Jared did absolutely AMAZING on my oven after I almost burnt the house down 🙈. You would’ve never guess what happened in that oven the week prior. He was polite, professional, punctual, and didn’t miss a single speck in my oven. Will definitely call him anytime I need a deep clean for any part of my home!!

Jared Singletary has cleaned Morning Star Senior on several occasions. He is very thorough and polite. He makes sure the crew that is with him does just as good of a job as he does. The building shines and smells good I use the white glove test and every time he receives a big Star.

While Maynard started off great - their quality of cleans has gone incredibly downhill and the most recent crew they have sent out to clean our property - was very rude. Attached are pictures from after they cleaned. These pictures were shown to them before they left the property, but they did not rectify the situation. Incredibly disappointed.

We use Maynard Cleaning at our property I work at. I see all the workers on a weekly basis! They not only clean the apartment after people move out but they also clean our hallways and basements. We have used Marynards for nearly 2 or 3 years! I love the cleaning cards that are left behind for our prospects to see! I especially love the fact that I can get a unit clean and carpet cleaning in the same day saves so much time! Giving 4 stars for lack of communication when they are late but over time has improved from prior years, I hope it keeps getting better!

I have never had a bad experience. If there was an item that needed extra attention it was address at that time or they came back to handle it immediately. Mr. Turner is great to work with always pleasant and ask if there is anything more that can be done!

Horrible place to work. They work their employees like slaves. They will work you for 10+ hours a day with no breaks or lunch breaks. My wife and I worked for them for almost 2 years. We loved our jobs for awhile. Then we realized that we was being over worked, under paid, and unappreciated. Horrible place you have been warned.

Definitely just rented an apartment that was cleaned by this company, and there were still cobwebs/dust on the ceiling, the toilet hadn’t been fully cleaned, and there is some sort of build up in the cabinets and shower areas. I was very surprised to walk in to that when I moved in 6 days ago. I’ll have to clean all this up once I get everything unpacked and out of the way.

It is a nightmare to deal with this company. I called in July 31st for a residential cleaning and was told August 6th, the cleaners did not show up and when I called to check if they were running late I was told the cleaning was actually scheduled for August 13th. Because we had family coming the weekend in between I requested a refund. I could not get a refund from anyone or any contact information for a manager. Ashley and Brandi were very difficult to get a hold of. Finally the refund was issued 16 days after the missed appointment. They had no problem running my card on July 31st though. I finally got a hold of Brandi by going through Maynard Engineering Consulting. Joy with the consulting business was actually helpful, the cleaning company however is a complete mess and very unprofessional. I was probably a bit rude as time went on, but when you have to call 6 times for a refund you eventually lose your patience.

Poor service! Poor customer service.I signed this company up as a new vendor within my company, and the first time I had them out to clean, the clean was terrible!! I called and was assured that someone would be out to correct this issue. That still hasnt happened. I also called and emailed and still no response. As a new customer I would expect at least a call back, or quality check of the service provided and neither have happened. Very poor service all together.

Tried to move into my apartment after being cleaned. The white ceiling fans were black with dust, there was mouse poop on the cabinets, there was food and toys in the closet and all the vents were filthy. When they were called back to clean the woman argued because she wasnt the one that cleaned it. I didnt care just do your job. She didnt. So I sent her home.

Maynard is always great about scheduling. The vacant cleanings are typically poor. Our staff usually needs to go behind and reclean. It would be nice if all was done correctly the first time. We have had Maynard come back to reclean, however it seems easier to just complete it ourselves. It would also be great if the supervisor inspections were done on each unit and the professionally cleaned cards left behind. The quality of work is extremely inconsistent.

First time using this company and Ill be calling again. Reliable and trustworthy staff. I would recommend them to anyone looking for professional services.

Professionally cleaned 😂 what a joke just rented an apartment that was supposedly professionally cleaned by maynard if these are you standards then please get out of the business of cleaning apartments cause the apartment was disgusting. There was a whole batch of dust where the sign was there was dirt everywhere and the paint looks terrible. There is still remnants of hair from the previous tenant. There is even spots still in the fridge, the ground and everywhere else.

Not an employee friendly Business, unorganized and doesnt pay employees on time!

Always prompt for all appointments and very thorough.
