to get our rental equipment from. We recommend Taylor to anyone and everyone!
We used the tent, table and chair rental for a party. They set up perfectly, and took tent down very professionally. The tent and tables were clean and in great shape. I will definitely use again in the future.

We heard positive things about WT Rental through a friend that had used them in the past. While planning our wedding we had already gotten 4 quotes for rental of a tent, table, chair, dance floor, etc. but we decided to give WT Rental a call anyway upon the advice of our friend. Taylor called back almost immediately and provided a detailed quote after a good conversation about our wedding plan. He was more personable and seemed more knowledgeable than the reps from the other 4 companies we had spoken with.I think it made a difference working with someone that owns and runs their business vs a receptionist or sales person that never actually sets up the equipment themselves or meets their clients in person. He seemed to care much more about what our vision was and our satisfaction compared to the others. His prices were better than the other 4 quotes we received, even without me telling him I had shopped around. When Taylor and his crew came to set up the tent they took every one of my comments into consideration and left me with little more to do than place table cloths and plate settings. The glassware they provided was shiny a nice (you are not expected to wash them).If you want someone who is responsive, reliable, knowledgeable, and competitive enough to actually care about maintaining their good reputation, they have my recommendation.

I can not say enough good things about my experience with WT Rentals. I rented chairs and tables for my beach wedding through them and they were extremely thoughtful and thorough from beginning to end. The wedding ended up being indoors at the last minute due to rain and they did everything possible to make it the wedding we wanted. They had half the chairs set up outdoors as requested and did not hesitate to change plans for us on the last minute. When I think a rental company, I dont think customer service but the team at WT ended up being the best vendor we had! If you need rentals in the East Hampton area, do not think twice go with these guys. Thanks WT!!
