We redid the wood flooring in our kitchen. The installer, Fernando, did a great job. He actually tore-up the old floor and laid the new floor in less than one full day! And he did a perfect job.We have a handyman who we were thinking of giving the job to - but I know he would have taken at least 3 days. Good thing we went with Olympic.Overall, an excellent experience.

We had Olympic Flooring install our Beautiful Armstrong Vinyl Plank flooring in 2017. Steve, the Staff and installers were all professionals. Best decision over carpeting, so easy to keep clean.

Olympic Flooring was extremely responsive and jumped through hoops to show up on short notice and work around my schedule. Stephen also personally brought some new hardwood flooring late in the evening to help my project out prior to him coming in to resurface my floors. I highly recommend Olympic Flooring to anyone looking to have their wood floors restored to their original beauty.

Mediocre quality for floor refinishing. The high traveled areas look good enough, but there are a few spots where the workers put down too much poly and it caused that yellow spotting. It was inattention to detail, while it was still wet someone should have been chasing it or wiping excess off. We had parts of our floors redone by them too and the seams under the door casings were of very low quality. The contractor they hired for that just shoved a wood chip in and filled it in with filler that hardly matches our floor color.A minor nuisance, but they left all their trash in packaged bags for us to take care of, and left cigarette butts all over the yard. Classy. One of them left an empty gallon of the urethane in our bedroom as well, and clogged the master toilette, even classier.It wasnt even Olympic flooring who does the work, its contractors they hire, so there is no accountability. We looked at getting carpet from them too, but when comparing quotes they were way overpriced for the same product elsewhere. They also said they would fix these issues above, but never followed up.

Professional in every way- gave a comprehensive estimate that was fair, they even gave me a Veterans discount. They helped us pick out the right flooring and tile, accommodated a mutually convenient schedule for the large project without excessive wait time or delays. The workers were respectful, good communicators, tidy and very neat. Our job involved Armstrong Flooring in 5 Rooms, Tile Floors in the Kitchen and Baths and tile repairs in the Master Shower. Meticulous and precision care was taken by the team to do the project well. These gentlemen exceeded all expectations and I would definitely recommend Steve and his team!

We had a great experience with Olympic. Steve was responsive, showed up when he said he would show up, and was onsite every day during the project. Olympic replaced about 550 square feet of space that had 3 different types of flooring. We now have a much more cohesive look and the transitions look flawless...we could not be happier with how it looks. The best part? No hidden costs or charges after the fact! Steve and his crew did an outstanding job. The job was sanding/finishing our living room pine floor. We opted for the dustless process and are very happy we did. I was literally not able to find any dust in the house at all when the job was done.You will not be disappointed.We also had a new floor laid on top of an existing trex floor in a covered screen porch.
