I used this company based on the reviews and was not disappointed. Mike came out the same day I called and gave an estimate. The work was done within 2 days of my call. The guys that came to do the work were very professional. They explained everything, respected our home and it looks fantastic. Very happy with this company and highly recommend them.

We checked Angie’s List for a company to check out a possible mold issue in the house and decided to give Certified Water and Mold a call. Chris came by (on a cold Saturday morning!) and took a look, confirmed it was mold and gave us an estimate for the remediation process. He and his crew did a fabulous job minimizing dust and disturbance to the normal day-to-day function of the home. Communication was top notch - Chris was always available and would return calls/texts very promptly. Once that job was done, and since the price was very reasonable and the communication was superb, we decided to go ahead and go with them for partial reconstruction as well. He then gave us an estimate for that project and we experienced the same great care with a different crew.Towards the end of each job, Chris came by to personally take a look at and evaluate the job done. For the reconstruction portion, He noticed one small area that could benefit from a little finesse so he did it himself on the spot. It added an extra day of dry time to the job, but the attention to detail and to going the extra mile to do something right was really impressive.I would definitely recommend working with them, and would choose them again if the need arises in the future.

I am very impressed by Chris and his crew at Certified Water and Mold Restoration. My husband and I arrived home from dinner to find the sump pump in the basement not working and 2 inches of water. It was 8:30 pm.Unfortunately, all major brands of restoration companies wanted to come to the house the following morning, which would have exacerbated the damage. Certified Water came out and 9:30 and began the arduous task of ripping out the carpet, baseboards, and lifting furniture that could not be carried out of the basement. They dried the area and discovered the sump pump was dead; so, they hooked up a temporary pump until the plumber could arrive in the morning which kept the basement in the dry.They did not leave until the job was done-- which was 2:30am. Chris then came back to the house with the plumber at 10:30 the following morning.However, the level of service did not stop there. We elected to change the flooring and he put us in contact with another vendor. He has held our hand throughout this entire process, which was much appreciated.I highly recommend retaining Certified Water and Mold Restoration if you have the unfortunate event of water damage. I hope I do not need Chris expertise again, but if I do, I will be calling him.

We were in a panic after discovering that we had a basement full of water. We called 911 Restoration and they had a crew out within an hour to remove carpet and dry out the area. It took several days to complete the process and they were always on time and very efficient. We were very pleased with the company, their customer service is terrific. We appreciate that their quick response saved our drywall and prevented any possible mold. We would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

I have used Certified Water and Mold twice and both times they have been very responsive and done an excellent job. The first time I used Certified Water and Mold, Chris came out and gave me a quote the same day and began work the next day. Chris educated me regarding the situation and even asked if I would like recommendations for a construction company as I needed a wall rebuilt. The second time I used Certified Water and Mold, I sent a text to Chris over the weekend and he was able to give me direction and address my concerns immediately. Strongly recommend this company!

We had a major water pipe issue in our condo. We immediately contacted our insurance company and they provided a list of “recommended” vendors to start water mitigation. In a rush we called one of the nation wide companies. They didn’t complete the work or show up when they said they would to test. After several days I had them come pick up their equipment and called Certified Water and Mold. Mike, Kent and their amazing team came to the rescue and did amazing work. They went above and beyond. I should have called them first and insurance would have covered everything the same. The work would have been completed right the first time. I have referred them a number of times and get calls thanking me for their great work. Thanks Mike and Kent!

They responded to my grandpas house after his basement flooded. We were very impressed with the company from beginning to end. They responded quickly and did an excellent job with removal and reconstruction. Mike and Chris were both great at keeping us informed and sticking to the timeline they gave us. The team lead was a nice, clean cut guy and was very professional. I would highly recommend this company for water and mold restoration.

Drew and his team did more to help us than we could have ever asked for or expected. We noticed there was a mold issue in our basement after our two month old daughter began coughing and choking and broke out in a rash. We were forced to leave our home to protect our daughter and couldnt go home until the mold issue was resolved. Drew came out the same day with his crew and completely rid the house of the mold. He was EXTREMELY thorough and made certain that the house would be safe for our baby daughter. After reviewing the final mold test, it passed with flying colors and we can go home. We were worried we wouldnt be able to go back for months or even at all, but after Drew and his team got started, we were back home a week later. The equipment, supplies, and materials they used were top of the line just like Drews customer service. I cannot thank him enough. I am hoping we dont have this issue ever again, but if we did, we would absolutely be giving Drew a call.

I could not be more impressed and pleased with both the responsiveness and the flexibility of this company. Home Inspection on the house I was selling identified mold due to water damage in both my basement and garage areas. I first engaged the company through a Home Advisors search - Chris and Mike partnered to quickly respond to my inquiry, get a competitive quote, and then followed through with expeditious service. They went over and above to complete all work, even when items were required outside of the scope of their original estimates. Following the buyers final walk through, they came back asking for another area of the home to be treated, which threatened to delay the home closing, but Mike and team quickly stepped up to provide assurances all would be taken care of without question. The quality of work was also outstanding. Very pleased!

As a small business owner myself, I appreciate the throughness and commitment to the client/customer that Mike and his team have even when dealing with stressful situations and timelines. My folks basement flooded recently with the overwhelming rains and a failed sump pump. In spite of their already overloaded schedule, they gave it their all and were able to visit within a day and start the water extraction process. The basement was a mess, stuff everywhere and yet they took it with a grain of salt and cleared out what was needed so they could dry the basement out without troubles later. After visiting during the time the equipment was present, it was clear that they went above and beyond whereas I truly believe there would have been many other companies that would have created hurdles and Certified just did what they needed to do to get the job done, end of story.
