Called for leaf pick up service. They were very quick to get a crew out to blow all leaves to the curb/street however the leaves sat at the curb and in the street for nearly 2 weeks. I understand that busy time of year for leaves but after several 4-5 calls to Ron who was very helpful and understanding but responses such as our scheduler is out and I will get you an answer and call you back never happened..... They were finally picked up.But in the about 14 days they sat in the yard many leaves have blown back into the yard. Sure more leaves have fell since then but many have blown in the yard, down the street and in neighbors yards. I am sure they would be happy to come back out and clean it again for full fee. When I called and explained this to Ron his response was they would have clean it again.Update: Received a call from Mo who explained it was a missed route. While I can understand that miss it was still not pickup up in the 2 weeks that I had been calling. But, he offered and completed a complimentary clean up of the yard as an apology to make things right. Thanks you Mo! I appreciate the call and the extra service. It is nice to see that even one customer matters to you.Overall the service from the company was great all the leaves are gone. as far as the communication and scheduling error I will leave that as a one time deal and would use the services again!

We were very pleased with the way Aspen handled our landscaping job. They came out and gave us ideas for plants and their placement. An estimate was submitted and they worked with us on the amount with which we felt comfortable. The landscaping crew worked hard and did and fabulous job. Aspen gives a lot of Bang for the Buck!

We have been Aspen customers for many years. Lawn mowing, leaf removal, pest control, irrigation system and also lawn renovation and annual treatments. Over the past couple of years, the costs of services inch up without notice, which for the most part Im okay with the higher few dollars for mowing etc. However, the last two fall leaf cleanup services have been much more expensive and weve had to call to have them remove the huge pile of mulched leaves from in the street in front of our house. This past year, they blew the inlaid tiles off of a bench on our deck - which needed some repair - but didnt feel the need to leave a note or recognize that they should say something. After all these years, considering putting my business out for bid again. The mowing staff that come to our house have always been SUPER great and for the most part have done a good job. Im interested in a relationship with a vendor. The total of the services we pay for is a VERY large sum. Our fall leaf removal this past year was over $500. **Restless**

The mowers are friendly. They tend to mow too fast and tear up our grass which has lead to some bare spots in the yard. I understand they have a lot of yards to mow and have to stay on schedule, but it would be nice if they would be more careful. We had to ask them to switch the mowing pattern weekly so the yard wouldnt develop ruts, and they have complied with our request.Update: Service from Aspen keeps getting worse. One week they left our gate wide open. If I had not caught this before letting my dog out he might have escaped. The following week they only mowed half of our back yard because it was a little wet. If it was wet they should have finished mowing with a string trimmer.2nd update: Gentleman was mowing our back yard and spit his cigarette out in it. I dont have a problem with him smoking but I would appreciate it if he properly disposed of the cigarette butt. We have children and animals that play in the back yard. I do no appreciate what I believe to be an act of disrespect.

We worked with George at Aspen to install privacy hedges in our back yard. He was wonderful from beginning to end. When some of the plants died over the summer he happily replaced them at no cost. We have had terrible luck with other landscaping services in Johnson County and are so happy we found Aspen. We will be doing all of or landscaping business with Aspen going forward !

I use Aspen Lawns 7 round turf program. They are very knowledgeable and professional. I noticed my lawn had been neglected when I moved in to my new home two years ago. With their help it has really turned my lawn around. I have been very happy with the results.

I am very pleased with Aspen L & L. Today, Mike, one of their technicians, came out and checked my sprinkler system. I called since a drain was gushing water, and Aspen had closed the system last fall. I assumed that Aspen did something wrong. Fortunately, Mike quickly discovered that I had turned the handle too far when I closed it. No charge! Mike was professional and friendly. I will use and recommend Aspen in the future.

Recently, we hired Aspen to redo our 3 year old landscaping in our backyard this past spring and the front yard this fall 2016. Couldnt be happier with the work that was completed.George Dille was our landscape designer. Hes definitely a topnotch designer, very professional, detailed oriented, always on time, he made it a priority to be certain we were pleased with his selections, and he paid close attention to our wants and concerns for our landscaping.Also, hats off to the landscaping crew that spent hours completing our BIG project. There was always 1-2 english speaking crew members that were certain to address questions promptly. Very attentive crew when homeowners were present. Great group of hard working young men.Final note: Aspen was not the least expensive bid we received but the few extra dollars spent on our landscaping project was well worth it the experience and end result in our landscaping.I highly recommend Aspen

I have used Aspen for many years. Starting with installation of irrigation system and has progressed from there. They have done all of my landscaping (installation of landscape stones, rock edging and plantings). I also use their yearly lawn service. My yard is the envy of the neighborhood. Ive been using Aspen for nearly 5 years for maintenance, irrigation, and landscape installation at my home and office. Theyve provided consistent excellent service and have been a pleasure to work with. A++++

Following up from previous post. Aspen came over to look at my yard and took care of the issues I was having. They were very professional and did what they could to make things rightI had a standing water in my backyard and got multiple quotes, I ended up going with Aspen. They said I needed french drains to redistribute the water. I said that was fine but I didnt want to push all the standing water to my neighbor and make it their problem, was told it wouldnt be an issue. Less than two weeks after the drains were installed my neighbors yard was flooding and my grass was dead. Turns out the issue was probably a broken pipe in my sprinkler system and French drains might not be the answer. They came back out to fix the pipe but not only does my yard look worse but so does my neighbors. Ive spent thousands of dollars with Aspen for what could have been a simple fix.

Update on my review. Ive had Parker call and apologize for the confusion that occurred and he did send me an estimate. He has also called to follow up to see if there is anything else I need or any questions. Today I received and call from a gentleman named Mo ( sorry if I spelled your name wrong! ) He was very kind and also apologised for the customer service that we received and also offered to answer any questions I may have and will be reviewing the estimate sent to us. I am impressed with the way this situation has been handled.(Orginal review )Parker came out to look at our yard at the beginning of the week because we have drainage problems. My husband explained our problem and we went inside while he measured etc. We thought it was a little wierd that he never came back to the door to let us know he was done.. he just left. The next day I called the office to find out about an estimate and she has Parker call me. He said he would email me an estimate in the next few days. I called back at the very end of the week to find out what was going on with estimate and the lady in the office said shed get him to send me the estimate. Ive never received an estimate. It wasnt a terribly big job so I guess it wasnt important enough to bother giving me an estimate. I will never use this company nor will I recommend them to anyone .
