Mitchel assisted me and he was very professional and explained all the services very well. This was the first time I’ve used their services for maintenance issues and I was happy! My vehicle is running so much better. Reasonable pricing too and Mitchel explained each price for each repair very clearly.

Simply cannot say enough great things. From start to finish a wonderful experience. Mitchel checked me in and took down all of my concerns. Brett called with an update and all that was found to fix, which was quite a bit. Brett called again to let me know the car was done and Mitchel helped with questions and check out.I had been going to a dealership for issues and never got everything addressed. I was able to give Mitchel an overview and they checked everything that could have been involved.....and....it was all done within 4 hours. I used to have to call the dealership to find out when my car would be done.Express Oil Change will be my go to shop from now on. Thank you so much!

I have never had this great of an experience going to get my oil changed. I even came back to work and bragged about it to some co-workers. As soon as I pulled up to the parking lot I had someone come to my truck and ask me if I had been there before (I had not) took all of my information, directed me to a bay and was the quickest oil change I have ever had. everyone was very friendly. I think the reason they are so fast is that they have 3-4 people working on different things at the same time to be efficient which saves us time. I did not get their names but they went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience and even gave me a couple of coupons for my second visit. Great overall experience.

Ive used Express Oil change and Tire engineers for about a year now. Oil changes, tire repair, tire replacement and most recently some mechanical work. Brett and Mitchel were excellent in getting my car back on the road. But it doesnt matter who you get, its always 5 star customer service. Plan to use them for all of my vehicles going forward. I recommend them to anyone in need of honest and speedy work done on a vehicle.

Thank you for diagnosing and fixing my muffler!! I had an appointment on Wednesday morning, and Sean ran out to greet me. Alfred came out to let me know both his mechanics were out that day and wouldnt be able to check it out today, but offered half off my oil change to come back the following morning. No problem for me, so I happily accepted. It took most of the day for them to aquire all the parts and get it fixed, but I was expecting to be without my car for longer, or to have to come back on a separate day after the parts could be ordered! Jason did great work and even brought me into the garage to show me what had happened, and how it would be repaired. He kept me in the loop throughout the process. The staff even gave me a ride to work and back to the shop when my car was ready. I am so happy I chose this shop and plan to come back again and again!

Have to give them a terrible rating. On two different occasions, I got different quotes for a transmission flush and fill. When I went in to get the actual service work done, they changed the price again and it was more than double what they quoted me before. So, three different prices! It seems they dont know what is going on. I called a Ford dealer and their pricing for my vehicle was $50 less and Midas was $60 less. They are not very professional at this location. I would advise anyone to get a written quote before you have any work done at the Olathe location.

Got an oil change a few weeks back and then needed new tires recently. They got me in and out right away with a fair price for each service. Will definitely be doing future business there.

Update: I have been back and still like the service but I am docking them one star because it really irks me that my owners manual service interval is 5000 miles or 6 months and even the paperwork they give me says 5000 miles, 6 months but the sticker they put on my window is 3 months, 3000 miles.Tried this place out on a Wednesday morning because I was looking for an alternative to Fords Quick Lane that keeps my car for hours. Sean ran out to greet me and got me started. I did not even have to get out of the car! After the pit crew checked everything over I was back on the road in about 9 minutes. Very happy with my service!

I was incredibly impressed by Express Oil. The oil change was efficienct, fast and more thorough than any Ive had before. I was also very pleased with their level of safety measures for the employees. This is truly a company that cares about people. I had heard something dragging under my car the day before. They identified it as a splash shield under the engine. A minor part, but something likely more expensive at the dealership. Though it is not their usual service, I was able to find the part online and they will install it for me there when it comes in.

I am very picky about oil change places, and Express has become my new favorite in the area. Their techs are helpful without being pushy, and an oil change is incredibly fast. They offer all of the services you would expect, plus tire work that a lot of other shops dont do.
