This laundromat is the worst. Unclean and the attendant with short hair has the worst attitude about doing anything. I have a long day at work and I just want to get my laundry done and so I drive across town instead of going to this laundromat! The worst!

Nice clean place and the attendant was nice, it was nice that they had snack machines and offered fabric softener and laundry soap to purchase if it was needed. However, I am not happy and really irritated that when you look online it says the place closes at 10:30 and DOES NOT state anywhere that the water to machines are turned off at 8 and the doors are locked by 8:30! I left just after 8:45pm ish with two baskets of dampe clothes and feeling rushed to leave!

Football and washing, what more can you ask? Plus lots of stores around. Was stuck for the week end. So I used my time to handle a few personal chores.

Yes it’s very always at maximum capacity. But for the prices and how hard they try to keep it clean it’s a nice place.

I just left the laundry mat. I left and came back to grab my clothes out of the dryer RIGHT NEXT to the exit door.I have sereve asthma, I have to do breathing treatments 5 times a day as well as use my emergency inhaler at this time.Understandably the lady inside told me I need a mask. At this time I was already headed out the door. I went back inside WiTH a mask on yo explain to the lady my medical condition. She immediately told me yo get out and not to return there.Well that didnt sit well with me. When I put my clothes in the washer I put a mask on as I am courteous to other people and didnt know how many was in there or if I would pass any. I purposely put my clothes in the dryer next to the door so I could grab them and go. Now mind you when Im telling her about my severe asthma she could hear me gasping for air and can barely talk as Im trying to get air in between sentences.So I guess next time...Ill put on a mask and have an attack there, call the ambulance, and send them the bill for telling me I cant grab my laundry BY THE EXIT DOOR without a mask.Is this not some form of discrimination? I have a medical condition with breathing and your gonna force me to restrict my breathing even more.

I went there today and a girl with piercings on her face who works there was soooo rude!! I left and went to a different laundry mat and called her manager and told her how rude she was and all she did was tell me not to go back! Like what kind of customer service is that!!! Not a place I’d recommend going to Id really love to talk to the managers boss so he’s aware of how the girl working there is with people she was flat out rude and how the manager didn’t even care to resolve the situation!

This Laundry mat is pretty decent compared to most others Ive been to. If youre not trusting enough to leave your clothes there while you run errands, they have 2 TVs, Wi-Fi, & a wide variety of snacks - enough to stay occupied while you wait.

Works great. Fast. New machines. Staff is excellent. Also, it has semi truck bobtail parking in the back with an access door. Located in a small retail block. Veterinary services next door. Outstanding Mexican restaurant. Antique store and a thrift store. I spent several hours in this area and I plan on going back over and over again. It is sort of a dated area but the people there are the finest and they have done a tremendous amount with what they have.

Lady running the place today is very very rude none of the change machines are working, when asked her to get quarters she was rude saying she didnt even know this place was here until today, also complaining about having to open the Lenexa location. She needs to be replaced. Never had any problems until today. All she does is sit on her stool, too bad you will be loosing a lot of income today!!!!!! Place is always clean but dirty today!!!!!!!

Much improved!I came here a year ago and had a bad experience with an employee. I wrote a pretty detailed and colorful bad review at the time. The issue was a matter of policy, which I understand; but the employee was very rude and short with me while I was friendly.Ive been back a few times because it is across the street from my house and everyone has been pleasant had helpful so Im happy to modify my review for a better score!

I came here one time and the guy was nice when i first walked in even helped me bring my bag in but when I needed money back from a machine he was in the middle of helping me and he tells this other woman that just walked in he’ll just help her first since she’s waiting. Very rude !

This place has changed my life. I used to use a washboard but the afternoon staff member with pink hair. Has inspired me to not get my hands wet she rocks!!!

They are really great, i took in what I thought was a lot of dirty clothes. Imagine my surprise, 3 hours later I came back to receive wonderfully fresh clean laundry for a price that didnt break me! Very sweet employees!

Great place dropped off my laundry and it was done in hour and half and cost 25$ worked out perfect Im a truck driver and had short time turn around !!! WILL BE BACK NEXT TIME IN

The lady sue there is very rude she needs to watch her tone. i dont recommend this place to anyone. It may look nicer than other laundry mats but the treatment by the staff definetly not worth it

Washed my clothes in a large $6 machine, took them out and they smelled so nasty, not sure if someone washed stink weed or what but I would never go back!!!! I told the lady working there that my clothes smelled and she didn’t seem to care she said no one else has said anything So lesson learned. Would not recommend this place. Had to wash my clothes 3 times at another place to get the smell out! 👎👎👎👎

This is probably one of the better laundromats that I have been to. The staff is very friendly and the place it kept very clean. They have free wifi and snacks you can buy. They also have shaved ice in hot months. Its probably not the cheapest place, but I dont mind spending a little extra if I can wash my clothes in a clean place.

