I went in for the first time last week since I live over an hour away. The shop was very clean and well kept. I was surprised at the selection. More batiks than I expected (my favorite) and alot of other beautiful quilting fabric. The owner was very helpful and educated me on batiks. I am newer to quilting and I appreciated the time she took with me. I bought a pattern I look forward to making and ordered a Christmas pillow pattern I cant wait to come in so I can make it. I will be back in the future.

New experience!!! I like finding hidden gems and this is it! I drove up to the city little while back to see what they had! Amazing beautiful colors and the ladies were so nice to me. I was lost in the quilting world an not that experienced. They made me feel so at home. Iam coming back soon to buy more!

I was greeted when I walked in the door and asked if I needed help. Then, they let me shop in peace! When I did have a question they were quite helpful. Lovely selection of kids fabrics. They were sweet to my kids too! Will definitely return.

An absolutely fabulous selection of fabrics. They know where everything is. The owner has spent a lot of time helping me select fabrics for projects. they are not exuberant or flashy but more quiet and reserved so dont be put off by that. This shop is an excellent source for quality fabrics.

This shop is getting bad customer service reviews on the quilt sites. Owner wake up! We need our quilt shops.

The hours are horrendous. Must only be for people that don’t actually have regular jobs.

I love this store so much. The selection of material is very nice, the material is all nicely arranged, and it smells very nice. The batik selection is huge! Its always a treat coming here.

Quilters Haven has a large variety of shades of colors. I needed help choosing the right background color to go with my other fabrics and didnt go away disappointed! Im looking forward to putting this quilt together.

This store and its owner and employees are wonderful. I am a new quilter and they helped me with fabric selection for a baby quilt for my granddaughter that was due in a couple days. The owner Debbie, then hand wrote instructions for me and told me to return when I had that part finished and when I returned she walked me through the finishing. Because of her help I finished the quilt and took it to the hospital when baby was born! Would not have happened at a big box fabric store that’s for sure. I am now taking a quilting class from them and Linda is an excellent instructor! I am so glad to have this store near me!

Great selection of fabrics! Service department is wonderful and Debbie has a terrific eye for putting fabrics together for those special projects.

I had been struggling with my sewing machine all day it would not work! I called Quilter’s Haven, and they fixed it in less than 15 minutes at no charge. Made my whole day! Will be back to support this business! Thank you so much now I can get back to making masks to fight covid!

I’m from out of state and on vacation. I hadn’t been there 10 minutes when the owner chewed me out upon hearing I was headed on to another quilt store in another state as part of my trip 😳 (it’s a much larger store and more well known). She complained about so many people shopping online now because of that other store. Ummm...big box store Joanne’s and *numerous* other fabric places have online shopping!I waited almost 30 minutes for my items to be cut while the owner stayed in the office - two sales clerks were doing the best they could! Plenty of room for the owner to come out and run the register or cut, but nope! She made me AND HER REGULAR CUSTOMERS wait 🤷‍♀️I spent about $116...just think how much it would’ve been if I would’ve felt welcome. $116 that she wouldn’t have had if I hadn’t been on my trip...to that other location.Needless to say, I won’t be back on any future trips. People like this store owner are why more and more people are shopping online! 🤣🤣🤣

I always get wonderful, knowledgeable service from the owners and staff of Quilters Haven! They are awesome at matching colors and helping with quilting math! Lots of fabric, patterns, notions, and tools.

Quilters Haven has beautiful fabrics. They have NO GINGHAM. Further more....they have nothing to convenience people who cannot walk well. I wont so there.

Ive shopped here twice, for items that other craft stores dont carry. They were very informative, pleasant, and very helpful. The prices for the items I bought were very reasonable considering that Amazon was the only other place carrying them and the shipping for only a couple of specialty items (not qualifying for Prime) was outrageous. Thank you Quilters Haven for being there.

Ah. Ive been servicing the windows for a few years. The owners are fantastic. Very very helpful, repair machines as well.

Had a miserable experience here. I left my sewing machine for service, they said two to three weeks. In two weeks,they had not even started. Called again in Four weeks, machine not done. Called again in five weeks. Machine not done, so I picked up the machine and took it elsewhere. Now I am getting bills for work not done. NEVER GO HERE.

Horrible customer service! Drove over an hour to visit the store and the staff did not act like they had time or desire to assist. Will do my shopping online or at a different local quilt shop that acts like they care about the business .

I went to quilters Haven clueless about how to find fabrics to go with a t shirt quilt i was making. The store was not very busy at the time and three ladies all poured over my quilt blocks and laid them out and brought me several fabrics to try. They really knew what they were talking about and were anxious to help me. Customer service is hard to getting these days. Appreciated them helping a novice and with no judgement! It was kind of a comical scene really.

This place is AWESOME!!!!!Tom could fix my handi quilter blindfolded and with one hand tied behind his back I think. I took my hq Avante to another reputable certified technician to fix a handgrip button and they replaced a cable, sent me home. Got home, machine wouldnt work. Days and many calls later, they want me to bring it back?? No way! Called Tom,he got me in next day, fixed it in mere minutes, and refused payment.. it wasnt his problem, but how so very sweet of him!!!!!Have been there several times and I am EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH THEM EVERY TIME!!!!!Bless you Tom!!!!!I live at Erie, Ks. There is nothing like help here. So, going to drive more than 2 hours, one way to Wichita, Tulsa, or Olathe. Tom has helped me with my Avante several times and if he has any notice that Im coming, he always fixes, immediately while I wait or shop the area. Hes never made me leave it or make another horrible return drive, and others always tell me Ill have to drop off and come back..No Way.....

Visited the amazing quilt store today. The fabric is organized not only by color, but by shade as well. Some of the fabric is just too beautiful to cut. Its a quilters haven for sure.

Very dissapointed. While the shop had beautiful fabric the lady working the day Inwent was very negative about every other shop in the area that sold long arm machines. She had a chance to win over my business for followup sales and service and blew it.

A great Quilt Store. Shop there frequently since I live in Olathe and I am a quilter.

Quality products knowledgeable, perfunctory Excellent material. Do not expect warm and fuzzy, aint gonna happen.

They have a great selection of fabrics and I try to buy local when I can.I purchased a longarm (handiquilter) a couple of years ago and Tom, who does service on them, has been a lifesaver! He has came out on short notice for a couple of my quilting emergencies.The staff is not pushy (which I hate when browsing fabrics) and pretty knowledgeable for questions Ive asked. Overall its a great, locally owned, quilt shop!
