I recommended this repair shop to my mom. She went in for a diagnosis because her iPhone settings said the battery needed replaced and her lightening connector was giving her issues. The customer service rep called her within a couple hours and said the replacement of the lightening connector had fixed her issues. Even removing the needed serviced message in settings from the battery. She paid $82.11 for the repair, just to find out they never replaced the connector. Never even opened the phone. You could see the scratches from the sharp tool they used to clean out all the dust and debris from the bottom of the lightening connector. So basically they charged her for a replacement when she should have been charged for a cleaning. We had been in contact with iResQ a total of 3x, and each time we spoke to a different person. Apparently there was a miscommunication between the rep and the tech, and the rep accidentally charged my mom $82.11 instead of $31.75. For a business who keeps notes for each repair, I find it very hard to believe that there was miscommunication between the rep, the tech, the GM dustin, and tech manager (whom we all spoke to.) They ripped my mother off and if it wasnt for me catching their lies and false repairs then she would have never known and the company would have never admitted to their dishonest scheme. They lost a customer for life and I will never recommend anyone that I know here again. I expected honesty, and got the opposite unfortunately. Thanks for teaching me better than that iResQ!

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. Everyone was super knowledgeable and helpful. I had a 2017 Macbook Air that one day just stopped working and wouldnt turn on. I had taken the laptop to almost 4 different repair places, including CPR, and they all told that it was a goner or that it was going to be crazy expensive to fix and that I should just look into getting a knew one. As a college student I was freaking out but thank God for iresq who was able to run more extensive tests and found the issues with no problems! I recommend anyone with ANY tech issues to look into this amazing company!

Our company had used iResQ a few times but when my own personal phone screen cracked I decided to give them a try. Wow! In south-central Nebraska there are no stores you can go into for repairs. IPad could not connect to WiFi paid $89 for the WiFi/Bluetooth antenna repair. Tech Reported that there is a known issue with iPad Air logic board on the 2013 model. Iresq Offered equal exchange for 2013 model for the price of refurbished 2018 model on amazon. Unfortunately, iresq was waste of $89 plus shipping. I sent my iPad to another repair facility for logic board repair for $80.

Excellent customer service. Even though my Kindle was DOA they were professional and refunded the cost since they could not fix it. And they sure tried to. Would recommend again to anyone. If my new Kindle is injured I would surely use them again even though Im in Ohio.

We have used iResQ twice now and both times were very impressed. Weve needed screen repairs for both our MacBookPros, once just the glass, and the other time the actual screen had dead pixels from a mishap during travel. My wife didnt want to give up her iPod Touch, for a new one. The battery had seen its better day and I thought about doing the replacement myself. Im handy enough, but this looked a bit delicate, so I turned the task over to iResQ. I was very please with the process. It was easy to ship (I used USPS). The turnaround time was excellent. I didnt bother backing up, and didnt have to, as all of my wifes pictures, music, texts, etc. were there when it came back.

We have used iResQ since October 2010 when one of our teachers spilled water on her laptop and fried the screen. I purchased a mint condition Nano 6 on Ebay and was so excited until I received it and the battery was dead. I checked local fix it shops and they wouldnt touch it to replace the battery. I have used iResQ twice for MacBook repairs, once for a broken screen and then just now for a dead hard drive. Both times they have been very fast, very efficient and very reasonably priced. The iResQ process was fantastic. I had them repair the click wheel and battery on my older Video Ipod. They let me know the status all the way through from sending it in to receiving it back. I would not recommend getting your screen fixed from them. I got my iPhone 7+ screen fixed from them. The first time I got it back the screen was off colored making everything look really faded. It was like there was a filter on my phone. I called they said that every time you fix your screen it will never be the same to when you originally get it made no sense so after many more complaints they said they would fix it. I sent it back to them. Then I got my phone back from them the 2nd time and yes the colors are normal but it is glitching like crazy. My phone will freeze, go to random apps, its like it has a mind of its own. I cant even text because it just keeps typing random letters. So tired of these problems Ive been having with them. Dont go to them.

I was pretty weary about sending my phone out to a company I had never previously heard of, but my uncle is a computer programer who buys/sells/repairs Apple products pretty frequently and he recommended iResQ. I can honestly say, I was pleasantly surprised and put at ease after my iPhone came back in the mail. FLAWLESS! It looks fantastic and I didnt have any issues with the touch screen not working (which was a concern of mine). Cosmetically and mechanically, it is perfect, and I would absolutely send my Apple products to iResQ in the future.

They fixed it and returned it quickly.Im very happy with this service, and my only complaint may seem trivial, but I wish there had been some indication if the button had been repaired or replaced.

My iPod 160 classic stopped working. I sent it into iResQ for a free diagnosis and they responded promptly with the message that the hard drive need to be replaced. After accepting their very reasonable bid they replaced the hard drive and returned it promptly. It is working like new and I am very happy this the work done and the quick turnaround.

Was very happy with my repair from iResQ, I broke the screen on my MacBook Air and a friend who used to work at the apple store told me about them. After a few months I decided to give them a try. I ordered the box to ship all three ways. It came really quick and I packed up my computer and sent it to them. They repaired the screen, really reasonable, for $239 when the apple store wanted $800. I got the repair and the screen is as good as new. They repair just took 2 days. Very happy with them and they had tracking and emails to constantly update me on the status of my repair and where my box was, very very happy! I will use them again!

This company provides fantastic customer service. They are less expensive than apple. They were very quick. I mistakenly chose the wrong service (which was more expensive than the one I needed). When the tech received it, he immediately contacted me, advised me on what I needed and issued a refund for the difference in services. I couldnt be happier. I have a 2nd gen IPOD mini, circa 2001. I love this machine and its my constant companion while flying, not used so much otherwise. Ive had the battery replaced 3 times. This time it needed the wheel replaced as well. It was done very promptly, from my mailbox back to my mailbox was 7 days. All music in tact and it works perfectly. The price was very affordable and Ive had it now for 3 days, not sure how long its been out of their possession and the battery is still over half full. I could not recommend this place more. What a great experience and if I could give them more than 5 stars I would. I am so thrilled that still I wont have to replace this antique machine LOL

I sent my iPod in on the recommendation of a local business that deals with Macs. I was able to get a new display, faceplate, and battery for around $120 with shipping. They were fast and even VOLUNTEERED to give me a small discount on the faceplate because they already had to take it off when I was fully prepared to pay the full price. This option work great, I received the shipping box within a couple of days and sent it in and it was repair and sent back to us working great!! With very fast turn around.I would use iResQ in the future.

The Apple store wanted to charge me 3 times more to repair my screen and wait 3 days on the repairs. Luckily I had got a quote from iResQ. I sent it to them and decided to add a bigger hard drive to my computer with the money I saved. So in about the same time I would have waited for Apple to do the repair I had a new screen and a new hard drive for just a little bit more than Apple would have charged me for the screen alone.

They recently replaced a cracked Macbook air LCD screen for me. Much less expensive than Apple, did a very good job, and were extremely quick. Nothing more to really say. Im very pleased.