I will never ever go to wash my clothes there when the man that works there is working, this is the 3rd time weve gone in there & hes been rude, not to say this last time he scared me and my 11yr old son when he punched the glass of one of the dryers because he was angry my son walked on the wet floor to get a basket because he was trying to scary us out of there so he could close early however I will go in there when Sue or Monica is working because they are friendly, nice and dont get mad when someone walks on the wet floor they just remop over where its been walked on.. Thank you Sue & Monica for always making me feel welcome...

Ive been here since 6:50am door clearly states they open at 7am it is now 7:07 and no one has bothered to open. They should post on door we open when we open or we open when we feel like it

I have to say, I enjoy doing my laundry at this laudrymat. Never experience any problems, machines clean, and staff appears busy not just sitting around. Makes for a pleasant time.

Went in a few minutes ago with (1) small bag of my uniforms to get washed and folded. She told me it wont be today, i have (2) ahead of you and 1 is a big one so it appears that they can only do a few loads a day in this big Laundromat.Maybe she would would be able to work if her boyfriend wasnt sitting there BSing wi her.Nobody wants to work but they sure have there hand out on payday.She was very specific that she couldnt do my laundry today it has nothing to do with her explaining it nicer.

Per the voicemail recording, it says they’re open at 7:00. I’m currently sitting outside at 8:03, not a Soul in sight. Lights off, doors locked. Tried calling to no avail. Wasted a trip, and will not be coming back.

Every time I come here I wash 4 loads for $12.25. And thats including the dry. How much you spend really depends on how you chose to do your laundry. I throw everything in xlarge ($6) wash except my whites I wash in small wash ($2.25) and I use the xlarge dryers. I love the customer service. The reason they lock bathroom door is to keep it clean and they have a key. All you have to do is ask for it. I like the fact that they have snack machine and drinks and tvs to watch. Great place and SAFE for your families.

Low cost, plenty of space / folding tables / seating. Its super clean and the atmosphere is friendly and laid back.

Staff is always helpful and nice, unfortunately bathrooms is kept locked and you have to ask for key.Bathroom smells and the blow dryer only gives you cold air. Whenever I visit the place is always clean.

COCKROACHES! Notified clerk and she was extremely rude. She said they cant help that they are not in a good location and all the apartment people bring them in. I was just trying to let her know there were current active roaches and the need an exterminator.

Terrible terrible terrible service!!! Very disrespectful employees. I went there to do my laundry at the location on Ridgeview and santa fe. They just started new management under the bubbleroom. I went to use a washer and they didnt have a sign on it stating that they were using it for drop offs. I tried to use it and it took all of my 5$ and I asked them if I could get reimbursed and they told me it was impossible to get my money back. I asked to talk to the manager and isabella refused to give me the managers number. So I got upset and just transferred my laundry. She was very disrespectful to me and made some racial remarks. I have been in there multiple times when she has worked and all she does is have her child play on top of the counter and always talks on the phone. Wont help customers. I have been going to this particular mat for 15 years and now I refuse to ever go back in there or to other bubblerooms. I will tell everyone to not go into them!!! There is no room to fold clothes and I absolutely hate it there. I highly suggest that if anyone reads this should not go into there. Also very poor maintenance. Nothing is ever cleaned anymore and every machine rips you off and takes coins. The machines are never cleaned out and the bathroom is always nasty.

It has a lot of dryers good for me because I have five kids the only bad thing is I needed a pass word for the Wi-Fi but the lady that works there is soooo sweet very kind also and very clean

The attendant is the WORSE! She tries to close early every time I come even though the door clearly says last load at 9pm. She gets an attitude and tries to lock you in and says you cant even go out to your vehicle. She is so rude! I was here before when a customer came in 10 minutes before last load and she told them they couldnt come in because they couldnt get laundry in the washer in 10 minutes! What? It only takes a couple of minutes to put several loads in a washer and start it and they dont close until 10:30! I like this laundry facility but her rudeness will make me look for another place! She is driving business away!

Ever thing is out of order. Signs up everywhere. Machines out of order that dont have signs. I asked the front desk lady for quarters, she directed me to a location on the wall that is out of order. This lady is the definition of poor customer service.
