Love the work they do and if i have something wrong with my prosthetic they most the time gets me in that day or the next and they are always nice

My wifes tech is Emily. We couldnt ask for a nicer person to work with. She always makes sure everything fits properly and fixes it right then and there if it doesnt. Emily has become just as much a friend as she is caregiver for my wife. Thank you so much Emily!!

Great, friendly, knowledgeable staff greet you at the front desk and help you through whatever your needs are. When I arrived, they were finishing a prosthetic fitting, then helped me find the right brace for an ACL tear. Highly recommend!

I recently got the best service I have ever received at the Olathe Hanger Clinic. I was fitted for a new pair of inserts. The technician was friendly and understanding. He explained the improvements Hanger has made in manufacturing inserts and carefully measured my feet so the final product would be what I need.

Hanger in Olathe, KS bent over backwards to make my purchase the best experience I could hope for. They pushed to get my shoes to me before the prescription ran out. My shoes had been put on back order for close to 90 days. They got them to me with a couple of days to spare. I would recommend Hanger to anyone!

Laura and Emily at the Olathe Kansas Hanger Clinic were very proactive in helping me obtain the correct information and getting my Tricare authorization updated so they could submit my order for Medical Supplies. My Doctor had just handed me a prescription with a bunch of names of stores where the equipment was sold at, but not necessarily where they accept my insurance. It took Hanger Clinic less than a week to get done what I had been left to try and do on my own for the past 1 1/2 mos. Im so happy I found Hanger Clinic and that they are used to dealing with Tricare and never complained about the process. I highly recommend their clinic! They were very friendly and professional! Wonderful place with wonderful people

Tried to call after leaving a Dr. Appt and Trisha answered as rude as possible and said hold on, not the typical answer a customer would get get when calling a business. After five minutes of hold time my wife had arrived at the store and Trisha said to her we are closed at 503pm. Not knowing the hours of the store, which was why I tried calling, Trisha continued with a horrible attitude and extremely condescending, so to shorten this up my wife got a business card with the managers name and left. We will be calling the doctor to use another business as this one is very poorly represented by Trisha
