The employees working the counter are always very nice, professional and fast. I have never had an issue in the 14 years I have been using the Old Saybrook, CT post office.

I was moving my post office box and I created a paperwork mess for the post office to figure out, my fault here completely. The 4 very nice ladies behind the counter all jumped to and turned it into a training experience for themselves and a very good customer service experience overall, all while handling lots of other customers, right before, and to what extended just past closing time. Happy to be doing business there in the future!
