Fantastic floors installed carpet and luxury vinyl in my home and I am so pleased with my experience! I appreciated their professionalism and communication and the floors were beautifully done! I highly recommend Fantastic Floors and will definitely hire them again in the future!

I had new vinyl floors put in by Fantastic Floors. It looked great at first. I had a couch covering a large portion on the floor and when I moved it there were two large areas near the vents that bubbled up. This was not a small bubble. The floors are an inch off the ground from where it bubbled up. I called them and one of the managers came out to look at it. He admitted they messed up and apologized. He showed me what they were going to do to fix it. He told me he would be in contact with me to setup a time to get it fixed. I never heard back from him so I called the main office and explained the situation. A representative called me back and said that my warranty was expired and I would have to pay to fix it. I would’ve noticed this sooner if my couch wasn’t covering it. It’s also obvious that the floors weren’t put in correct in that specific area. There’s nothing that I could’ve done to make the floors buckle like that. They messed up and instead of owning up to it, they want to charge me more to fix it. Shady business. DONT USE FANTASTIC FLOORS.

We chose to go with Fantastic Floors to have carpet installed on our home’s upper level and stairs. We compared products and prices from three carpet stores, and they had the most competitive prices by far and with the same name brands of carpet. Juan, Emmanuel and Francisco were extremely accommodating for us at the store in helping us determine the right colors of carpet, types of stair carpet, etc. This required several visits to the store, and they even ordered a couple of samples and had them shipped straight to our house. The installers were Jesus, Jose, and Andres and they were very professional and did great work. We are very satisfied with our buying and installation experience with Fantastic Floors!

Jose and his team did a fantastic job on two indoor fireplace tile work and one outdoor back splash. They were extremely professional and nice and completed the work quickly and to a very high standard. We are very pleased with the finished result. This is my second time working with Fantastic Floors. Both their hardwood floor and carpet are in good quality and reasonable price.Juan is very responsible - for each time he stopped by my place to check the work of the installers. Emmanuel is always patient and responsive, and also very helpful to solve customers concern and questions.Also, all their installers are professional and did wonderful job - Tiago the floor installer from last time and Francisco the carpet installer for this time.

Fantastic Floors was great to work with. Francisco came out to give us a quote in just a couple of days after I contacted them and their prices were great. Our installer Micheal did a fantastic job and didnt cut corners or rush through the complicated job of all the corners and small spaces that an RV has. We would definitely hire them again!!

I just had my carpet replaced. The service was great and prompt. The crew was very helpful and cleaned up areas I was supposed to. ;) I sure recommend the service to anyone who has a floor need.

My boyfriend and I were looking to get some tile mosaic put into our kitchen, they were very reasonable with their prices. We scheduled a time that worked best for us and the installers were very professional and efficient with their work. Were looking to remodel more in our house and will continue using fantastic floors as our go to place. The owner Juan as Rachel are very nice, small family owned business, respectful, family oriented. No headaches. Highly recommend!!

When another tile company didnt come through, I called Juan, owner of Fantastic Floors, through a recommendation from The Tile Shop in Shawnee. Juan had two professional tile people to my house the next day. They worked hard, covered my floors beautifully, were wonderful craftsmen and were very friendly. The price was the same as my original quote with the people who didnt come through!I could not have been happier. They really saved me as my painter had been waiting for the tilework to be done for over 1.5 weeks! Another delay would have been challenging! A Fantastic Company!

Juan and his team were “Fantastic” to deal with. We got three bids for a complete home flooring replacement and while Juan wasn’t the least expensive of the three, he was the only one that gave us some suggestions that we hadn’t considered, and I’m so glad we listened. The new hardwood in the living room blends perfectly with the refinished wood that was already present. Juan suggested matching hardwood in the hallway leading to the bedrooms and that one change, completely changed the look of our home interior. The carpet install in the bedrooms went smoothly, and with his suggestion of memory foam padding makes me want to sleep there instead of my bed! And the LVT in the family room downstairs is going to be so much more durable and easier to maintain than the carpet we had in what was probably the most used room in the house. For anyone on the fence on whether to work with Fantastic Floors or not, I say take the leap. They’re an amazing company, with amazing people!

Great service and selection. Initially told the carpet we ordered could take up to six weeks. It arrived in two! Installation of new carpet was done with quality workmanship and utmost professionalism. I’d recommend Fantastic Floors to anyone and will use them again.

Did a great job installing LVT on basement floor. Friendly, on time and took care of everything to complete the job before a date I needed it done by. Would highly recommend.

Juan and his team from Fantastic Floors did a great job in reflooring my entire home. Working with Serena was also very pleasant as she quickly answered any questions I had with the invoices and timing. The team came in on the scheduled date, and was able to finish nearly all of it within 2 days (originally scope of work was 4-5 days). The team was quick and professional. We recently did a paint job before they came in, so they made sure to be careful with the baseboards and the wall. If there was any damage they made sure to fix it.Juan came by at the very end for finishing touches and to inspect all the work with me. All in all, I am pleased with the work and for the amount that I paid it was well worth it.

The project involved removing the old carpet and putting in new hardwood floor to blend in with the other hardwood floor. I took Juans advice on how to best match the old and new as close as possible. Im so glad I did! It came out beautifully and way better than I expected. Juan was easy to work with and answered all my questions. He advised me on the color of the wood stain too. Glad I didnt go with what I had originally wanted and took his recommendation instead. He promptly replied to text messg and phone calls. The project started on time and completed on time. The crew was very professional and took great care to ensure the job was done right. I couldnt be happier with how it turned out.

Wonderful experience. New carpet throughout the entire house. They worked with a very difficult schedule (set by me) and finished the job earlier than expected. They were very professional and very easy to work with. The quality of the work done was indeed fantastic and very financially affordable. If we ever need any type of floor covering, we will call them first!!

Great company. The work was done quickly and I am 100% satisfied.

After going to their store and listening to Christian music and seeing Christian verses on the walls, I was assured Fantastic Floors in Olathe could install sheet vinyl on my concrete kitchen floor, and install vinyl plank in the living room and dining room over the existing flooring. An appointment was made to have the areas measured and Gina called, right before the appointed time to say she would be an hour late, because she wanted to buy a laser measure, so she wouldnt have to use her tape measure. She assured me Fantastic Floors could do the job and then stayed for an hour first telling me that it was a family owned business and they were all Godly people, and then telling me that the owner, Juan, worked his way from the bottom and he personally spends time with his employees overseeing them to see their work is done right. I later learned, upon my visit to the store today, they contract out their labor. Gina had told me I would receive an estimate by noon, which I did not. I drove to the store again today after work and was told their contractors insurance has a problem with the existing floor materials. I then asked if I could just buy the products: sheet vinyl and/or vinyl plank, and was told NO. I said so youre refusing me any service? and Gina said yes. I asked why and her response was its a gray area. Needless to say, Im furious and dont recommend Fantastic Floors in Olathe. However, JOEs FLOORING & Wholesale Center in Lenexa, and their FLOORING OUTLET in Lenexa were very accommodating and carry many choices of top of the line products. I DO recommend them.
