I had a family of woodchuck living in my yard. I called on a Saturday afternoon and Ron was at my house, 30+ minutes away, the next morning. He is concerned for the well-being of the woodchuck, and explained that he would use Have-a-Heart traps, protect the animals from direct sun in a heatwave, and release the mother and her children in the same place, in a wooded area, far from my home, so they could find each other and be together again. Ron came every day until all 5 were caught, providing fresh vegetables as bait to encourage them to go into the traps. He even made a second trip in the same day, on the 4th day so the animals could be reunited sooner.Ron was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. If I am in need of pest control services again, I am calling Ron. He is prompt and he is committed to doing the job well.

Very impressed with Rons service. We had a squirrel family living in the rafters of our home coming in through an external entrance. Ron explained up front what he was going to do based on timing. When he had not caught all the critters by that time, he stayed on top of it until the job was done - keeping me informed the whole time!!I am not located in Saybrook year round so there was no way I could get him payment immediately. However, Ron was at my property dealing with squirrels later that same day after our first conversation!! That just doesnt happen nowadays! Needless to say - the check was immediately in the mail.I highly recommend Rons services!

It was a Friday and couldn’t get there until Monday but he reassured me the animal couldn’t get into the house. Come to find out, he took a ride by my mom’s house over the weekend and spotted the critter going in! I was so impressed that he would go out of his way like that.They arrived on Monday morning as promised and by Friday they had the little intruder. They took her away and even patched the spot so no other critters could get in.I work in customer service and know how important it is to take good care of your customers. We contacted Ron’s business to handle an emergency infestation of yellow jackets in our house. He came out ASAP and was quick and professional. Highly recommend his services.

After calling 3 other closer wildlife professionals, and having no luck, I called Safeway. Ron picked up the phone, said he’d be here in an hour. Set 2 traps for the adorable but destructive woodchuck. Chuck was apprehended 2 hours later. Ron came right away to take Chuck to his new home. Couldn’t be happier with their service.
