Five stars for the employee who did everything possible to help me solve a complicated problem. One star for whoever is managing this store - the employee was trying to help 8 or 10 customers at one time.

A huge thank you to Brandy for helping me with my long list of needs. She was able to get me a plan I could afford and then some! I came in with little hope thinking I would need multiple trips but she really went above and beyond. We love our new phones and will definitely be back. Thanks Brandy!!

I would give a zero if I could. Molly was using 2 tablets and helping 3 of us at same time. She was def overstretched.( At one point While I was there she asked me to step outside so she could lock the doors to use restroom.) After a time outside she let me back in. finishing the upgraded my phone, installed screen protector and case. She tried to transfer my data that took 35 min. She was also busy with others that came in so asked to finish at home and if I had problems to return tomorrow. I left and tried the transfer again didnt work. I realized she never installed new Sim card. removed access from my old phone so I had no working phone. returned the ne t day 2 managers inside, Brandy and Brandon. He got my phone working but neither could/would give me credit ..free pop socket? anything for my troubles? nothing.

Dont trust what Brandon tells you about prices. Honestly, I would give my visit with him 0 stars for lying about how much upgrading to unlimited costs and not mentioning that my free phone was actually a 30 month installment plan that would be credited back to my account.The 3 stars are for the second visit and the much more honest explanation of pricing.Still thinking of switching carriers tbh but its such a hassle. Oh, yeah, and Im stuck with a 30 month installment plan here for the phone I only got because it was free. I honestly should have known better.

The location is lovely but and immaculate hut the best part was the three associates.They were so very helpful and took turns assisting me.They also took turns helping me with my phone.What better place could one be when their phone goes on the fritz The store manager was great...very knowledgeable...outgoing and funny! *9.8

Just disappointed with the gentlemen I spoke to today. He didnt even care to try to get me in to discuss my issues or work to get me upgraded. It literally couldve been a slam dunk with 25% more effort. Sad.

Even though we live in Clinton, we had to drive to Old Saybrook to receive quality service since the Clinton staff was clearly not interested in selling us a new iPhone. The sales person was welcoming, polite and very helpful in helping to make a decision. I got an iPhone, the protective screen and a case. He gave very good advice. Strongly recommend that store.

They had a lot of phones bur not the one my son wanted! Staff was friendly and helpful. Disappointed that this was the second store we were in, neither one had the phone we were looking foe! Ample parking, clean parking lot. Store was clean and simple!

Staff has been very helpful. I always try to stay beyond the technology curve and when Ive had problems arise they have always sat down and asked the right questions to solve them without trying hard sales tactics experienced at other locations and dealers.

First Ill say that the service was great. No problems there. My issues with this AT&T store must be because its a franchise. Everything I asked was a charge and much more than other stores Ive been in. A new sim card was $15 and other stores are either free or $5. There was a charge to transfer data where other stores never charged. I guess thats how they keep the lights on.

My boy Brian is the man. I was struggling keeping my Verizon plan active and Brian told me about the affordability and pure awesomeness of this new plan. I’d absolutely come back to Brian countless times to handle any problems although with him I feel there might not be. Everybody should see Brian at at&t.

The woman who helped me, Lori I believe her name was, was very pleasant. The bored looking millennial aged boy with his feet up listening to music playing on his cell phone gave me nothing but an entitled snotty attitude when Lori asked Tim how to solve the issue I was having.

Outstanding customer service from Malik today. He was patient with me and my iphone 3.1 (its that old), helped me to retrieve all my information from said phone (whose screen had died) and transfer everything to my daughters iphone 8. And it wasnt easy. Thank you so much, Malik!
