MY PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED TO MY NEIGHBORS HOUSE 1 WEEK LATE AND HAD A DAMAGED SMASH IN AN ALUMINUM RADIATOR. & 2 TIMES THIS HAS HAPPENED ..I REALIZE THAT GOOD HELP IS HARD TO FIND THIS DAY IN MANY BUS. When my packages are scheduled for weekend delivery to my home they are always delayed citing wrong address for the exception. How convenient of them. They have no problem finding my home on weekdays. Also, they never ring the doorbell, even before covid. I constantly just find that my packages have been delivered by checking my front door regularly throughout the day. THE worst service to my home! UPS and USPS is even better...

Three packages were lost in one shipment. Two of them required my signature. However, the tracking shows my packages were delivered, with some weird signature (definitely not mine) on it. I have been calling everyday after the delivery date, and like most of the 1-star ratings about FedEx mentioned, the customer service is a joke. On the phone, they say they will reach out to me in 24 hours every time, but I never received any updates from them. The three packages worth total of $1500.

I would REALLY like to speak to a manager at this location instead of the customer service number. I have had 3 packages the last two weeks. Two of which are HelloFresh. One said it was delivered and was no where to be found, the other I found out was damaged and thrown away. (Had to find out through HelloFresh, not FedEx). I’ve put in two claims and was told I’d be reached out to the next day since items are perishable and I have NEVER received a call. When I call back that next day I am told to keep my phone lines open because I will get a call. No call received. Today I received a completely different package that was delivered to my neighbor quite a few doors down and it was completely broken. I have something very expensive being delivered to me this week, and I would really like to speak to a manager before that gets delivered to the wrong door or damaged.

I was supposed to have a 66 lb package delivered today to my house but instead the driver dropped it off at a random address not even close to mine. I tried calling the Fed Ex 800 number (it’s the only one I could find online) 3x’s trying different options but could never get to a representative to talk to somebody. Thank goodness the people who received my package were nice enough to call me and work with me so I could go pick it up from them myself. Fed Ex has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced considering I could not get any customer service from them. Total disappointment in the lack of professionalism (drivers dropping off clearly labeled packages at random addresses) as well as the zero amount of customer service received. I won’t be using them for my shipping needs any longer. I would advise other companies using them to rethink.

Im just waiting for my package to arrive. I dont know if FedEx has lost my package or whats going on cause this is the 3rd day they have changed my delivery day. Would be nice to know whats going on. Everything they do manage to deliver a package they leave it hidden and closer to the road!

My package was to be delivered on Thurs. truck come to my house but didnt drop off my package. Truck came Fri. guy said my package was buried he was going to deliver after all other packages then bring it to me. Didnt come back. Then said it would be delivered Sat and never saw a truck, I was home all day. Now it says delivery pending. Not happy its been on the truck 3 days!

Knew package was suppose to show today. Stayed home all day to insure being here. Watched an Amazon truck, a ups truck and 1 fed ex truck all around noon with drivers who got out to deliver packages and even leave “Sorry we missed you” notes. My package was supposedly delivered at 2:41 pm and I was not home. I’ve been here looking out the window to make sure not to miss and I had no delivery truck here around that time. After calling customer service I was told we’ll try again tomorrow and that I could not come get it today. Not a lot of faith that tomorrow will be different and am not sitting around wasting another day on hopes that someone does their job. This is not the 1st time and I’m sure it won’t be the last.

I ordered something last month. It was scheduled to be delivered January 3. January 2, my package was in a city thats about an hour and ten minutes from me. So Im excited that its almost here. January 3 comes and goes. On January 4, I check the status and my package was sent to Utah!!!! I asked customer service what was going on and was told that sometimes packages take some weird routes but they promised I will get my order. My package sets in Utah for three days!! New delivery date was changed to January 10. January 10th comes and goes. Contacted customer service and they only say that my package is in transit.Its been in Olathe, Ks for almost three days. So now Im just gonna make a two hour trip to pick up my package. The next time I order from a place, and see that theyre working with FedEx, I will just cancel. This is ridiculous!!

We missed the first delivery. I stayed at home all day and the FedEx truck never showed up again. I continue to get a message that an attempt was made. That was a lie! No truck ever showed up again! I sat on my porch waiting. I received a text message saying they attempted delivery while I was sitting on my porch.

Specifically requested with the ordering company for my item(bed) to be placed on my covered front porch due to it being less visible from the street and it would be out of the snow.FedEx dumped my bed in my driveway in the snow. Called the 800#. Not too concerned about rectifying my problem. Last time I had item FedEx delivered, same thing happened, even came with a dent in my garage door. Not at all impressed with FedEx. Also, a ring of the doorbell or knock on the door would be nice, guess that is even asking too much.

1/10/20Packaged delivered and left in the rain. The driver did over 100 dollars worth of damage to my yard and drive way. He drove through the yard and got stuck and then proceeded to turn around in the mud. He used tree limbs in my yard to get himself unstuck and left them there for others to hit. I will post pics when I get home to get them.

I know this place like the back of my hand. Its a really good place to work. Ive been there for 6 yrs & 6 months. If you need extra cash come down to apply. Fedex stinks. Every package I ever order from them goes to the wrong house. First off 3 years ago they delivered a bed to the wrong house in the rain and when I called to tell them they wouldnt go get it. We had to go get it ourselves. 5 other packages have been delivered to the wrong house. I call them every time to report it . They take my complaint and never have the manager call me. The driver cant read even tho I tell them it says street not lane. I called them 2 days ago as our router was delivered to the wrong house. They were to have someone call me and that never happened. I even said Im expecting another package in the next few days so tell the driver. I said talk to your driver. Today the next package was delivered to the same wrong house. I saw it was delivered online and called fedex. She says we have no record that you ever called before and opens an investigation as to why they always deliver to the wrong address. She tells me someone will call me back today. No call back yet. If I have to go get my package every single time why do they call it a delivery service? They dont try to correct it. I live on street and the other people live on lane. How hard can it be to get it right? The people who live on lane are disgusted also and have called to report this. The street signs are clearly marked. Pathetic service. We are about 3-4 blocks apart. I will always check before placing the order and if it is delivered by fedex I wont order. I will call the store Im ordering from and tell them why.
