I was very happy. the woman who cut my hair did something that almost never happens. she listened to what I wanted done. I got my hair cut the way I like and only cost me $20 So I tipped another $10 because well it was deserved. I was in and out in no time and I enjoyed the friendly conversation I had with the woman who cut my hair. Ill be going back here from now on. I wish I got the womans name who cut my hair because I felt so comfortable with the conversation and the cut Id like to give her credit. That being said I know what she looks like so Ill be looking for her there in two weeks when I get my next cut

Extremely friendly and enthusiastic staff but be careful. Maybe asking for a crop top fade from supercuts wasnt the smartest. Maybe if you need a simple haircut, Id trust them. But please go to a real barber if you want something in a professional range. My whole head was uneven and my hairline looked a lawn mower ran over me. She butchered my hair so bad I had to call out of work and find a barber to fix her mistake. I lost a full days of work and another trip to a barber. I lost $300 because of them and a lot of time. Proceed with caution, shouldve went back for my money but I dont have the Karen in me to do that.

The hair stylist was friendly and she did a good job on my natural hair. She took the time needed to work with people of color hair.

I now go every two weeks. For a long time I was not happy with hair cuts. These women are awesome

Took my daughter here to get a haircut. The salon was clean and the hairstylist was super friendly. The stylist did a great job on my daughter’s hair and she was so pleasant throughout. I’m a happy mom :)

One of the best locations in Central Jersey, the stylists are doing a wonderful job during COVID19. Currently, the establishment is accepting customers with an appointment, face mask, temperature check and social distancing is enforced. Ample hand sanitizers are provided all over the salon. Stylists are professional, courteous and quick, just be patient with the process.

Today Was the first time I had ever been to a Supercuts. I was a little leery at first but most pleasantly surprised! Tiffany gave me my haircut and I’m very happy ! I will definitely go back!!

I attract bad haircuts like an organic coffee shop attracts millennials. At one point I got bad haircuts for two years straight and could never find a good haircutter. The biggest thing I noticed was employees (at various random shops) DONT LISTEN. Im pretty particular on top of that. Julie really took her time; she has the patience of a saint. She always verified and clarified everything I requested and when I asked for advice she walked me through the logic behind her recommendations. Great at giving genuine attention and has great communication skills and knowledge. As if that wasnt enough, shes just simply great at cutting hair; she not only knows the material cognitively but she also exercises that knowledge with talent. Best hair cut in YEARS. Then she put notes in the computer under my account to make sure my preferred style is professionally articulated for a more efficient and accurate experience for when I return. I had a 6:30 appointment. Wasnt seen till 6:50, which was fine. But then I was rushed out cause someone had a 7pm appointment. I asked for the hair to be swept away before I go into the chair, I even offered to do it myself, was told no cause of the 7pm appointment. At the end no hot towel or hair brushed off me or face. I showed up on time not sure why that 7pm appointment was much more important than me and they could not wait patiently like I did. Previous visits were fine, just issue with this last one.

Ive been here twice so far.Both times the Beauticians were very nice and personable.And this place is kept very clean.Ill certainly be back in the future.

I took my 16 year old daughter to get a trim and eyebrows waxed. They were very nice. The hairstylist listened to her and made appropriate helpful suggestions.

Im a Mom with no time! Walked in and wanted a real haircut. Not just a trim. No wait. The staff is so friendly. Francisca did a great job!! Got exactly what I wanted. Going to make an appointment for my highlights next. I liked her that much!

I couldnt tell that the length of my hair was were slightly shorter on my right rear side vs my left, since it was blown dry and not styled. I noticed it after I washed my own hair and styled it.I guess I should have asked the stylist to cross check to make sure the length on both sides are the same, instead of just eye balling it.

Very pleased with my new style which Aileen gave me. She was very pleasant and professional. I will definitely be going back to her for my next haircut. Also, it was not a bad wait, about 20 minutes, with only 2 stylists working.

They can not cut mix or ethnic hair, please dont bring your kids here, in less you want them to walk around with a jacked up head, ears, or neck line. Ill like to meet the person did my friend kid head, they need to be retrained or let go ...

Worked at this place, what a disaster. Only been open 2 months and owners know nothing of salon industry.They have no professionalism with staffs well being, and are extremely condescending and disrespectful.Couldnt have a helpful conversation with owners fiance, she had no knowledge in anything regarding the salon and would relay the phone conversation to him until finally giving the phone to him because she had no idea what she was talking about, it was ridiculous.They stalked my facebook page after I didnt respond to their friend request (I keep my private life separate from work) and was yelled at for promoting my hair skills on social media. Im not competition and even the manager has her own hair page (can gladly post to show Im not the only one proud of my work!). Yet I got ridiculed for mine, smh.Owner knew of limited schedule when hired and after announcing my pregnancy, yet uses that as his excuse for it not working out.Asked for shorter hours during 1st trimester when feeling morning sickness and pains and I was always questioned about it and then demoted from manager to stylist because of it. Any time the owner would come in it was just attitude after attitude, obviously theres some major anger issues there.When I asked owner about more shifts, I was told full timers get hours first then said hed see what he could do with schedule and get back to me, he never did and a few days later got a text from manager saying boss wanted my key. (Totally professional!)I was ridiculed for things that other employees did too (sitting when salon is quiet, eating. Yes eating. Eating to feed the baby growing inside me- while no clients were waiting, mind you. Even got yelled at for cleaning at the end of my shift, instead of during, even when there was nothing to clean!Always got vague texts from manager trying to relay unclear messages from owner, who Ive known the manager long time but realized shes just power hungry out for herself, will throw people under the bus for her own success. So shame on me for getting her that job.I was told communication is open yet when I asked questions, was told by owner he doesnt want to talk about it/yells saying I cant question him.All staff were frustrated about hours cut, I was the only one that spoke up about it and got yelled at for asking questions, owner even made me cry from yelling, he was a real top notch guy.Ive never been terminated before and owners did not follow the policies in their company.It was constructive discharge so Id be miserable working there, I held on for worrying about finding another job while pregnant. Just constant attitude from owner, nit picking everything I did, never positive feedback, yet I always made the clients happy and thats what I focused on..One day I was pressured into signing a discipline form for being late from fear of being fired & I didnt agree with the form or get a copy. Came at 850 instead of 845. Yes, so awful of me.I had never called or not shown up for my shift, while other staff has.The owner just use intimidation to get employees to do whatever he wants. Was like working for an angrier, unstable hitler.But moving on, got a lovely job not 5 minutes after being wrongfully terminated, so thats my experience at this dreadful place, mediocre stylists and lunatic owners. Wouldnt be suprised if that treatment rolls over to the clients.
