ServPro lived up to all our expectations regarding the sewer and water backup damage we experienced. Their work was outstanding--always on time and each task handled efficiently and professionally. Angel and Mark were very careful with my belongings. Taking care of even the disposable of the wet boxes I had chance to go through during the time they were here. They are a couple of very hard working guys that even could smile while lifting some pretty wet heavy items. They are a great team for Servpro.

Had a shutoff valve fail to my dishwasher which caused a ton of damage. A crew of 3 showed up and moved stuff and set up drying equipment right away. Super kind and professional. They wore their masks and went above and beyond to make sure my home and belongings were cared for. The team leader Angel was especially kind and answered all my numerous questions and tolerated my barking dog! The next day they came back and tore out walls, carpet and the basement ceiling. They did such a great job hauling off everything and even sprayed down every place they had ben in my home with disinfectant spray. Great experience in a very frusterating misshap!

Not only did they do a great job but were great at explaining what needed to be done and why. They picked up after themselves and were very careful with the items which weren’t damaged. We had fire damage and called Servpro immediately. Matt arrived within an hour or two to give us a quote, and was equipped with ozone machines. We decided to start the process then and there, the price was right, and the smoke smell has now dissipated. We are very happy with the responsiveness and kindness of the employees.

I cannot say enough about the positive experience we had with Servpro. The team worked efficiently and effectively. Communicating to us through the whole process so that we knew what to expect. The clean up took 2.5 days and each day they left all work areas were clean and clearly set expectations for the next day. When dealing with extensive damage to our ENTIRE home, these guys have made it as easy as possible. Great communication and extremely hard workers. Alex has been an excellent team leader and has answered all our questions. Needless to say coming home after vacation late Thursday night to find soggy carpet and mold on the wall in our finished basement was not ideal, but Servpro literally came to the rescue. Despite being overbooked due to heavy rains in the area, Eric came out Friday morning to scope out the problem, which was much worse than we originally suspected - mold inside cabinets, etc... He had a team at the house by 4:30 to start clean up and remediation. Mike and his partner were there until 9:00 removing debris and treating mold. They were wonderful! The job is far from over, but we’re so glad we called this company!

Oh my goodness! What a great experience during a really stressful time/situation. My basement flooded and ServPro saved the day. All of their staff were very helpful and professional. I thought I could take care of the clean up myself. Boy was I wrong. All of the industrial grade tools/dryers/dehumidifiers and their expertise brought my basement back to “like new” again. Once they removed items (in the initial preparation a 95 year old cedar chest was used to pile wet items on --- ruined). Once they had my stuff, communications became non existent. they take advantage of people in horrendous situations. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone.

Having water issues is always going to be a pain. The crew from ServPro arrived about 7:30 pm and began the tedious job of water mitigation. They completely had the carpet up, several boxes in storage replaced and our items in a new clean box. These guys worked until 5 am the next morning. That same day Josh their Project Manager came in and began the process of drying everything out, baseboards were removed to insure sheetrock and inner wall products were dry and in working order. Overall, there were 4 days of fans and dehumidifiers working in the affected area. Josh and his crew really excelled and I could not be happier with Josh and his crew. I would emphatically recommend ServPro of Olathe in any project large or small.

I was referred to Servpro by the person who inspected a home I am looking at to buy. He deals with the Topeka office. However, since the home Im looking at is in the KC area, I called the Olathe office, which Im told houses four franchises. I called four days in a row and was told someone would call back. None of the dispatchers can answer even basic questions. On the second day, I was told they had no record of me calling, and I was not on the thread. Today I called and got a new person that had just started that told me he would get someone to talk to me right away or someone will call within half an hour. I said Great!. After being on hold, Melanie came to the phone, laughing, and said I cant answer any questions. She is the person I talked to on the first day I called. I told her I have used another company to deal with mold before but would like to talk to someone at Servpro and she said they are just swamped and too busy to answer any questions. Clearly they dont want my business or my money.

We had a situation where a water filtration/softener company came and installed a new filter for a reverse osmosis system. The tech cross threaded the filter and this lead to a leak that was unknown to us for three to four weeks. I called Our Insurance company and they dispatched ServPro. Thor the project manager called right away and was courteous. He the. Dispatched Vladimir and John, who were here in about an hour or so. They were very polite and comforting explaining the process and moisture mapping the damage. Unfortunately, we have had to endure the sound of fans and blowers all weekend; but we are thankful knowing that a resolution is underway. Thank you Vlad, John, Eric, and Thor.
